From the moment I got out of the car and was welcomed so sincerely, I felt like this could be a 2nd home. EVERY employee was capably helpful and that is saying something in todays customer service field. Great restaurant, with an amazing Breakfast is offered as well. As for the room, it was more than adequate, very comfortable. The bed provided a sound sleep and the sunken chairs are a little hard to get out of for the over 55 crowd. The location is fine with easy access to many points of interest. Again, the service here rivaled that of the Marriott or Ritz Carlton. The team here did a great job of welcoming my family for my son's wedding. Thank you Pullman.

Amazing bed, super comfy. Staff were simply the best. Small wardrobe - not enough hangers AT ALL. Great breakfast. Cleaning not so good - rooms need some upgrade - talking about shower specially. Shower was actually terrible. Toiletries good quality. Internet was good. Bathroom in general needs to be looked after. I would have given a bold 9 if it were not for the bathroom. Overall, good. Extremely comfortable stay, very clean hotel, comfortable bed, very good internet, fantastic breakfast including vegetarian options, excellent customer service. The food in the restaurant was very delicious. The spa and gym we're a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Good but not worth the price.

Two out of three days without air conditioning. They will reimburse these days but as it was during new year, it was really disappointing. The breakfast service have many options but if you order something you will be waiting longgg and will probably have to order more than one time to get it.

I know that I can always count on a relaxing stay when at the Pullman Ibirapuera.
The Pullman Ibirapuera has the best bellman in the business he is fantastic as always. His name starts with the letter A i am not sure of the correct spelling of his name so I just say he is the best.
The breakfast spread and service is also fantastic as the rest of the hotel.

All is very good, did not find anything I did not like. I stayed in two different occasions within ten days. The only difference is that the second stay the room 876 had carpeting that can stand a little cleaning. My guess is that room has not been remodeled cause the first room I stayed in had no carpet on the floor. Nevertheless I'm talking about a minor issue cause overall the Pullman is excellent.

This hotel should be much better, but on the 3 days I stayed there, 2 of the 3 elevators were not working, causing long waits by guests in the lobby. Nobody on staff seemed empowered to do anything about it, nor did any repair service show up. Also, I found the car/security personnel in front of the hotel to be unnecessarily surly toward guests. Otherwise it's a nice place, but they are no longer managing the property suitably.

We had a great stay whilst visiting family/friends in SP. The friendly and attentive staff; the breakfast and the gym/spa facilities were all top-notch. We had a slight problem with our room on arrival (flooded the bathroom - an accident!) and the staff were great in finding us an alternative room very quickly.
I don't usually post comments on hotels on Expedia, but this really was a fantastic staff and I recommend this place for business and leisure travellers alike.

my new place to stay in Sao Paolo

This was an excellent hotel in a great location. Breakfast was amazing and the staff at the reception were very welcoming. I stayed in another more upscale hotel before in Sao Paolo but this one is way superior in terms making me feel like home. The spa was very good as well and Accor members have a 10% discount. Definitely, this is my new place to stay in Sao Paolo.

Very Nice Stay, the feel is comfort

I have stayed at this hotel before and the stay was very good. After a little over 5 years I stay here again and was very pleasently surprised. Although I actually expected what I exporenced in the past. The service is great, the hotel is well kept and maintained. The area is residential but since I lived around the corner for five years I knew the area very well. It has good eats great shopping and the Ibirapuera Park two to three blocks away and within sight from the hotel. Room was so comfortable I overslept and han no breakfast but I’m certain the great spread they have has not changed. About the only minus is the two remote controls you need to see TV. I screwed that up but called front desk and in less than five minutes a maintenance person showed up and fixed the problem. For the past five years I have been staying at the Itami Bibi area but I think i’m Going back to the Pullman.

The TV experience was difficult and confusing. I eventually got it pretty much worked out so it was okay. But, there should not be 2 controllers. I travel a lot and rarely have TV consternation.

The staff was exceptional. Greatly appreciated.

This hotel is an excellent option wether you are looking for a hotel for your next business trip or vacation. The rooms are very modern, comfortable and some of them have a beautiful view of the park. The service is excellent, friendly staff and they help you with whatever you need to make sure you have a nice and relaxing experience. Also the location is excellent as you are close to a main road and you 10-15 min from nice restaurant and shopping area.

This hotel is nice. The room was clean. The only issue I had was the TV in my room did not work. A maintenance person came up to fix the TV. He got it to work, but when I woke up the next morning it did not work again. I was only there for one night.

Suite was very nice!

No complaints at all about the Pullman Ibirapuera. We stayed in the luxury suite and can certainly recommend it. The extra space was nice, along with the spa bath. I would definitely stay here if I came to Ibirapuera again. Big thumbs up!!

The check in was a bit challenging. The room made up for more then that though, spacious, contemporary design, roomy, comfortable bed. Some challenges with the Digital tv and the lighting, but no worries. The room service was swift and well executed. The hotel service was excellent and extremely friendly and efficient. Breakfast buffet was very good, left few to desire.
No worries at the swift check out.
Still disappointed that Accor does not credit points for stays at their hotels booked through expedia though.

Great Hotel For The Price

Overall a great hotel for the price. They have a great breakfast, as well as a decent gym and spa (for a hotel). The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Wifi is provided and is complimentary. My only complaint is that the hotel is not conveniently situated to many restaurants or other landmarks. One has to walk a good distance or take a taxi.

Great staff, hotel needs a bit of updating.

The hotel staff at the Pullman goes above and beyond and were almost universally pleasant and helpful at all times. The room however could have used some updating. The wallpaper was coming up in places and the room did not seem quite the quality that I would expect for something calling itself a five star hotel. The view from the back of the hotel towards a parking lot and abandoned lot was not great either. Finally, the hotel does not have an exit for walking, despite the proximity to the park. While most people in Sao Paulo do not walk, it does seem a shame that access to walking out of the property was discouraged.

Very friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was very good, included eggs made to order, lots of fresh fruit. Bathroom was small. Overall, not my preferred style, too many mirrors in the room, sink too small, but still a very comfortable room, especially for business travelers.

When I made this reservation the room that I reserved was described as \"Executive Apartment with a double bed\" Executive Apartment?? You have to be kidding. This room was no different than a standard room at any other chain hotel and the chain hotel would have been more comfortable and less expensive.

Pullman offers a great service in an awesome location at a relatively reasonable price. The most striking feature is customer service, the front desk folks extremely gentle & courteous, and make you feel taken care of. I wouldn't hesitate staying here again.

This hotel is nice, it's newly renovated, but it's in a area that have nothing around ,
so you will need a taxi all the time , you can get a taxi very easy. , but taxi in Saopaulo ae expensive ,
The breakfast is not that great , compared to other hotels in Sp.
The restaurant in the hotel is not so good .
Overall it's a good hotel if you're a business traveler and don't go out at night .

a classy sanctuary...business or pleasure

I stayed here for a recent business trip for 1 week. I must say it was extremely well set up, nice neat and tidy rooms. Everything seemed easy and we all considered the hotel a bit of a sanctuary from the outside crazy Sao Paulo world. In what seemed a safe neighbourhood, about 10 min walk to the park. Staff were friendly, great brekky. would 100% recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

It is a beautiful hotel and it was comforting to first witness upon arrival someone who spoke English at the front desk. He was very friendly.
Our room was very clean and I couldn't have asked for anything better for what I paid. Our view of Iberapuera Park and the city was spectacular.
The breakfast was delicious and much more than I imagined. I would stay here over and over again.

Good gym , small but pleasant outdoor pool, walking distance (but pedestrians beware in Brasil) to lovely Ibirapuera park, everyone on staff spoke English and was helpful. Room was nice, but was not cleaned first day for unclear reasons. No other complaints. Book ahead, price doubled close to dates to extend stay.

Close to a main avenue but well located.

The hotel is in principle good. Staff is very well trained and attentive. However the rooms with connection doors to the neighbor are very noisy. You can't open the windows at all and so you need to run air-conditioning all the time. It is closed to Congonhas airport. Breakfast is not included and expensive.

Rooms are slightly on the small side for a hotel of that category and the floor could be cleaner (rest of the room is perfectly fine. Apart from that, friendly and helpful workers and a nice hotel. Quiet Well Appointed Hotel

After a week in Rio on the main drag in Ipanema having to sleep on the floor of the bathroom to get away from the traffic noise, the Pullman was a huge relief. Quiet at last. It is in a residential neighborhood, so it is not in the thick of things, but that is just what I needed. I was thrilled with the hotel.

The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. The bar was very good and the breakfast was quite good. My room was nice and quiet with everything I needed. I was very happy staying at this hotel. I also got a good deal through Expedia.

I really could not find anything to criticise about this hotel, smart, clean and efficient, outstanding value. OK the location is not great, unless like me you enjoy the exercise opportunities of Sao Paulo's main park, which is adjacent. But there were always taxis waiting on the forecourt so getting around was not such a problem. Check-in and out process fast and easy. Breakfast very good. Fully recommend for a sensibly priced stay in Sao Paulo.

Very good service recieved from front line staff. the hotel has english speaking front line - which is very important for non portuegese speaking client. They are very helpful and arrange transfer for you to go shopping or airport. they give driver full details of where you need to be.

The hotel standard is extremely high.
