The apartment hotel feel is great. They provided some crockery for cooking but not the full complement. Overall the stay was good. A few issues took away from the stay though. The internet was spotty and quite unreliable a lot of the time. The room key/card kept malfunctioning requiring nealry daily trips back to the reception to reset.

Perfect stay for a group of 4. We shared a common area and had two separate rooms and bathrooms which was a great plus! Only downside of our room was, the stove was inoperable and created a strong gas odor in our attempt to use it. Other than that, nice place to stay for our weekend in Brazil!

As a Canadian Married to a Brazillian i have unique ability judge hotel using both Cultures, what is Acceptable & what is not in minds of both Brazilian & Canadian people.
I as most Canadians would give Adagio 3 Star rating while wife & most Brazilians will give a 4 Star based upon our Culture views. Also by me giving it a 3 star rating is NOT A BAD NOR NEGATIVE, It is actually Quite Positive. Have stayed in many hotels All over Brasil & Never have given 3 Star Rating to even a So Called 4 star hotel. Adagio is Very Comperable to Any 3 Star Holiday Inn in N.America. May i Add that a 3 Star & 4 Star Like a Westin are Completely Different.
Adagio is in this case, here in Brasil a Very Nice Hotel and Deserving a 3.5 Star!
Only Negatives for me as a Canadian is tight layout (but very normal to Brasil & S.America) properties here are Rectangular and tight NOT Square like we from N.America are accustomed. Also the wifi Did not work well after 5pm, due to Most Residents being Home using internet.
Service was Excellent no matter where you come from, Especially EXCELLENT for Brasil! Front Desk took pride in speaking English to me and Portuguese to Wife, Doing All they Could to make week long stay pleasant.

Good hotel, hotel room is like an apartment set up. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Has a well equipped kitchen, very friendly staff. Room was cleaned every day. Less than a 10 min walk to the metro, lots of restaurants in the area as well as a super market. Found the area safe. Bedrooms themselves did not have a lot of room for luggage, etc, but there is a big closet in one room and enough room in the rest of the apartment to spread out luggage.

Can't fault the friendly (partly English speaking) staff and the apartments were very clean....brand new bed sheets etc.
But the whole apartment just seemed a little tired, no Tv in the bedroom was a shame.
Despite being a long stay apart hotel I didn't really want to spend an overly long time in the apartment.
If you can get it for $100 or less if say that's priced about right.

It is an apart hotel that suits for families o for long business periods. The apartment has two small bedrooms, a living room, a chicken and a very small bathroom. Not lobby or meeting rooms to guest.

I stayed in a spacious 2-room suite for 3 nights. It is close to Berrini metro station and the metro can take you to most attractions in Sao Paulo. Just one stop away from Morumbi shopping center. The fenced facility has 24hrs security on duty. It also comes with a laundry room (\"lavanderia\"), but you need to buy tokens from the staff, and they are expensive (around 30 reais to use the washer and the drier ONCE)!

Reserved the room months ahead of time for two double beds. We got a small apt. With 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen and living room. It was so comfortable. Great breakfast every morning in hotel for ten dollars. Good location for trains. A/C in each bedroom. On 22nd floor with great view of city. Enjoyed our stay very much.

I stayedin a two bedroom apartment for a business trip and found the location of the hotel to be superb. Centrally located to business district and shopping. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I had trouble with my Portuguese but the staff had a good use of English and Spanish which helped the communication. The internet services could use some improvement. I would recommend this hotel for long stays (4-7) days.

Pegamos uma acomodação que claramente era um apartamento residencial que foi transformado em quarto de hotel. Conta com dois quartos e dois banheiros, além de sala e cozinha, ótimo para um grupo de 3 ou 4 hóspedes. Apesar da decoração antiga, o apartamento é bem aparelhado e limpo. Os cômodos são um pouco apertados, mas atendem satisfatoriamente. Tem bons armários também. A localização é boa para quem tem compromissos na área da Berrini, com bons restaurantes próximos. O café da manhã é servido no pequeno restaurante/lanchonete do mesmo prédio, e tem razoável variedade. No momento em que fomos estava um pouco apertado pela quantidade de gente, e a equipe teve alguma dificuldade em repor os itens.

Serviço de recepção, no entanto, deixou a desejar com exceções de funcionários como Larissa e Luis que sempre nos receberam com muita atenção, passamos por situações desagradáveis como não ser correspondido com o \"boa noite\" ou ser atendido enquanto o funcionário come, falando de boca cheia. Estacionamento excelente, estão de parabéns o senhor Luis e o Bruno, o preço de estacionamento para hóspede poderia ser melhor.

Entretanto, ocorreu uma situação estranha na qual a recepcionista me informou que, durante o processo de baixa da Expedia com o sistema deles, havia gerado um estorno e não efetuado a reserva de fato.
Questionei e pedi para ver o sistema deles e lá não constava nenhuma informação condizente com a minha, a exemplo do final do cartão e preço da reserva. Enfim, perguntaram se eu aceitaria deixar o cartão de crédito lá na recepção para posterior prosseguimento, o que prontamente neguei; depois a recepcionista disse que ligou para a supervisora e que eles iriam realizar a baixa manualmente.
Achei bem estranho tal situação. Espero que o pessoal fiquem atentos quanto a isso.

Diferente do que eu esperava, é um apartamento com pouco conforto apesar de um bom espaço. Os móveis estão mal cuidados e quase caindo. O serviço de restaurante não funciona durante a semana, apenas o café da manhã.Na busca coloquei apenas Hotel e veio este que é um apart.

Foi reservada uma acomodação para 2 adultos e duas crianças (10 e 8 anos) conforme disponibilidade no site. Quando chegamos no hotel nao havia sido comunicado pela equipe do Hotels.com que seriam 2 crianças e haviam reservado um quarto que somente acomodava 3 pessoas. Com sorte e gentileza do gerente conseguimos uma troca de cama para conseguir acomodar todos. Foi um estresse desnecessário.

Atendimento excelente, mas as instalações são antigas e com péssima distribuição dos cômodos nos apartamentos . Sala desproporcionalmente grande, e quarto minúsculo. Para piorar, o quarto não tem televisão, e o ar condicionado fica em cima do hóspede, impossível de manter ligado. Melhora um pouco na ala reformada, mas os problemas permanecem.
