BEWARE DO NOT EAT IN RESTAURANT !

Hotel condition was good and reception staff good. Restaurant is another story. Buffet breakfast marginal. However, I ordered for lunch one day a \"cheeseburger\".I was the Only Person in the restaurant, took the 20+ minutes to serve it. When I went to bite into it I thought it smelled bad. When I tasted it I had to spit it out. The Meat was ROTTEN ! I could have gotten seriously ill or worse. There is a reason why except for the \"marginal buffet breakfast\" included with the room, the restaurant is Always Empty. Have your maginal brakfast here if included, and DO NOT EAT HERE ANYTHING ELSE !

Tired hotel that clearly has not been maintained since it was built. A/C did not work at all. The rooms decor was worn, scratched, torn and falling apart. Totally unacceptable condition for a property that bills itself as +4 star. My suggestion for traveler to Sao Paulo is to never trust hotel brands that are not owned and managed by European or US. The situation I describe here is a common problem in Brazil. Unless a property is brand new, it will be in some state of disrepair.

The air conditioning stopped working for two days at the facility. The hotel did not inform the guests. Neither did they offer apology or compensation for the guests. Very unprofessional and poor service-minded. When I questioned the front desk, they just shrugged off my complaint.

The hotel was nice and my stay included breakfast which was delicious. The service was very good. The reason I did not rate it even higher was because I asked for an extra bed and they told me there were none available and that I need to request that when making the reservation. However when booking through Hotels.com I was not given the option to pay for the bed online, which I would have done.
Although this hotel is well located the traffic can be bad at rush hour so taking a taxi can save you a lot of time since they can drive in the bus lane which usually moves faster.

Great, safe and convenient location

Hi,

I'm a 38 year old women that traveled alone last week to this hotel for business. First of all, the price is great, the breakfast is amazing and is included in the room price. I do not speak any Portuguese, but the staff spoke amazing English and always very friendly. The staff and services were great, room very clean, gym was good (but I think they are currently upgrading-which will be really nice) and the front desk always helpful. Its in a great location, not far from anything- walking to the mall, all kinds of shops, restaurants & bakeries. I recommend this place to anyone.

Hotel was ok, but was somewhat old. It needs updating as carpets are stained and dirty. It is not near any food or shopping and far from activities.
Staff was friendly but most spoke little or no English.
Not great for international travelers.

The hotel is conveniently located. The neighborhood feels safe. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little out-dated and when I arrived there was a smell in my room as if there was humidity. I will probably stay in a different hotel next time I am in Sao Paulo.

The hotel was a nice, clean, basic hotel, which was perfect for my one-night stay. The staff were helpful and allowed me to store my luggage with them until my meetings were done. Breakfast was standard Brazilian buffet style, with enough options. Location was also good (in the Berrini area, Novo Brooklin). The location may not be ideal for a vacation, though, as it is not close to any real attractions. I would stay here again.

The night I've got to the hotel, around 3AM, the hotel had a fire problem in their electrical box. We had to evacuate for about 1 hour because of a toxic smoke. There was still no electricity the next morning and I decided to leave. The staff were very nice and very helpful. They manager agreed to refund my whole stay. I decided to leave because I was by myself and did not want to run the risk of another problem. Thanks to the staff!

Overall, very pleased with my stay. First time in an Estranplaza and this was for a business trip. Breakfast was exceptional. I selected the free wireless and it was adequate though not super fast. Compared to other international locations, it was better however. If you are expecting to be in an area with shopping and restaurants within a few blocks, then this may not be the hotel you chose. But, overall a very good experience.

I booked this hotel through Expedia a week before travel so perhaps I paid a premium however I found this hotel really tired and overpriced. It's 4 star rating is generous at best and the only redeeming factor would be the courtesy of it's staff. The quality of the room and it's furnishings was poor and the bathroom was a disaster with damaged taps, no plug for the basin and lukewarm hot water. A positive would be the breakfast, great choice and variety.

Estava ocorrendo uma obra no andar de cima do quarto, o barulho é como se estivesse dentro do quarto, solicitamos a troca, porém a recepção fez pouco caso, liberando somente no dia seguinte de manhã, quando já estávamos pra sair do hotel. Em relação ao café da manhã dizia que era de fazenda, porém haviam poucas opções e o queijo mussarela que pegamos estava com gosto de estragado .

Hotel está em obra e fui premiado em ficar no andar exatamente abaixo da obra. Resultado: passei uma manhã inteira com barulho de britadeira na minha cabeça. Hotel só tomou providência de mudança de quarto após as 14 horas.

O quarto era limpo, porém uma reforma/renovada lhe faria muito bem. Fiquei no 13o andar e o barulho externo me incomodou muito e tive bastante dificuldades para dormir. Janelas acústicas para hotéis em áreas movimentadas é essencial.

O ar condicionado não funcionou em todo o hotel na primeira noite e quase não consegui dormir e mesmo na segunda noite com o o defeito sendo \"corrigido\" o ar condicionado não da vazão para o tamanho do quarto.

Além de ser confuso e nada prático para a maioria das pessoas ligar o ar condicionado e luzes da cabeceira através de teclas num telefone na cabeceira da cama.

Não tem ninguém para ajudar a com a bagagem.

O quarto é grande e bonito, porém a televisão é minúscula, com a imagem ruim e vários canais não funcionam ou estão com mensagens da operadora de tv, o banheiro também poderia ser um pouco maior que traria muito mais conforto e as janelas deveriam ter um melhor isolamento.

O café da manhã pode melhorar bastante com poucos ajustes e uma maior variedade, mas tem funcionários simpáticos.

No geral fiquei bastante decepcionado com o hotel pelo preço que é cobrado.

Como o quarto tinha carpet, tinha um cheiro de mofo empregando no ar, que poderia ser contornado limpando de forma correta e usando bom ar. O restante estava legal, cama boa, espaço bom no quarto, banheiro o vaso é mais velho com pouco espaço, mas aceitável. Papel higiênico bom.
