Good hotel. Staff was friendly enough, no complaints. Parking was secure and free. Wifi was good and reliable. Shower was pretty ok. Area not bad but we didn't look if restaurants, etc were around. Room wasn't terribly updated but not bad. It was close to where we needed to be the next morning. We didn't check in until 3am and didn't have any problems doing that.

Well priced Hotel for the UN Area

I was there for one night because it was close to the offices I had to go to. The hotel staff was extremely helpful with a couple of requests I had. The room is not big but has a desk and all the necessary amenities for a nice stay. Breakfast was pretty good.

OK for a few days of business stay

I stayed at this hotel for two nights on a business trip. It offered a clean room and comfortable bed. WiFi worked well (that seems to be the most important amenity in a hotel these days). The staff was responsive to requests (for example it was raining and i they let me borrow an umbrella to walk to a restaurant 3 blocks away). This hotel is nothing fancy, it is pretty bare bones, so don't expect too much. At the same time, there was nothing wrong with this place either. There is not much withing walking distance, but the Morumbi Shopping is a short 1.5km taxi ride away.

I probably wouldn't stay here with family, but would stay again for a short business trip.

Good for a business trip

Hotel was decent, for the cost, it was great compared to other experiences in the area. Big plus for me was ironing board and iron, coffee maker in the room with a kitchenette and microwave. Big negative was the wall unit AC that was over one of the beds and required me to step up on the bed to adjust it. The room service was good, I had two meals and they were both good, quickly delivered hot. The desk was helpful and spoke great english.....

Good Business Hotel

I was traveling on business to participate at an expo taking place in the close by Transamerica Expo Centre. The hotel is practical and a reasonable value for what you get. A shuttle bus service to the venue every 30 minutes came in handy. There is also a Taxi point across the street. The neighbourhood does not offer much in way of cultural or entertaining possibilities. The overall decoration is dated and depressing, could do better with much less. The alla carte wasn't very good. Positives: good breakfast, room had lots of space, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Just good to spend a night or two, needs a revamp.

Quarto antigo, com mofo, perigoso para quem tem alergia. Banheiro sem ducha junto ao vaso sanitário. Não havia copo no quarto, mas foi solicitado e entregaram. Porém, no dia seguinte le aram e não repuseram. Na recepção, uma entrega enviada foi destinada a outro quarto.

Primeiro a minha reserva era para um quarto double room, com cama de casal, e me colocaram num twin com duas camas de solteiro (só fizeram juntar as camas) e falaram que a culpa era da Hoteis.com. O chuveiro é muito ruim. Molha todo o banheiro menos a pessoa que quer tomar banho. A televisão não tem condições de se assistir pois a imagem é muito ruim. O café da manhã é fraco. Sem opções. O pior hotel da rede transamerica é ué já me hospedei.

Fiquei totalmente satisfeita com o quarto no geral, todo equipado com microondas e fero de passar, muito confortável, cama ótima, chuveiro, café da manhã gostei muito e os funcionários desde os que ficam na porta de fora do hotel que são muito cordiais e simpáticos, a recepção e os garçons que são excelentes. Saí para o evento que eu tinha e quando voltei o quarto limpo e organizado novamente. Hotel silencioso e aconchegante. Parabéns a toda equipe!

Alugamos 2 quartos com ambos 1 cama de casal e 1 de solteiro. Um quarto ficou um casal sobrando uma cama de solteiro. no outro quarto estava em 3 pessoas solteira, Solicitei a cama de solteiro que havia sobrado no primeiro quarto e por infelicidade falaram que nao era possivel, entao tive que dormir em um sofa.

Muito improviso,não sei se o Hotel é bom ou ruim

Hotel em reforma porem, desde a entrada na rua, mal sinalizado e dificil de perceber por onde se entra ( Pela garagem do subsolo). Diante disso , a avaliação fica prejudicada pq não havia lobby ( interditado), passava a sensação de total desconforto, foi improvisado um atendimento de checkin que foi salvo pela boa vontade e simpatia dos funcionários. Resumindo, so conhecemos do Hotel o apto, a garagem , a recepção e o restaurante improvisados. em desconfortavel. Não sei se o Hotel é bonito, bom ou ruim . Wi fi fraco, Quarto de bom tamanho, com boa bancada , espaço para malas, guarda roupas com alguns cabides , frigobar abastecido, mini-cozinha, cofre, ferro e tabua de passar ( sempre bom ter ) , banheiro pequeno , bancada minuscula, chuveiro fraco, secador bom, ar bom . Ponto negativo a roupa de cama com almofadas e travesseiros com capas que deve fazer anos que não se lava, a limpeza do apto não é feita . Objetos deixados no chão ficaram no mesmo lugar durante os 4 dias que ficamos, embaixo da cama não vê aspirador ou vassoura ou pano há anos.
Pelas condições do Hotel, o valor da diaria obrigatoriamente teria que ser outro mas, por ser época do Lollapaluzza , não mudou nem 1 real , pelo contrario, nas alturas . Pela fama da rede Transamerica e ter me hospedado em outros, esperava o mesmo padrão, o que não houve pelas obras . Talvez retornar em outra oportunidade para ter outra impressão.

Estadia honesta, valores justos e bom atendimento

Hotel honesto, com ótimo atendimento. Quartos grandes com boa mesa e cadeiras, espaço para malas, armários, microondas e pequenas amenidades. A única observação é que os móveis estão bem antigos. A mesa quebrou e a cadeira era muito frágil.
Café da manhã simples, porém completo. Restaurante com preços bem justos. E uma coisa rara: pessoas ajudando com as malas.
Voltarei pra esse hotel numa futura estadia na zona sul de São Paulo

Ótima opção na Chácara Santo Antonio

O Hotel estava em obras, i que fazia a entrada ser pela garagem no subsolo. Para mim, que entrava e saia de carro, sem problemas, mas para quem tivesse alguma dificuldade em se locomover, seria bem desconfortável.
Mesmo improvisados no Mezanino, tanto a Recepção, quanto o restaurante, funcionaram a contento.
O quarto é bastante confortável, e o único senão é que o ar-condicionado fica na direção da cama
