Great location and bed comfort. Breakfast is very good and diverse. The only thing we did not like was the poor light condition around the elevator area, together with a terrible smell. This smell invaded our room, and it was a problem that no one fixed.

I've paid for a business room and the advertising said I would get a modern room on 14th floor. I've got a room on 22th floor but I didn' realise anything modern or special. It was just a regular room. The hotel is good with a good breakfast. Great staff! The location is very good with plenty of options close to the hotel.

I came to Sao Paulo for a business trip and had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The staff was very attentive, rooms were clean and convenient breakfast buffet. The hotel is walking distance to my office. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely stay there on my next business trip.

Arrived very late hoping for a nice comfortable room as I had stayed there before.

My room had some ladies underwear left so felt it wasn’t cleaned properly. The staff were very apologetic and moved me to a new room.

The property is a little tired but the beds are comfortable and breakfast is good.

A few things to fix, but overall, ok.

I like the location, but cleanliness was somewhat an issue this time as I walked bare feet in the room and my feet turned black. Also, it seems that there was some renovation and the lights where not working properly. We had to call for help to shut off 3 lights and nobody would know. Then we finally had to shut of the power of the entire room to be able to sleep.

If your purpose is a business trip, do not book this hotel as there is absolutely no area to comfortably work in and the internet does not work here at all. This caused me difficulties and issues with my business travel. An overall, very frustrating experience.
Must say though, that the staff was great and always with a smile.

I booked this hotel as it's positioned as a business hotel. Unfortunately, the wifi connection is very poor in the hotel - and in the room it's impossible to work. The work space/station is very limited and placed infant of the hotel reception so it's impossible to work there as well.

I came on a business trip and choose this hotel as it was positioned as a business hotel and I though it means it would be Ann hotel I could also work from.
The internal was so poor in the room and there are no areas to work from in the hotel.

Nice hotel if you need to stay around Vila Olimpia

Nice business hotel at Vila Olimpia. Across the street from a shopping mall with cinemas and restaurants. Rooms are comfortable with iron and iron board in each room already. Very clean as well and breakfast is nice. Highly recommend

My AC wasn’t working and it felt like 34o C in my room. They need to repair their AC urgently. Maintenance had to come and fix the AC for 2 days in a row in my room.

connecting to wifi was brutal, but not as brutal as their ac system. Rooms are not cold, was very hot. complained about the air conditioner system the entire first 36 hours, until it broke down and leaked water inside the room. staff was great, but the hotel comfort was the worst i have ever encountered.

Tired, charge early check in. Good location.

Tired room and tired hotel. Business trip. Early check in requested for colleague travelling on same booking - plenty of rooms were ready and available but receptionist insisted on charging half a day rate. Unlike most other hotels we’ve stayed in São Paulo. Not a very warm welcome. Staff generally friendly, though. Average breakfast. No proper bar areas although Vila Olimpia is a good location with lots of good bars and restaurants (and shopping mall) close by. We won’t return. Pullman hotel around the corner is far nicer for just a little more money. Charging for an early check in drive my colleague away from any chance of a return visit. Short sighted of management and gives a ooor impression.

Great customer service from Paolo, concierge guy who help me all time. Elevator carpets very smelly. Great room space. Third day of my stay Another different guy from concierge service kept me waiting over an hour waiting for a adapter for my computer connector. After waiting for so long I went downstairs to find out from him they didn’t had one available. That issue could be solve with just a 1 minute call....

I stay at the radisson all Over the world. Not once have I ever been not allowed to check in early or been denied a late check out.

The radisson Olympia wanted to charge me a half day for check in when rooms where available 4 hours before 2pm. Then denied the late check out... a nice way to treat loyal customers!

Don’t wast you time here. Better off at the Hyatt for almost the same price.

3rd world service and no air conditioning. Tried three rooms and had enough. The
Staff left me 30 minutes in a 80 degree room with no AC trying to find another. Only to please us in two subsequent rooms with no AC!

Great location, noisy air

The location is great, next to a shopping mall offering many different eating options, close to one ofSão Paulo's busiest business neighbourhoods. The staff provides great service, breakfast is varied and of good quality. The only issue is the central air conditioning, which is far too noisy! We had to turn it off during the night, or else we could not sleep. We complained at reception and they moved us to another room, which was slightly better, but still a problem. Staff told us that they are gradually installing better insulation to resolve the noise problem, but not all rooms have it. Other than this, our stay was fine.

O hotel tem uma localização excelente, o quarto é bem amplo e moderno.
A piscina descoberta estava um pouco turva e a coberta não estava tão quente por isso não utilizamos.
A equipe do hotel é muito prestativa e o café da manhã bem gostoso.
Não tinham feito a arrumação do quarto quando retornamos ao hotel no início da noite mas eu solicitei a arrumação e mesmo neste horário foi feita, o que achei bom pois fiquei apenas uma noite e teria ficado insatisfeita se isso não tivesse feito.

Então, fico nesse hotel umas 5 vezes por ano.
MAs cada vez tem acontecido algo diferente.
Na ultima vez, o banheiro tinha uma janela que deixava o quarto inteiramente claro, pois a porta era de vidro.
Dessa vez, alem do black out ser menor que a janela. Por mais que tentássemos puxar para um lado , sempre ficava uma fresta aberta.
Ele mudaram o sistema de interruptores dos quartos por algo mais moderno e para isso, tinham dois relés no teto, que faziam barulho de 20 em 20 segundos e ainda piscava uma luz azul.
Nossas noites foram um inferno.
Peguei esse hotel pq tem uma cama maravilhosa e poderia descansar, mas tá dificil.
tenho uma reserva para dezembro, mas já vou cancelar!!! infelizmente. Pois adoro a localização do hotel.
