The staff was great, especially Samyra who took care of my room. She was detail oriented and efficient every day. The in-room mini bar and fridge was well supplied and had variety of snacks. The breakfast was the best part of the stay. It was fantastic, woth lots of variety and the food was delicious. The wait staff for breakfast were amazing. There were no food options at the hotel after breakfast. Valet parking was easy and affordable. They brought the car within moments of asking for it each time. The hotel should consider selling Brasil t-shirts, they'd sell out, no question.

Wish I could've stayed longer!

Marriott Executive Apartments really saved our trip after a flight cancellation! Jackson and Fabio were so lovely and accomodating when we checked in, giving us waters, candies, and great recommendations for the following day. It was a great breakfast (and the 2 bedroom apartment was huge!) and then we stored our bags and walked around the park, which I highly recommend! The only blip in the radar was the price of the taxi to the airport, which the front desk person arranged and said R$2300 and that credit card was okay, but the driver said that was the cash price, and the card price for R$2800. The driver gave me the Marriott quoted price, but I would make sure to confirm and check if using this service. It was too quick a trip to check out the gym and the pool unfortunately.
Thank you to the Marriott hotel staff for being so great to us!

This was my second time staying here. For longer stays I like having access to a kitchen. The rooms are spacious, the staff very friendly. Shout out to Sergio for being the absolute best.

The only thing I don't recommend is the room service food. It is just better to go to the restaurant.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. We are family of 4, with 2 young kids, ages 4 and 2. We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite and is was spacial and just perfect for our needs. The furniture and bedding linens show visible signs of wear and tear but other than that, everything was great.. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the location is awesome. This a residential area and it felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic staff . Very courteous and polite including the management staff and the Kitchen staff. The rooms were a huge disappointment. Dishwasher did not work. Decor needs desperate update . Wood panels suppose to be gone longtime ago . 80's design. No coffee machine . I had to request but was delivered to my room. No complains about the staff . They did the best they could. For the price Marriott charges it was a disappointment .

Absolutely great staff! Rooms need upgrade.

Hotel staff was amazing and I give them all 10+. Hotel however, specially room, furniture, carpet, mattress, bathroom, sofa, curtain and even doors need a completely remodeling / replacement. Everything is a bit old and beaten. I was not expecting that from a Marriott branded hotel.

My 11 day stay here was really nice! My partner and I enjoyed the mini kitchen and little living room set up. Breakfast downstairs was always yummy and a decent selection to pick from. Good communication and cleaning was done every day.

Terrible!!! Very bad maintenance, old and dirty furnitures, we had a issue on the arrival when there was no hot water and dirty water coming out! We also had a water flood in the room and we were stuck with soaked carpets for 4 days!!!

Major construction immediately next door with a lot of noise. Under a flight path with constant fly-overs for most of the day. Leaky toilet not fixed. Water turned off on last day (had to use another room for a shower). A shame, it's in a great location and the people who work there are very nice

Recepção foi muito gentil e hospitaleira. O café da manhã (no quarto por medidas da Covid) foi decepcionante. Além de sem graça, a variedade foi limitada, suco de laranja de caixinha, havíamos feito pedido de omelete/ovo mexido no dia anterior e acabou não vindo, enfim uma bagunça e decepção. Tem hotéis mais bem estruturados nas redondezas pelo mesmo valor.

The shower was poor and reception didn’t take any action to change the room or at least to fix it.

Good location for longer stays. Not very convenient for short stays as it is slightly away from the areas where a tourist would likely venture. Construction around the hotel meant some noise. Gym in hotel was also under construction or renovation which meant there was a temporary gym in another room. Breakfast was good, though would have liked to see more varieties of fresh fruits. Hotel and restaurant staff all were very professional and friendly.

Comfortable hotel in Itaim Bibi, close to park

Large room, comfortable hotel in Itaim Bibi (safe business district, close to great restaurants and nightlife, as well as Ibirapuera park). Gym on-site. Comfortable bed. Would not hesitate in staying there again next time I am in town.

Great comfort and cleanliness with no frills.

Although breakfast could be a bit better and they do not have a full time restaurant on the premises the apartments are of excellent quality and comfort, especially their beds. I stayed in many high end hotels in Sao Paulo and although this place does not have some aesthetic thrills that are offered by big hotels it has been by far my first choice where to stay. There are also many good restaurants within 3 blocks, including one that has a full organic menu. The area is also safe to walk at night which in Sao Paulo it is a plus.

1- very good in some way, the housekeepers need a little \"update course\" about cleaning the kitchens. also some forks and knives were missing when I arrived...

2- on sundays the bar staff may disconnect all the 4 TVs including the one with the football game, if they see guests working in the area...and talk a little lower voice...

Great hotel if you can get it cheap at the weekend

A very good hotel, spotlessly clean, large suite with big living area, open-plan kitchen, large fridge, big bathroom, great shower, comfortable bed. Breakfast very good, not quite up to Sao Paulo's Renaissance or Pullman, but still high quality. The area is a little ropey, and far from the centre of town, but you can Uber or 99taxis in and out cheaply. 8 reals in the shop for a can of soft drink when it's 2.19 in a supermarket is a bit steep though.

Great place outside of the downtown area.

Hotel is located just outside of a major business area of Sao Paulo. Though the neighborhood does not look great I felt perfectly safe there and there are several nice restaurants nearby including a top Brazilian restaurant, a top Japanese restaurant, and an Eataly all within walking distance.

Staff is friendly and accommodating, the hotel was in impeccable condition and the room was nicely apportioned.

Fabulous Hotel

We had the best time in Sao Paulo. The Marriott Executive Apartments where we stayed was awesome. Everything about our stay was perfect. From the time we walked in to register, we felt very appreciated. The maids were in and out in a flash and did an excellent job. The morning breakfast was complimentary, with excellent staff that made sure you had everything you wanted or needed. Our experience was super. We felt safe walking around to the restaurants at night that were just around the corner tucked into the neighborhood. Wonderful food. Small tips are normal, but splitting a dinner check with a group is mostly unheard of. I will miss the fresh fruit every morning. It is located on a busy road, but the rooms are very insulated, so you couldn't hear any noise. It is extremely quite at night. The complimentary laundry facility was nice, however, I didn't know about that till we got there. Could of packed less. I would list names of the wonderful staff that we had encounters with, but they were all excellent and I wouldn't want to miss anyone.

Have stayed at this hotel at least 10 separate times in the past year. It's a good, clean and easily accessible hotel. Actual bedrooms are a bit small.. I'm not a big guy but I have trouble accessing the closet which is less than a foot from the bed. But everything else is ok..

Nice hotel that could be great, due to location

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Stayed 8 days in rm 511 for business. Strong wifi signal throughout. Nice suite set up. TV was a distraction as the English speaking cable selection was limited. Breakfast incl. in my stay (ask Victor to make a fresh omelet). Carlos and others at front desk are very helpful and friendly. Room services were prompt (asking for Tabasco sauce and black peppers took a bit of explaining, though). Free use of an umbrella was useful. Neighborhood, unfortunately, was not good: too close to the edgy part near rows of auto body shops and a very busy (noisy) main road. Put the hotel at least 2 blocks closer to the park and this would be a gem.

Favor for long stays

A bit expensive but the service is very good, the staff is outstanding. The neighborhood isn't as convenient as others options still has a lot of good dining options at walking distance but having the big avenue just half a block from the premise makes it a bit uncomfortable for me. Great access to Parque Ibarapuera, ideal for long staus but don't forget to negotiate a special rate.

I don't know if I've ever provided a detailed comment on a hotel before but in this case I feel I have a little obligation to do so.

This Marriott is located in a good location in a better neighborhood of Sao Paulo - near the parque Iberapuera - on a quiet street so there is very little traffic noise.

The hotel also seems to be outside of the glide path for planes landing at CGH, the in-town airport which is located near-by. This is a plus because some nice hotels located in other nearby areas, such as Moema, can be affected by airport noise - which is frequent throughout the day and evening.

The rooms in this Marriott are clean and the construction is high-quality. Most, if not all, of the rooms in the hotel are equipped with a kitchen.

Even if you don't plan to cook, having a real refrigerator, cook top, sink along with plates, pans, tableware and plates is a plus. There is a grocery story approx 5 short blocks from the hotel. Its hard to eat restaurant food for every single meal.

The rooms in which I have stayed (second visit) were two of the best in which I have stayed in Brazil.

The most important thing about this hotel is the staff. I had stayed at the hotel once before and when I arrived at the hotel last Friday the gentleman working at the front desk greeted me by name. I was checked in quickly and efficiently.

And this high quality service continued throughout my stay. From the doormen, to the front desk, to the cleaning staff, to the room service team, to the restaurant personnel, the service was excellent - and genuine! After working hard in Brazil for two weeks, spending a weekend in Sao Paulo at this Marriott was a real treat.

To all the people at the Marriott Executive Apartments on Rua Filadelphia I say thank you for doing your jobs well and doing so with a genuinely pleasant attitude! This is how I define professionalism.

The room was clean and comfortable, but what makes them standout is the extraordinary staff. They went above and beyond to assist us in all of our needs. After traveling across Brazil for 3 weeks we were tired, and could not have been more impressed and reinvigorated by how easy the staff made our lives. They handled everything we asked, providing us addresses, clear directions, drivers, tour guides, etc. The staff is superior.

Great rates at a Central location

Location was great right by the biggest park of Sao Paulo state (great for some outdoor running in the daytime) and minutes taxi ride from Rua do Augusto where the locals hang out at night (go at your own risk. I was with an american friend and didn't feel threatened but i've heard other more unfortunate experiences). It's also close to the Unique hotel where Skye lounge is - offers you a great panorama of the city! The room is pretty clean but I found that the bath tub may have been missed. I think this is my fault since I booked the hotel on arrival so they had to rush - i dont hold it against them and would book again.

PHENOMENAL HOTEL STAFF

Our stay at this hotel was amazing! - From the minute we walked in and were greeted by CURTIS we felt like royalty! - What a charming, professional and downright kind young man! - The Marriott is fortunate to have him - and NO - we never met him before this trip - we traveled to Brazil from the US to attend our son's wedding and chose the Marriott because we are comfortable with the brand - but WOW - we were not expecting the phenomenal service! - Unfortunately I do not now remember the other gentleman's name who worked the front desk - but he was equally impressive! STAY HERE FOR SURE!!

Great Staff

The hotel front desk was very accomodating with my request. Since I did not carry Brazilian currency with me, they were willing to call me a cab (Back and forth) everyday and bill it to my room.
Breakfast was included in my room rate so I did not have to pay extra for breakfast.

Best Hotel In Sao Paulo for Buss Traveler

The only hotel I found in SP with iron and ironing board, a convenience we all are used to in the US, but not common in Brazil, for some reason. All, the other hotels I stayed, including other 5 star ones did not have this commodity. And you had to pay to get your clothes laundry/iron.

Perfect Hotel for a short or medium term stay, next to a very quiet upper scale neighborhood (Vila Nova Conceicao) and SP's financial district (Itaim Bibi: Faria Lima - JK).

I stayed at the Marriott Executive Apartments for a business trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood behind the hotel was nice with a few restaurant options allowing you to feel safe walking around. The breakfast buffet was okay. I would not advise ordering food from the hotel restaurant. The fitness area was nice as well. Overall a good stay.

Staff get an A1 at this hotel. Aimed to please, friendly warm and smile. Simple things that add great value to any hotel.

The location for Sao Paulo is overall very good. In the modern and more safe South Zone you can drive to so many good restaurants and other places.

The hotel is modern enough, rooms are a good size and great to have all the amenities at hand.
