Good to have this new hotel, very new room and great facilities. I really like the GHD hairdryer. The area is a little far from the town center but still walkable. Other than the check-in process, I was not greeted otherwise, usually this is not the case for this pricing point.

We had a great stay at Roomers. A stylish design led hotel with unique interiors. The junior suite was plenty big for 3 of us. Breakfast was high quality with an extensive hot and cold offer. The Japanese restaurant on site was excellent, albeit service was a bit slow. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace albeit the pool was a bit cold for our son. And the adult only spa was an unexpected wonder. Overall it was child friendly to an extent with some token gestures - mini ride on porches, a free pick & mix sweet bar and there were many families there but it wasn’t as relaxing as some due to the design features of the bedroom not necessarily making it the safest environment for tiny toys. Shame we had to pay to park on top of our seat. There was an excellent Italian restaurant opposite with a lovely garden out the back and a short walk into the town centre.

Fantastic quality rooms - really felt special and a lot of thought had clearly gone into it. Only slight downside is that the bar is effectively concealed behind an anonymous door - I only found it by accident!

The hotel has a fantastic decoration, reminds you of Miami Beach. The bed is super comfortable, the shower is all you can ask from a five star hotel. But the lack of good customer service makes you want to turn around and leave. I arrived to a lobby with people sitting and standing around and I had no idea where to check in. After a while I had to ask where to go or stand around waiting until somebody notice my presence. When I booked the hotel it was showing a picture with a bathtub in the room but once I finally checked into the room there was no bathtub and I requested a change that cost me another $75.00 euros, which I happily pay when worth it. In the new room there was a bathrobe that had been used, was wet and smelling of smoke hanging in the bathroom for us to use. I immediately walked to the cleaning lady that was working right outside my door for help and she was gracious enough to provide a clean robe. I don't care for robes but a smelly one in a closed room was not pleasant. The AC in the room had to be controlled from the front desk and after a while it was just an annoyance. Aside from the valet and the cleaning lady, so much is lacking from their customer service. With all the poshness they offer this is not a hotel I'll ever stay again in Europe or anywhere else. It's cold and snobbish, I couldn't wait to leave first thing in the morning. In the end it was one of those regretful expense that could have been a truly great experience had they been more friendly.

Located outside of town with 15 mins walk to town or hop on to any bus if you are lazy to walk. Great Housekeeping service when we needed help with pillows or bathroom they were very prompt. Everyone speaks English and the hotel is new and roomy. Has a great Italian restaurant opposite hotel as well.

Eclectic, modern, chic, abstract, elegant - one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Love the rooftop bar and pool, abstract decorations, and inviting interior design. Definitlely recommend staying here. If you are looking for the upscale luxurious only experience, this may not be the best fit for you, but if you want a blend of upscale and hip, this is an awesome location.

This hotel is fairly new and a Marriott property which there should be certain level of expectation. Checking in was great they greeted me at taxi and quickly got me checked in. Offered me a beverage and water for my dog. The room was very sleek, modern, great view of patio/restaurant, energy efficient, separation of room and bathroom if you want. The walls on the TV side were all scuffed up and needed to be painted. Housekeeping was rude twice as they don’t want you in the room when they clean so they were annoyed that I had the light on to clean. The body wash bottle and conditioner did not work and the conditioner has been filled up way too many times. It was disgusting and left chunks of white pieces in my hair. Rooftop is gorgeous but the service if you get any is downright awful. Saturday night the bartender only made drinks for the servers and never acknowledged the ppl at the bar staring at him. Most of the staff in general are very put off but you! You would think with the clientele coming to hotel they would figure out “5” star service. Roomers bar and batendars were the best!!!! They were social, fun, fast service during a very busy time, great DJ and the rest of staff should take note. Also note that this property is far from the center of town and can take about 15 minutes to get by walking. Depends what you’re wanting but nice park across the street and in neighborhood.

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt im Roomers Baden-Baden! Die Zimmer sind geräumig, stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber – ein perfekter Rückzugsort. Highlight war definitiv der Wellnessbereich auf dem Dach mit Pool, Sauna und fantastischem Blick auf die Stadt und den Schwarzwald – einfach perfekt zum Entspannen.
Das Frühstück war frisch, reichhaltig und lecker, ideal für einen entspannten Start in den Tag. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, wodurch man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Die zentrale Lage macht es einfach, die Altstadt und Sehenswürdigkeiten von Baden-Baden zu erkunden.

Als Teil unserer Hochzeitsreise waren wir im Roomers und fanden es so großartig, dass wir spontan verlängert haben. Hinter der auf den ersten Blick chic coolen Fassade steht herzliches Personal, dass uns mehrfach positiv überrascht hat. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und hochwertig mit dem gewissen Extra (z.B Gojibeeren, Matcha Latte, Waffeln), die auch in anderen 5* Hotels nicht selbstverständlich sind. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das zugehörige Restaurant Moriki ist Spitzenklasse. Das Zimmer war super, bis auf den nervigen Lüfter im Bad, der sich auch nachts nicht abschalten ließ. Preise im Hotel und Restaurant sind etwas drüber!

J'aime bien et recommande le Roomers à Baden Baden. Je connais bien l'hotel depuis plusieurs années. Dés votre arrivé vous êtes pris en charge et vous y êtes bien. Le personnel est poli, serviable et disponible. C'est un vrai plaisir d'y descendre même si il faut faire un petit détour. Je recommande particulièrement le massage par Kalid qui connaît super bien la matière👏👏👏.

Als wir endlich einen Tisch hattem wurden wir nicht gefragt, ob wir etwas bestellen wollen. Als wir auf die Möglichkeit aufmerksam wurden, wurden wir hämisch darauf hingewiesen, dass es nun 10:43 sei und die Küche seit 10:30 geschlossen ist.
Danach wurde man auch nie über das um 11 schliessende Buffet informiert, es wurde irgendwann einfach zusammengeräumt.
Der Kinderstuhl wurde nach dreimaligem Nachfragen gebracht.
Besteck, Tassen oder das üblicherweise zum Tisch gebrachte Wasser wurden nicht aufgedeckt. Besteck haben wir uns selbst von der Aufbewahrung geholt.

Ein schönes Hotel mit einem tollen Spa. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und die Servicekräfte sehr zuvorkommend. Unverständlich ist für mich allerdings, warum in einem solchen Hotel Balkonstühle den Gästen der höchsten Kategorie vorbehalten bleiben. Wenn ich schon einen Balkon gebucht habe, erwarte ich auch eine Sitzgelegenheit. Selbst auf Nachfrage sah man keine Möglichkeit das zu ändern.

Vergrößerungsspiegel im Bad sichtlich kaputt, Duschkopf defekt und Duschregler fiel auseinander. Es wird offensichtlich nichts nachkontrolliert.

Frühstück: keine Menü-Karte, keine Ansage über Sonderbestellungen: es ist also Glückssache, dass wir sahen, dass man Eierspeisen mit Toast und Avocado bestellen kann (übrigens sehr lecker). Keine Teekannen an jedem Morgen verfügbar mit der Begründung, das Hotel sei voll (kann das Hotel nicht ein paar Kannen mehr dann kaufen?!?)

Wir hatten wieder einen schönen Aufenthalt wie beim letzten Mal. Das Hotel ist modern, gut gepflegt und die Mitarbeitenden sind durchwegs sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr grosszügig und modern eingerichtet. Ein bisschen unpraktisch ist die Anordnung des Telefons und des Hotel-Pads auf dem zu niedrigen Nachtisch. Für Personen, welche lieber mit offenem Fenster schlafen, ist es eher schwierig. Auf der Strasse vor dem Hotel gibt es viele Auto-Poser und im Innenhof kann es Geräusche von Personen geben. Frühstück und Abendessen im Restaurant Moriki sind ausgezeichnet.
