It is very close to everything. Accessible.

The rooms are nice but could use an upgrade. For the location of the hotel - it is perfect. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Very responsive to your needs. The free breakfast is a good perk as well.

THe staff presented a bill for consumption of minibar items even tough I never touched a single item. During checkout it took them 30 minutes to discuss and waste my time until they finally agreed this was not my issue.

Quarto com acessibilidade confortável. Só a entrada é um pouco complicada para cadeira de rodas. Cama confortável, quarto silencioso e com ótimo espaço. Banheiro bem equipado para quem tem limitação de movimentos.
Café da manhã com boas opções.
O staff variou de muito simpático e antipático. No primeiro dia, o atendimento do café da manhã foi pouco cuidadoso. Véspera de Natal, todos pareciam com muita vontade de sair o mais rápido possível dali. No segundo, foi extremamente carinhoso e atento. A equipe do segundo dia merece todos os elogios.
Na recepção, pouca interação e pouca ajuda com elevadores e cadeira de rodas.
O maior problema foi o sistema de recepção de carro e garage. Apenas uma pessoa ofereceu ajuda no embarque e desembarque. No demais, minha mulher teve que cuidar das malas e da cadeira sozinha.
Quanto a localização, vale muito a estada. Você está perto do Metrô.

Tivemos problemas no check-in, chegamos as 10:30 e como o check-in estava previsto para as 14h, fizemos a ficha, deixamos a bagagem e saimos; quando voltamos por volta de 15:30 a recepção informou que o quarto ainda não estava disponível, um desrespeito total uma vez que tínhamos um show com horário programado, depois de reclamar, liberaram o quarto já quase 16h. Quanto ao quarto era bom e confortável, café da manhã muito bom.

Sentimos falta de empatia com famílias com criança

É a primeira vez que compro diária num hotel para 2 adultos e 1 criança de 5 anos e nos colocam em um quarto apenas com 1 cama de casal! Nunca a minha filha ficou sem ter onde dormir. Ao perguntar no checkin sobre a cama da criança, informaram que se eu quisesse quarto triplo, teria que pagar 200 e tantos reais.Se no site já foi informado que haveria uma criança e pagamos por isso, não entendi porque o quarto só tinha uma cama. Será que o tratamento para hóspedes que compram por sites de hotéis, tem tratamento diferenciado para o lado negativo? Ficamos perplecos e nos restou dormir os 3 na mesma cama. Num outro quarto em que meus sogros com idade 70+, não tinha piso antiderrapante no banheiro, nem mesmo um lugar para segurarem no banho ou algum apoio de segurança.

Quanto ao atendimento dos funcionários da limpeza e do restaurante, foram excelentes.

Quarto sempre limpo e que atende as necessidades de quem vai passar poucos dias.

O café da manhã é bem feito mas foram as mesmas opções todos os dias. Só tinha salcicha e ovo de proteína. Poderiam inserir um bacon, frango ou outra opção.

A segurança do hotel é muito boa também e fica numa rua com ótimos restaurantes, padaria e farmácia.

Durante minha estadia, infelizmente tive uma experiência abaixo do esperado, principalmente em relação ao atendimento. Os funcionários demonstraram pouca cordialidade e não se mostraram dispostos a ajudar quando relatei problemas. O funcionário da porta, por exemplo, não ofereceu auxílio com as bagagens no momento da chegada.

Presenciei uma situação de descaso com um entregador de comida e até discussões entre os próprios funcionários. Também houve negligência diante de um barulho constante causado por gotejamento do ar-condicionado do andar superior sobre o meu aparelho, o que prejudicou meu sono.

Em um dos dias, o controle do ar-condicionado simplesmente desapareceu do quarto. Foi substituído, mas sem qualquer explicação ou esclarecimento sobre possível cobrança.

O café da manhã foi prejudicado pelo tom elevado das conversas entre os funcionários, que falavam e riam alto, comprometendo o ambiente.

Outro ponto negativo foi a ausência de preços nos produtos do frigobar, o que gera insegurança para o hóspede.

Por fim, o atendimento no estacionamento deixou a desejar. O manobrista sugeriu que eu mesmo estacionasse ou deixasse o carro onde estava, com pouca cortesia.

Acredito que a atenção ao cliente e a cordialidade são essenciais para uma boa experiência, o que infelizmente não encontrei nesta hospedagem.

Eu até voltaria, mas não!

Vou começar pela parte que merece atenção: o banheiro. Surpreendentemente, não há box, então se você é fã de natação, esse pode ser o hotel perfeito! A água se espalha pelo banheiro e até mesmo pelo quarto, proporcionando uma experiência aquática inesperada. Quando mencionei isso na recepção, fui informado que, por algum motivo misterioso, “quem está em uma cadeira de rodas não molha” – uma explicação que certamente beira o incompreensível.

Quanto ao café da manhã, se a rotina é algo que te agrada, você vai adorar, pois o cardápio é sempre o mesmo. Porém, cada dia traz uma nova surpresa – como a ausência de café, por exemplo. O som animado do bar próximo é uma companhia constante, mas talvez você precise de tampões de ouvido como acessório de viagem.

Agora, os pontos positivos: a localização é excelente e a cama é confortável. Se essas duas coisas são o que mais importam para você, então talvez seja uma boa escolha.

De um modo geral Razoável, televisão antiga, não é smartv e o aparelho da Sky muito antigo também e não tem muitas opções de canais, Café da manhã muito bom, refeições você tem opção do restaurante valores bem salgados, porém pratos bem servidos, pode pedir por aplicativos ou em frente do hotel, bem na esquina tem uma padaria que funciona até às 22h. As acomodações, os móveis em madeira antiga, mas cama é excelente. O AP que fiquei a porta do box não fechava direito permitindo que molhasse do lado de fora. Recepção muito boa também, todos muito simpáticos e atenciosos sempre prontos a ajudar. Wi-fi ok. Estação do metrô aproximadamente um quilômetro, mas se for de carro tem estacionamento, pode pedir motorista de aplicativo.
