The apartments need a maintenance everything it’s poor condition furniture , faucets are damaged, my first 3 days was all about fixing something even the toilet flush valve was broken. The location fantastic but I’m not going back there.

This property is a joke! The property is dirty and the things broke around. Hot water didn’t work and toilet/bidet is not working. The property communication is broken, and when we reached out to the security team, they asked us to check and inspect the electrical panel, and then they offered us to use the SPA open showers and facilities instead.

Charlie Itaim is really going downhill. In the past 5 years I’ve stayed multiple times here and the service is going down and down and down.
This time my bathroom didn't have a mirror, impossible to shave for example. But the mirror used to be there, it just was probably broken and never replaced.
My room didn’t have WiFi working for 1 week, had to use a very slow connection from and adjoining room.
The cutlery they provide you is less and less. You get 2 glasses, 2 forks, 2 knife’s, it’s so sad how they count the amount of stuff they provide in this way instead of taking care of providing good service.
I will find a different accommodation for my next SP trip.

Communication was ok, WhatsApp always replied. Garage door in&out done with msg on WhatsApp to open the gate. Location is perfect, cleaning could be better. Few issues with maintenance like water drain on the sink ( almost clogged) and water to fill the toilet bowl ( low pressure ). Nice facilities on the building. Overall I would recommend and would stay again in the future.

I wouldn’t stay here again even if it was free! The locks are digital and the indoor lock does not work (I tried with 3 rooms from my family). I found out the lock doesn’t work because i woke up with A MAN IN MY ROOM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT!!

We need more flats in Itaim Bibi not by Charlie
These flats used to be managed by a different company and were wonderful in the past.
Nowadays the only communication you get is through Whatsapp messages with staff that try to go out of their way to be horrible with you, and that won't care about 50% of your problems.
My flat only had 1 pillow, I complained, they didn't bring any extra pillow. My flat wifi password didn't work, they didn't care at all, took them 4 days to come over to the flat to see the problem (fortunately I had reset the router and used the default wifi name and password); you want to do early check in? Who do you think you are? A customer that requires proper service? We don't operate with those kinds of people here! Want to do a late check out? You must be kidding, get out of the room!
In this trip there were only 2 pillows in the bed; 1 small lousy pillow in the sofa; there was no extra blankets/duvets provided in case it gets cold; the outside area used to have 2 identical chairs and now you only get 1 (don't complain customer! I told you not to complain).
So... the people that manage these flats should really be managing a rundown pension in some favela, and not managing what is a good building and flats that have a LOT of potential - that is the main problem, this could be great if it wasn't the service involved.
I get anxious - in a bad way - when I stay here, thinking - how are they going to ruin my stay this time?

I've stayed in this building in the past in flats owned by a competitor of Charlie - they were called Casaí, and the service was 1000x better.
Charlie is a bad service provider, when you book with them the only way you have to communicate is through Whatsapp message, they don't have a number you can call, you can't call through Whatsapp as well, only messages.
They also never identify themselves in the chats, sometimes you can be lucky and find someone that is friendly, most times you will find someone that argues with you all the time.
Location is great for however has business to do in Faria Lima, but the quality is going downhill. For example these flats used to have loads of pillows, they now only have 2; it used to have big sized garbage cans, now only have tiny bathroom ones; it used to have a proper amount of cutlery/glasses, now you get whatever wasn't yet broken.
I hope someone quickly makes a competitor to Charlie so I can stay somewhere else.

Lovely room but confusing place
The room itself was brilliant and Charlie Itaim were prompt to communicate through WhatsApp for any questions we had. However, we felt that some instructions for the building and the processes could have been left in the room rather than having to reach out every time.
The room wasn’t cleaned at all for our 4 night stay and so we had to clear our own waste. There were no extra bin bags supplied for us and we had to go to the concierge desk to find out where to take the rubbish. We were also told we’d need to book into the pool due to the pandemic however upon approaching the desk they told us that we didn’t need to book.
The concierge desk were helpful but spoke no English whatsoever so this was tough.
The location wasn’t terrible but we did have to get ubers to all the places we visited.

The apartment was very clean, modern, and well thought out. They supplied small soaps and towels, just like a hotel. Pots, pans, plate, and cups were all there, along with a seasoning for cooking to take home as a gift. Parking was safe in the garage, and overall the price was good.
However, I had to wait in the lobby for well over an hour because they lost my documents, never sent them to the building to let me in, and then did not answer me or Hotels.com staff over the phone. Meanwhile, we had to pay for street parking, and I got totally soaked in the rain making trips to and back from the car. Due to the long delay, we missed an appointment and got nothing in return except for a \"we're really sorry\" message.
All in all, the apartment itself was great, but I would stay there again ONLY if organization were improved, providing easier and more direct lines of communication with staff and if the plans of sending digital entry codes and a way directly into the parking garage.

The company can't keep up with simple maintenance of the flats they own in this building.
The door handles are gone, a lot of ACs don't work, the furniture is looking bad, toilet lids are missing. It's incredible how the company can't keep maintenance up.
In 2 stays that I did in 2 consecutive weeks, in both I had to change bedrooms as there was multiple items missing like cutlery, chairs, towels, pillows, etc. In one of the times the AC was leaking water non-stop.
In one of the stays I was also robbed at gun point just outside the building, and heard from people that live in the building that the security in the block has gone down.

O quarto já está precisando de manutenção! O sofá e as poltronas precisam ser limpas! Estão manchadas e sujas de uso. E tive que desentupir a pia do banheiro todos os dias. Mas, tirando isso, a estrutura do prédio é bem legal e tem uma excelente localização.

Eu sempre fui fã dos flats do Charlie, mas de algum tempo para cá, a qualidade e cuidado com os quartos caíram bastante.
Dessa vez o quarto estava muito mal cuidado.
Chão manchado, parede do ar condicionado estava quebrada com um buraco e o suporte de itens do espaço de banho não existia, estando visualmente quebrado. O aspecto do quarto não estava dos melhores, de maneira geral.

Único ponto positivo é a localização. As fotos não condizem com os apartamentos, por elas, você espera um lugar relativamente novo, bem cuidado e limpo.. Mas a realidade é que os apartamentos estão extremamente mal cuidados!! Fiquei em dois, pois o primeiro tinha um ar que vazava, parede meio preta de infiltração e manchas no chão; já no segundo a fechadura não funcionava direito, e eu tinha que digitar a senha umas 4 vezes até conseguir entrar. Por fim, a cama também é confortável.

Excelente opção de estadia. Quarto muito amplo e confortável. Banheiro muito bom, também. Disponibilidade de água potável. Localização excepcional bem Central no itaim. As toalhas poderiam ser maiores e de melhor qualidade. Não tinha secador de cabelo. É disponibilizado no sistema de café da manhã por R$40 no térreo, que atende bem as expectativas. Recomendo.

Apartamento muito bom, confortável, prédio fica em boa localização, estruturado com garagem, achei barulhento, não possui esquadrias anti ruído. O apto. 55 qur nos hospedamos precisa apenas de reparo na pia do banheiro que se encontra quebrada/trincada e sugestão de ter alguns utensílios adicionais como uma torradeira ou sanduicheira e ferro de passar.

Fiquei hospedada no Charlie algumas vezes em 2023 e sempre tive boas experiências. No entanto, infelizmente, desta vez não tive a mesma sorte.
Após uma viagem cansativa, cheguei ao apartamento e descobri que não havia água quente no chuveiro. A torneira da água quente estava completamente desconectada, funcionando apenas com água fria. Entrei em contato pelo WhatsApp e fui prontamente atendida, mas o reparo só pôde ser agendado para o dia seguinte.
Na manhã seguinte, a máquina de café também não funcionava. Novamente entrei em contato com o suporte, que agendou a troca do equipamento — porém os problemas só foram resolvidos por volta das 10h da segunda-feira.
O que merece destaque positivo é o atendimento pelo WhatsApp, que foi excelente do início ao fim, mesmo com as limitações de agendamento para as soluções.

Gostamos bastante da acomodação. Flat amplo, com boa localização, limpo e novo. Único ponto a considerar como negativo foi quando formos utilizar a piscina que, embora fosse climatizada, estava gelada em um dia frio. Fora isso, indico e retornaria, sem dúvidas.

Había una obra de demolición a 10 metros de mi ventana. Solicite cambio de habitación cuando hubiese otra disponible y nunca se realizó. Tampoco se puede pagar servicio de limpieza con tarjeta internacional. Piscina fria.

Dirty and not well maintained.
We received no information for Check-in.
The only contract number was a Whatsapp number answered by a robot. It was very dificult to manage to speak with a real person. In the meantime we were locked outside the apartment, not knowing what to do, at night.
Once inside, the walls are not well maintained. It doesn’t look neat. The curtains are very dirty (picture attached), as well as the furniture (picture attached).
The toilet seat was broken.
For something in the area of Itaim Bibi, it’s sure disappointing and not worth what they charge.
There wasn’t even a bottle of water in the fridge.

Gosto de me hospedar no “Stay in Charlie” pelo custo-beneficio. Apartamento bom, ótima localização, limpo e cheiroso. Prédio com ótima infra estrutura. Desta vez, senti falta do espelho no banheiro. Fora isso, me sinto em casa. Como sugestão para melhorar ainda mais, acho que poderia ter pelo menos uma garrafinha de água nos esperando.

Amo os Charlies, e esse é muuuuito bem localizado! Ideal para um casal ou quem está viajando sozinho! Tem excelentes restaurantes, salão, supermercado, farmácia e na sexta-feira tem feira a uma esquina de lá.

A limpeza não estava 100% e estava faltando a borracha da porta, o que fazia ela ficar com uma folga que fazia barulho. Fora isso, sempre acho uma ótima escolha ficar no Charlie.

o apartamento é excelente, porém tivemos muitos problemas com o acesso, tanto na garagem como no portão de entrada, recepção péssima, sem funcionários para apoio na chegada, tive problemas de reconhecimento e fiquei na chuva várias vezes tentando acesso ao hotel

Acho que falta manutenção das acomodações
O lugar e a estrutura são ótimos, porém quando cheguei não tinha toalhas, me informaram no chat que teria ferro de passar e não tinha. As cortinas estavam sujas, sem pilhas no controle da tv, porta detergente da pia quebrado. Mas de modo geral foi bom.

Já fiquei algumas vezes no Charlie da Joao Cachoeira, porem desta vez foram inúmeros problemas z. Primeiro até a hora de chegar no Charlie as 23h, não havia recebido o numero do apto. Antes recebia logo cedo, pois bem, passei exatos 32min aguardando na rua uma resposta de um whats app automatico. Depois de entrar no apto nao haviam cabides no armario, o apto estava empoeirado nas estantes e o secador não tinha adaptador para ligar. No Inicio do Charlie eles colocavam água cortesia e Shampoo, desta vez não tinha nada. A experiência não foi das melhores. Tinha apenas sabonetes, espero que melhorem.
