The apt was very old. The air conditioner did not work well. The bathroom was very small and the bathtub very high to get in for my mother who is 84.

I booked as if there was a breakfast included in the price and them I received a message from the hotel informing that they dont have a kitchen anymore so there was no breakfast.
Hotel is very simple, furniture is old, airconditioner was old and was not working and the hotel was very noisy. I could hear airplane flying by every 10 minutes and also I could hear the noise coming from the bars on the street.
Staff from reception was very nice and pleasant. I asked for a quieter room and with a airconditioner that was working and he promptly changed my room.

O Hotel encontra-se em reforma. O lobby fechado, faz-se o check-in pela garagem. Até aí tudo bem. Problema foi falta de preparo na hora de orientar como guardar o carro. primeiro pede para deixar a chave, depois pede para para na frente de outro carro e levar a chave? aí de o outro quiser sair tocam na sua porta pedir pra tirar? mal organizado isso aí.

enough for one night with the family. I have ordered and received non smoking rooms, but unfortunatelly, the hotel doesn't have non smoking floors..my floor was plenty of smoke from smoking guests. Overall that was a OK stay.

Apartameto extremamente velho, moveis velhos, cheiro de velho, roupa de cama velha, tomadas eletricas velhas fora do padrão atual, televisão não estava funcionando, controle remoto sem pilha (avisei ao Gilmar porteiro que nada fez). Muitoooo Ruim!

E só ter ar condicionado na sala realmente não é satisfatorio, pois fomos em 3 e uma pessoa dormindo na sala não podiamos fechar o quarto e a pessoa que estava na sala ficava congelando pra gente ficar bem no quarto.

Fiz a reserva de ultima hora e ao chegar na rua do hotel percebi tudo escuro e um predio em reforma, eu fiquei com medo de descer do carro , vi uma pessoa saindo do predio que me informou que eu deveria descer no estacionamento do predio para falar com a recepcao pois o predio estava em reforma. Fui entrando com medo ate que encontrei uma sala pequena com um senhor sentado ao fundo que veio me atender, ele foi educado explicando que o predio estava em reforma mas nao observei qualquer profissionalismo na postura. Eu fiquei com medo de me hospedar no local, perguntei se os quartos estavam realmente limpos. como ja era 23h resolvi ficar pois seria impossivel conseguir algo naquele horario e eu estava cansada por ter dirigido 9h de carro. Ele me disse que nao tinha cafe da manha e que eu deveria colocar o carro na garagem em qualquer lugar pois nao tinha manobrista. Subi o quarto antigo mas estava limpo e entao resolvi dormir pois no dia seguinte eu procuraria outro hotel. Na entrada do predio havia um entregador de ifood perdido que tentou entrar no estacionamento com a moto para a entrega. Foi terrivel a experiencia. Nao me senti segura e parecia um filme de terror.

Por el precio el hotel esta bien, buena ubicación, el personal es atento, el desayuno variado y bueno. Reservamos piezas para 3 y pusieron una cama plegable la cual no era tan cómoda. La piscina estaba en mantenimiento por lo que no pudimos usarla, eso podrían avisarlo ya que fue una de las razones para reservar acá. El resto OK
