This hotel is well located. It was my first time in São Paulo and I felt safe in this neighborhood. Plenty of great restaurants and bars around, a really nice shopping mall nearby. I liked the breakfast and the rooftop pool. The minibar is well priced and stocked. I loved this hotel and I am happy to come back next time I am in SP. the room was excellent!

Don't stay here. Room did not have proper working windows and doors. Glass doors had a 2.5\" inch gap to the outside and windows and a 1.5\" inch gap to the outside. This hotel is located within visual of CGH runway. Planes are landing every 2 minutes at busy times. Give me a break!! I don't have time for this level of irresponsibility.

Very noisy due to proximity to Congonhas Airport. At 6AM airplanes start to take off every 2 minutes or so. Impossible to take rest until late in the night. Old facility with refurbished rooms that are clean and cozy. While the vecinity is calm and relatively safe, there is nowhere to go except for a couple of restaurants nearby. I guess it could be convenient if it is for a one overnight stay near Congonhas Airport.

Excellent location, walk distance to Mall, glocery stores, restaurants. Very good free breakfast buffet. Nice lobby, Gym, and pool areas. The only problem is the small room for family of 4 people. They don't really offer 2 bedrooms + TV room. We had to accommodate the kids in the TV room and leave the bedroom door opened for the air conditioning to flow through. Very small bathroom.

Corredor acesso ao quarto muito quente, sem ventilação. Café da manhã pouca variedade. Não deixam estacionar o próprio carro. Percebi um pequeno ralado no paralama que não compensa reclamar pois será mais custoso sendo de outra cidade. Por isso não gosto de deixar na mão de manobrista.

Localização ótima, fiquei em um apartamento que necessitava de manutenção em alguns detalhes que não atrapalharam nossa estadia. A piscina estava fechada para reforma ou manutenção (estava vazia) e o manobrista deixou meu carro na frente do hotel por mais de uma hora até levá-lo para a garagem.
