In the overall, found it a bit weak. Several problems with the room, stayed 2 nights and had no cleaning after 1 night, asked more towels and they never delivered, sound isolation is non existent, i asked a king bed, had 2 singles and they couldnt do anything for being overbooked.
The weirdeste detail is the room had only 1 glass window instead of two and the excuse given was due to security reasons. There was a black shelf to replace the missing window but all sound and cold was coming from outside.
Breakfast was decent. Nothing special. Staff wasnt very helpful.

Very convenient location with many restaurants and shopping around. The hotel is good. The staff is very friendly. This is a one bedroom apartment with a living room, balcony, small kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. A valet parking is available. Very good experience.

Great neighbourhood - but declining hotels
I love the Moema area and ardently return when I visit. But the Mercure (Accor) chain of hotels that has been my favourite is no longer .. the hotels are constantly under renovation .. its never an experience without it .. Moreover - if you book on Expedia (and likely other sites) it seems you get dumped in the oldest and worst rooms. They have nicer .. I have been in quite nice rooms in these hotels. But my last few are consistently poorer, older and out dated rooms. This latest one had an air conditioner the dripped condensation all over the bed, very old furniture, trim work the was not attached to anything, a toilet you could barely sit on due to its location, lights in bathroom that didn't work, a safe that I was worried might not open again when I closed it .. even the breakfast was better elsewhere.

Great place in great location - Have stayed in Moema a few times and always great. This was apt hotel - with shopping and pharmacies and cabs nearly at the door. The only thing not up to standard was a TV that did not work in the Living room (did have one in the bedroom and that was all I needed - but reception on both wasnt great). Clean (nearly new), quiet and safe. Recommended **** (great wireless internet - no issues)

Foi reservado um quarto para três pessoas. A terceira ficaria no sofá cama, como anunciado. No entanto o sofá cama fica na sala e, nela, não havia ar condicionado. Mas o anúncio não fazia essa ressalva. Estava muito quente e era impossível dormir na sala. Foi necessário improvisar um colchão no chão do quarto e nós três tivemos que dormir de forma improvisada. Avalio como uma situação bastante grave, uma propaganda enganosa do que o apartamento oferece.

O pior hotel da minha vida. Foi a primeira vez, em 35 anos de profissão que troco de hotel no meio da hospedagem. Não parece ser um hotel, mas sim um flat que tem moradores e quartos para locação. Não entendo como pode usar a marca Mercure. Fiz uma reserva de três diárias, mas só fiquei uma. O ar condicionado não funciona e fazia um barulho horrível. Pedi para trocar de quarto, mesmo que para uma categoria inferior, mas não consegui.

En cuanto al desayuno, las opciones eran limitadas y, lamentablemente, el servicio al cliente no cumplió con las expectativas. The hotel is based in a nice area safe and not too noisy. The room are a bit old and not very well isolated, i was there in August and it was a bit cold in my bedroom. The breakfast is nice with plenty to choose from. I wish they would update the room. Ok for a couple of days, i would not stay there for a longer time.

De modo geral o hotel é excelente. O quarto e a sala são amplos e arejados, possui uma varanda bem agradável. Há várias facilidades como pia, geladeira e microondas. O único ponto negativo foi o da limpeza que deixou um pouco a desejar. Acredito que tenha sido em função de os trabalhadores estarem realizando serviço de quarto apenas três vezes por semana em função da pandemia.

A estadia foi minimamente decepcionante. Em tempos de pandemia o que mais presamos são os protocolos de higienização dos quartos, nos sentimos inseguros ao sair de casa, mas saber que estaremos em um estabelecimento que presa pela limpeza e por seguir os protocolos da Covid -19 nos conforta.

Ao entrar no quarto verificamos que a bancada da pia estava suja, com uma gota do que parecia um chocolate e tb muito farelo e sujeira (foto), nitidamente a bancada não recebeu nenhum tipo de higienização, sequer um pano!
Para piorar, ao caminhar sem chinelo no quarto (em tempos de pandemia não usamos o calçado da rua) verificamos que nosso pé ficou bem sujo, acabei por passar um \"pano/algo tipo um perfex\" com produto de limpeza no chão e o pano saiu extremamente sujo (foto), em um nível absurdo, o quarto visivelmente não tinha recebido nenhum tipo de limpeza no chão, além da sensação de insegurança em relação a contaminação por Covid-19 o desconforto e indignação pela falta de higienização e limpeza do quarto podem resumir a nossa experiência. Mais uma vez, entendo que a falta de higiene é inaceitável em qualquer momento, mas em tempos de pandemia é simplesmente inacreditável esse tipo de postura.

O quarto que me disponibilizaram era antigo. A cabeceira da cama, estava toda descascando. Tinha uma touca de banho ja usada no banheiro, possivelmente da hóspede anterior. Por ser 4° andar, fica bem próximo da rua, acordei varias vezes a noite com o volume alto dos carros.

O Hotel tem muito barulho qualquer hora do dia, seja barulho externo como aviao, pessoas falando, pessoas caminhando na rua, carro andando e buzinando e etc, como barulho interno, toda vez que alguem do lado ligava o chuveiro fazia um barulho insuportavel dentro do quarto e isso logo cedo as 6 da manha, pessimo esse hotel com essas estruturas e olha que reclamamos do barulho e a recepção se 'limitou' a dizer que era normal mesmo e pronto. Voces precisam fazer reformas para botar janelas anti ruido e desviar essas tubulações de agua que passam pelo quarto, pessimo isso, hotel do seculo passado, nunca mais volto a me hospedar ae....
