I stayed at this property years ago and love it. Great value, great staff and great breakfast (bought the breakfast package). Now the hotel need some upgrading and renovating. Also they only provided 2 bath towels/day and no wash cloths or hand towels. Had to ask the front desk for extra bath towels to be used as hand towels.

The parking is horrible. Second time I had a bad experience. Last time I was the one asking for my car first and they took one hour to get it, 5 people got it before me. They kept going back and forth between ibis and ibis budget, looked like they are always understaffed. Ibis says the parking is independent, but is in the hotel’s property. They should really think about changing the parking lot company or ask them to to a better job with customer service.
This time, July 2025, when I arrived at the parking, I was asked if I was staying at the hotel and how many days. After that they asked me if I wanted to pay all the parking fees in advance, and I said yes. Then, for the next 7 days I would just get a ticket when dropping of my car and just give them that ticket to get the car back. I don’t know what the heck happened but they wanted me to pay more. Saying that I didn’t pay in advance. At first I couldn’t find the receipt, since I was coming and going and they never asked for it. They said either I would pay more or I wouldn’t get the car. I asked for the manager and I was told there was no manager there at the time. Finally I found the receipt and they got the car. But of course that took about one hour and a half!!!

In front of one of the biggest and oldest Shopping Center in SP, the walkable distances and easy access to the shopping was a great feature of this hotel, we really like the staff and breakfast was affordable and of great variety and quality. The Expresso machine was a success with us. I recommend.

Buck up your front desk services

Front desk service was a disaster. understaff as there was a long queue waiting to check in. Check out a day earlier and asked for a refund. They agreed but when hotel.com called to verified, they say otherwise.

One of the worst experience. Other than location. Pathetic hotel. Pls carry your own empty glass, bottle of water , heater, warm clothes, light to see in the room.. basically everything.
Staff not helpful at all. Nobody knows English , everything they say no. Nothing to eat after 7.
And this was not even Ibis budget..

Poor service and cleanning

This is a common ibis; however, service was poor from front desk, coffee, and cleaning. This is way bellow ibis standard. I also felt that they were not following covid best practices. For example there was hand sanitizers everywhere but that was it. I did not find my bedroom spotless and also saw somebody cleaning my bedroom with a used bucket of water that was really dirty. Also during the breakfast there was no one cleaning the tables before another got seated.

I never liked this property but its location is ideal and the price point is right in the $50 range. But i this trip was the worst. Checkin was a breeze. But in the room i discovered the bed sheets had a bad smell and there were NO towels or soap in the bathroom. The staff quickly got them after i asked for it.

This stay was better than last time I had a bad experience with a dirty room. This time the room was clean and as expected from an Ibis facility. Staff were friendly and helpful and food at hotel is was adequate. The biggest draw of this facility is it’s location for doing business

It’s going downhill. The quality of the food has gone down which use to be the highlight of this hotel besides the excellent location. Staff is the only great part of the hotel. Everything else is terrible. The room was dirty, there is mold in the shower, and the bed was terrible. It’s summer so they force you to only use one blanket. But the problem is the small blanket they use as cover which is smaller than the mattress itself. As a consequence, the very old mattress is exposed and your feet are touching an old dirty mattress. Not sure why they don’t just use a mattress cover or blanket that’s large enough. The blankets are also due for an update, because they are very old. It’s summer in beautiful São Paulo, but for some reason the room was very humid inside. The best of the hotel was the staff who were great to interact with and very helpful.

Not an amazing stay. Check in was a bit rude. Room wasn't great. Moldy shower, broken remote, stained sheets, a 2 inch foam mattress that reminded me of sleeping on a futon. Most of the other staff was great. Breakfast was not included, it was okay, nothing to write home about.

O hotel é bom. A localização é ótima. E tem um custo x benefício ótimo. Já ficamos outras vezes. A parte que não foi boa é que por estar em reforma o espaço do café da manhã alguns dias foram na unidade budget e a demora pra repor a comida é muito grande. E acaba atrasando pra quem precisa sair.

Café da manhã desabastecido, sem talher para se servir, muito barulho, mesas sujas, sem capacidade para o quantitativo de pessoas. Outro ponto é o frio de São Paulo, o Ibis só oferece uma coberta muito aquém do realmente se precisa e os quartos não possuem aquecedores e são extremamente gelados.

Hotel padrão íbis. Fiz self checkin pelo totem e, por não ter lançamento de consumo na conta do quarto, também fiz checkout sem contato.
O atendimento do bar foi o único que recebi e foi ok. Uma moça muito simpática no período noturno.
Quanto ao quarto, estava ok. Mas o ar condicionado estava muito sujo. Com poeira aparente na parte interna e ficamos constipados durante a noite.
O banho tem um jato de água muito forte. Pode parecer contraditório, pois uma boa pressão de água no banho é sempre muito bom, mas aqui a pressão é excessiva, parece um lava jato. E molha todo o banheiro. Que é pequeno e tem roupas de banho muito finas.
Apesar disso, pela localização, voltaria a me hospedar.

Fazer manutenção em seus quartos, pois a pia tava entupida, o secador de cabelo não funcionava e o quarto de minha filha do lado nosso a cama tinha barulho qdo mexia. Achamos dessa vez o ibis acabado. Nao merece o que cobra pela diária .

O hotel é muito movimentado. Fui jantar restaurante um dia as 21h querendo relaxar, mas foi impossível. Estava cheio e pra completar ainda havia uma banda ao vivo no lobby. A comida demorou 50min para chegar. Ao menos no quarto havia silencio.

O hotel precisa melhorar o café da manhã. Frequento há vários anos e continua praticamente a mesma coisa. Os pães são ruins, bolo .. etc. Não há cuidado em prestar um bom serviço.
Vi o self-service Service e não tive coragem para me servir. Desleixo no cuidado com a apresentação da refeição.

Já fico no Ibis Morumbi há muito tempo, porém desta vez fiquei surpreso com a falta de manutenção do apto. Porta do banheiro deteriorada pela ação da água, pintura feia, forro de PVC do banheiro curvado, ameaçando cair e limpeza podendo melhorar, principalmente no painel atrás da cama e no armário. Muita poeira. Senti a garganta incomodando e acredito que a limpeza do condicionador de ar também não está sendo realizada com a frequência devida. Senti o apto surrado demais. O atendimento foi bom, café da manhã muito bom e a localização é o ponto mais forte.

O hotel é muito bom, com ótima estrutura e localização. Gostei bastante do quarto, tudo estava limpo, organizado e confortável. O café da manhã também é excelente.

No geral, minha experiência foi bastante agradável. A única ressalva foi no momento do check-in: a primeira atendente que me recebeu não parecia conhecer bem a política do hotel, o que gerou um pouco de estresse e espera desnecessária. Mais tarde, ao falar com outra recepcionista, fui atendida de forma excelente. Ela foi simpática, atenciosa, esclareceu minhas dúvidas e ainda liberou o check-in antecipado como cortesia, o que fez toda a diferença.

De resto, foi tudo ótimo e recomendo a hospedagem.
