Daniel
This hotel is well located. It was my first time in São Paulo and I felt safe in this neighborhood. Plenty of great restaurants and bars around, a really nice shopping mall nearby. I liked the breakfast and the rooftop pool. The minibar is well priced and stocked. I loved this hotel and I am happy to come back next time I am in SP. the room was excellent!
MANUEL
Everything was fine with the only exception of the quality of the air conditioner
Antonio
No complaints

The hotel is in a great location, super convenient, nearby tons of great restaurants and a shopping center. Super walkable area. What I liked the most though was their staff. They were super friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend it.

Tsue The Palace Flat - EXCELLENT, Hotels.com - BAD
Staff at Tsue was very helpful with a late check in and late check out. I could not recommend higher.
Hotels.com was terrible and I could not find the reservation in the app. I will not use Hotels.com again but I will stay at Tsue.

Don't stay here. Room did not have proper working windows and doors. Glass doors had a 2.5\" inch gap to the outside and windows and a 1.5\" inch gap to the outside. This hotel is located within visual of CGH runway. Planes are landing every 2 minutes at busy times. Give me a break!! I don't have time for this level of irresponsibility.

Great stay
Traveled during the Pandemic, so a lot of restaurants closed or closed by 9pm. Love this hotel only issue is if you are a light sleeper you will be waken the the airplanes.

Repeat Customer - Great Location and Service
Location is hard to beat. Service is efficient and polite. Included breakfast was a nice touch. Room is a nice size and comfortable but a tad worn down, although clean. I have stayed many times and will continue to do so.
Verified traveler
The sitting room was nice to have when a friend stopped by to visit. The TV pivoted so could be seen in either the sitting room or in the bedroom.

Best hotel in São Paulo! Best staff in Brazil! Room was clean and newly renovated.

Noisy!!!
Very noisy due to proximity to Congonhas Airport. At 6AM airplanes start to take off every 2 minutes or so. Impossible to take rest until late in the night. Old facility with refurbished rooms that are clean and cozy. While the vecinity is calm and relatively safe, there is nowhere to go except for a couple of restaurants nearby. I guess it could be convenient if it is for a one overnight stay near Congonhas Airport.
Alisson

Bianca
Razoável, café da manhã e instalações ok, porém o quarto estava sujo, andar descalço e o pé ficava sujo! Cantos do banheiro, chuveiro, torneiras, muito sujo. Localização do hotel bacana.

Vale a pena!

Pedi a troca do quarto, pois o ar do primeiro estava ruim. No segundo quarto estava ótimo.
Ricardo
MARCIO
O cafe da manha. Excelente!!
