I would stay here again but there are better Hotels in the area. The building overall is clean but needs some maintenance. Front Desk and Breakfast are Ok. The great thing on this Hotel is the Gym, good equipment and quite new. The pain point is the location, don't dare walk at night, You must get a taxi cab.

O hotel merece uma renovação em alguns itens e os travesseiros poderiam ser mais confortáveis. Reposição shampoo e sabonete nao foi feita por 3 dias.

A segurança do local deixa a desejar. A recepção fica à deriva, sendo bem difícil encontrar alguém no balcão, o que facilita a entrada de pessoas estranhas no hotel. Ficamos 4 dias neste hotel e teve dia que nem a nossa cama arrumaram. Além da desordem, o lixo continuou lá.

A localização é ótima e o aspecto geral na recepção também. Os quartos precisam de uma pintura clara e de ar condicionado silencioso, o prédio enfrente tem sempre festa, portanto é necessário ligar o ar para diminuir o barulho do vizinho.
Quem trabalha na área de turismo tem como primeira aula que é nos feriados e fins de semana que mais se trabalha. A moça que atende ao café da manhã não foi bem treinada e começava a desmontar o buffet às 9h45. A higiene do buffet na área das frutas e frios estava inadequada, muitas moscas pousadas nesses produtos. Pena, o café da manhã era um ponto alto do hotel e não é grátis.

Serviço lamentoso. Aguardamos no lobby por 20 minutos antes de encontrarmos um funcionário, o qual alegou que não haviam reservas para o dia. O serviço de estacionamento também foi abaixo do esperado, com atendimento demorado e má-educação, apesar de baixo fluxo de demanda. As instalações em si não foram ruins, só com estrutura desatualizada de alguns itens, como ar condicionados. De forma geral, não achei que valeu o preço cobrado.

Único ponto que gostaria de destacar é referente a roupa de cama. Lençois sobre o colchão são menores que a dimensão do próprio colchão e na arrumação só aceitam as cobertas de cima. Mas detalhe que pode ser melhorado na arrumação de quarto no dia a dia.

Esperava uma localização melhor. O quarto deixou a desejar. Armários velhos cheios de cupim (farelos de madeira resultante da ação de cupim). O cobertor que fica no armário estava sem um plástico, justamente onde caía os resíduos da madeira e possivelmente não foi trocado quando entrei. Café da manhã comum. Portaria com atendentes muito solícitos e zeladora também, foi o ponto forte.

Localização do hotel é boa, mas instalações precisam de uma manutenção urgente. Andares possuem carpete, portanto quem possuir problemas alérgicos é bom evitar o hotel. Restaurante do hotel é terceirizado e a comida é boa com preço justo. Atendimento na recepção normal, não há esforço para que o cliente retorne. Eu particularmente, será a primeira e última vez...

o espaço da suíte é excelente. Muitissimo confortável, colchões, travesseiros. As roupa de cama e banho limpas e agradáveis. Há armários suficientes pra passar dias muito tranquilamente, mesmo eu ficando uma noite apenas. Tanto a mesa de refeições, quanto a de trabalho e a mini cozinha facilitam muito caso a pessoa viaje a trabalho e por mais tempo. Espero me hospedar mais vezes no local.

Pelas fotos eu esperava mais do hotel. O atendimento na recepção foi razoável, contudo eles pecam muito na limpeza. É perceptível que há anos não é feita uma boa limpeza, tanto nos quartos, quanto nas áreas comuns. As almofadas da cama estavam sujas; tinha CLICLETE grudado no teclado do telefone; paredes do banheiro estavam sujas e o shampoo não tinha sido reabastecido, dava para perceber que a limpeza era apenas superficial. O copo disponível no quarto estava sujo, bem como as duas xícaras. As cortinas estavam imundas e com aparência de que nunca foram lavadas. O hotel oferece piscina mas não tivemos coragem de entrar pois não estava limpa.
Quanto ao restaurante as opções de café da manhã eram bem básicas e o omelete ruim e frio.
A localização é muito boa e em local tranquilo, possui restaurantes próximos, contudo o Hotel peca muito na qualidade da serviço, principalmente no quesito limpeza.

O atendimento na recepção foi cordial, porém, informações sobre funcionamento do Hotel em função do COVID ( uso do restaurante a lá carte e principalmente, como seria o café da manhã - tempo de preparo) me trouxeram problemas quanto a planejamento de tempo. O serviço de despertar também não funcionou....pois anotaram o Nr errado do meu apartamento, quando fiz a solicitação. Resolvendo estes problemas simples, acredito que se tornará uma boa opção. Pretendo retornar !

Atendimento na recepção não é amistoso e nao possui um bom controle sobre a ordem de chegada. As acomodacoes sao muito boas, contan dfo, ate, com um ferro de passar roupa dentro do apartamento. O banheiro dispõe de barras que facilitam a locomoção com segurança naquele cômodo.
