The Pullman is a Great hotel

We have stayed at the Pullman several times and with each stay, we always say how much we like the hotel. From the moment we walk in and are greeted to the room service, everyone is professional and polite. The room is always very clean and comfortable and smells nice. The Pullman is a great hotel.

It is an ok hotel! I traveled for business and wifi is a must, but it was super slow and impacted my meetings. The food availabilities especially if you are looking for healthy vegan options are literally zero.

I always stay here on my yearly trips and it’s always been pleasant and best experiences ! This time I had issues with Wi-Fi, chargers, noises . Sadly, my shortest stay was definitely disappointing. I gave them feedback and I hope they act to improve the issues … they seem to care and listen , which is the start to improve ….

Great stay at Pullman Hotel

Arrived on a Sunday, restaurant, bar, and snack deli was closed. Ordered room service later in the evening and it took 1.5 hours for them to deliver. Not sure what the policy for Sunday is but, as a hotel, I would believe restaurant and all food service should be available. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall stay. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Hotel is in a very good area and there’s a shopping center about 200 yards from the hotel.

The Pullman hotel was not available due to maintenance and that was never communicated during the reservation time. They put me on another neighbor hotel which I had stayed before and which was not what i was expecting. Yet, they were friendly and the service at the other hotel was good. I just hoped they had notified me in advance of my booking as I would have made other arrangements.

Amazing breakfast and clean rooms

The breakfast at the property is one of a Kind definitely recommend it!
Very clean room with full stocked mini bar and 24h gym access.
Shower pressure is excellent and the separate tub from shower is a plus.
Very convenient located 15-20min from Congonhas airport.
It is my preferred hotel cost benefit in SP
(I travel to SP for business around 6 times a year from Orlando).

Great location, fairly decent business hotel, VERY friendly and helpful staff. We were well taken care of when we arrived from an early flight.
However, the espresso machines in the rooms don't fit in the socket, thus defeating the purpose of having it. (Please fix this, it's frustrating as hell.) The lack of pool is unfortunate but I was aware before booking. Mattress is a bit firm but that's not the end of the world.

Business stay in Vila Olimpia

Business trip. We chose this hotel based on location, as its the best option in terms of hotel standard in this specific of Vila Olimpia. We arrived to the hotel prior to check-in, they offered us to shower and freshen up in the gym/spa restrooms, and they would store our luggage until our return.
The room is spacious. Breakfast staff was wonderful. Breakfast has a good amount of options -- I mostly stuck to the yogurt, fruits and coffee. You have an additional option to order from a menu during breakfast at no extra charge.
There is a simple gym available and for those who would prefer, there is an option to order a workout kit to your room, which is an awesome workaround for those who just want to get a quick workout before starting the day.
My main negative feedback is that much of all the kitchen utensils were not clean, whether it being in the room or in the food hall.

Nice music around the hotel and a DJ playing at night at bar area. Food is not the best but then I am very difficult as used to gourmet food. A bit too salty here. Service is very friendly but you may get the wrong thing so make sure they understood you.

No shower and subpar room service experience

Slow room service and couldn't shower because temperature knob wouldn't work, it was from extremely hot to inferno hot. Another thing to bring up is that I was excited to book a room here because I've had lunch and dinner at their HUB restaurant, but to my dismay, their room service menu was totally different, very bland. Had their grilled tuna, which was amazing, and when I called after my meal to get some coffee, Nicolas told me I could have ordered anything from the HUB restaurant.

Hotel com excelente localização, bastante confortável e pessoal extremamente atencioso, cama muito boa , bom wi fi , o chuveiro apesar de ser de um modelo muito bom a água ficava oscilando a temperatura, o restaurante com ótima comida , porém o café da manhã apesar de ótima qualidade um dia demorou a reposição do presunto , no outro dia demorou bastante a reposição de ovos mexidos e bacon, além de não haver colheres disponíveis(tive que solicitar) e bowls também, falhas que não deveriam acontecer em um hotel desse nível, mas no geral muito confortável, com produtos de alta qualidade e uma equipe muito boa e bem treinada, especial menção à camareira Mônica , muito atenciosa.

The staff were excellent! I arrived early in the morning from an overnight flight and, despite that they were fully booked the night before, they did their utmost to make me feel comfortable and to find me a room within one hour. They invited me to breakfast, provided internet connection and a place to for me to work. The concierge, Pedro, is a true ambassador of hospitality. Pullman has earned my full loyalty - it is my new home in Sao Paulo

I stayed at the Pullman hotel for work and someone at the reception noticed it was my birthday. When I returned at night there was a little cake and a card in my room. They were extremely nice and the breakfast was excellent. I will go back!

great area but a little lacking

10 hour night flight from USA and arrived exhausted. The guy at the front desk was going to make me wait until 3 pm to check in. They miraculously found a room when I offered to pay their early check-in fee. Be careful to plan for this if you are taking the red eye. Decent rooms, firm bed, course sheets, so so breakfast buffet. This hotel's greatest attribute is it's location.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE - GAVE MY ROOM AWAY

When I travel to Sao Paulo, I normally book my hotel accommodation for one night prior to my arrival to guarantee I'm able to check into my room when I arrive in the morning (after an overnight flight). I normally stay at the Renaissance, but decided to give the Pullman a shot. When I arrived, I was informed that the Pullman gave my room away, and they didn't have any rooms left. So, I had to find another hotel on a very busy week in Sao Paulo (which took hours...). Beyond this, the Pullman is still insisting that I pay for the first night of my reservation. I will never again stay at any Pullman property after this incredibly frustrating experience.

Great service/hosts, disappointing rooms

The hotel has a beautiful lobby, great bar, and good tasting room service/breakfast. The service was great, everyone was very friendly, nice and accommodating.

The rooms were very underwhelming. Noise was a HUGE problem, and my first room, a 'top level' suite seemed thrown together with whatever furniture they had remaining. The air conditioner was too loud to sleep, the shower water temperature was broken and was stuck too hot to use, my refrigerator had mold/mildew, and the wallpaper had a burn mark from a lamp that had been too close.

I certainly did not expect that from a ~200/night room. The 'suite' was essentially two normal rooms, connected by removing the adjoining wall. Because of this, one wall of my room had a shared door to the next room, through which I could hear my neighbor coughing, talking on the phone and watching TV.

Because I was there for an extended stay (two weeks) I eventually moved rooms. The next was a bit more charming but still could clearly hear my neighbors next door and above. Additionally, the built in cabinetry in both rooms was flimsy and deteriorating, and left many of my clothes with an awful, stagnent, stale smell.

I would NOT recommend this hotel for any more than 2 nights, as it quickly shows it is not up to par with the price.

Quality of services is declining.

I've been staying at this hotel for more than 10 years (when was called Caesar Park)--the hotel was aging so I changed to another location. A couple of years ago friends told me that it had been renovated and services improved, so in 2014 I gave a try and was impressed--the hotel had been completely renovated; the staff was great. However in the last six months the service has been declining--some of the people at the front desk is not as friendly/not interested in helping guests as they use to (although many are very kind, but they are not effective). The problems I encountered during my most recent four night stay:
1. The first day the maid did not leave hand towels. The second day she left one bath towel and one hand towel. The third day she left just one bath towel--I called them and asked for additional towels and they never showed up. The fourth day, again one bath towel and one hand towel. In addition, the towels are old and needs replacement.
2. There was no electrical outlet next to the desk at the room which I was assigned--when I mentioned to the front desk I was told that this is how this room was configured and I needed to connect my computer/phone to charge in the outlets located next to the bed...is this is a business hotel?
3. I had a guest for breakfast at the restaurant of the hotel and I paid the bill with my credit card. When I went to do the check out, I told the front desk that I had paid for it--I was told to \"prove it\" and they charge me again.

I would stay here again just for location. Standard (for me) two-prong charger for wall should be in every room. I had to call front desk for one. Ordered ice cream to room, came grainy and melted, sent it back. Ordered an omelet from buffet took 20 minutes and came back burned and made horrible. At table I had to ask twice for more hot chocolate as nobody ever asked if you needed anything else.

Very good hotel in the center of Vila Olimpia.

It is conveniently localed in the middle of Vila Olimpia and has easy access to restaurants, shopping malls and business facilities. The hotels itself is a pretty good business hotel with spacious rooms and a great breakfast. The staff is very friendly, easy to access and speaks good English.

This is really an excellent hotel. The staff is incredibly professional and friendly. Nice restaurant at very reasonable prices (again, with very professional staff). Nice fitness facilities with a good range of brand new equipment. Breakfast is very impressive too.
Can't fault anything. I am very impressed (and I consider myself to be picky with hotels).

Problem with the Expedia booking : it was not retrieved by Hotel staff so the check-in lasted nearly one hour ... Out of that, good room and excellent breakfast buffet.

Nice hotel in vila olimpia

Hotel was refurbished for world cup. Lobby is very modern with a good bar. Check in and concierge is on the I floor. The hotel has nice fitness center but does not have enough equipment during peak hours. Rooms need to be aired out as they are nice but musty. Location is nice being in vila olimpia.
