Deu tudo certo. Boa localização , já me hospedei várias vezes neste hotel e pretendo me hospedar sempre que precisar.

Cost effective, location good

Atendimento confuso no check in.

Good hotel with loud rooms
They got a very nice breakfast, clean room, quite good bed and is well located. But it's on the way of airplanes on their landing route to Congonhas airport. From 23h to 6h it's calm, but during the rest of the day there is the sound of an airplane landing every 5 minutes. It's a quite good hotel and it deserved noise proof windows

Hotel bem localizado apesar

Don’t recomemend
Rude staff, slow with no intention of improving the stay. I stayed in room 1209, the shower door didn't close, the drain was blocked and the soap dish was falling out. I asked to change rooms and they said they couldn't. The cleaning of the room was very poor and the service was terrible. I don't recommend it even for one night
Helio
REasonable
was good but not perfect...my best concerning is about cleaning...thre was a dead cockroach in a restaurant and nobody cleaned it and also the room floor was not cleaned during my stay

Dirty and incomplete
The room and bathroom were dirty and moldy. The bedding didn't fit the matress, there werent enough blankets. The curtains were loaded with dust that flew when opening. Breakfast was mediocre and staff was always on the way and didn't know what kind of foods they had. The keycards didn't work most of the time. The swimming pool was dingy and dirty, so was the gym.
We won't be staying here again.

The room I am/was was kind of noisy. I could hear other rooms noise, like shower plumbing and A.C. noises.

Bad reception staff
Ricardo
Great location for business or tourism.

Good location
The is located in a very great place, close to bars, malls and Ibiraquera park. However, our room was small, the air conditioning was not working and the bathroom was really tiny. They changed us to a bigger room and with an air conditioning. Breakfast was average.

Not so good, dirty, too much noise

The infrastructure is very poor.
I went to SP for 3 days of meetings...
By the pictures I saw at the Internet, I thought that I could invite my clients (one/one meetings) for a coffee or a drink at the pool area but I was not able to use the spaces even for myself.
Everything is under remodeling and I was not informed about that.
When I realized the situation, I started trying to reach the person in charge for the events in order to try to solve my problem. I finally spoke to her and said that since the breakfast are was not appropriate to receive a client for a coffee, I wanted to rent a office to have a one-one meetings and she said that I was suppose to pay R$1,000.00 per day for those meetings.
All Hotels in the world has at least a bar, breakfast area or either a decent lobby, so guests could have quick meetings instead of paying R$1.000,00 per day.

Good value in Moema
The only issue here is something the hotel doesn't have any control over - it is in the flight pattern of Congonhas airport and the jets are low and loud. I asked to move to the back side of the hotel and to a lower floor to try and minimize the noise and the hotel staff was more than willing to accommodate me. Overall the staff were very friendly. The breakfast is fine, plenty of choices. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, albeit a little small, the maid service was quite competent. Overall, for the price the Slaviero is well worth it.
Jose
Good experience. Congratulations.
Unsatisfied Guest
Oblivious of guest’s comfort
Front desk help spoke no English. The room did not have an iron or an ironing board. When requested, using google translation, was told that it will be available at 8AM only. they had only a couple of iron going around in the entire hotel. Finally the iron was delivered but no board. The worst was: they were removing floor tiles just outside my room. After a long journey, I wanted to get in my room, take shower, and go to sleep. However, its hard to sleep when you have someone hammering way the tiles off the floor just outside your front door. It took a very long time for the request to travel to the construction employee from the front desk. By the way, room service menu states kitchen is open until 11, but it is actually 8. I ordered vegetarian sandwich but still came with the meat. I would not recommend this hotel.

Good Value - Noisy
Good value for money. Helpful staff accommodated an early check-in. Walls are paper thin so a lot can be heard from neighbors, even down the hall. Planes fly overhead and create more noise. Excellent and convenient location. Comfortable bed, decent wifi connection, clean bathroom.

perfect for moema
Great location staff pretty helpful decent breakfast..all you need when you travel for work.

Horrible service and hotel
I was sick when i got there, they wouldn't let me check in early so i had to pay a full extra day to check in 1 hour earlier
But i was so sick i had no other option
Over priced for quality

Noicy and simple
When I entered the hotel I almost passed out because of the parfum smell, one of these automatic parfum dispensers connected to electricity. Of the whole staff only one person spoke Spanish or English. They were kind but it´s not that easy if you do not understand portugese. The next morning I wake up thinking I am next to the trainstation and they are entering my room. these were the planes!! Starting at 06.00 until 23.00 and the windows are not sound proof. Finally the internet connection was so bas i could not use skype nor connect my mobile phone. friends of mine were in Ceasar business, much better!!!!!!!!!!
