The beds are comfortable. The showers are hot with good pressure. The food in the restaurant is very good. The breakfast is amazing. The pool is great. The gym is nice but a little tight, and the steak place anchoring the hotel is amazing. The staff were also very helpful. What more can you ask for?!
Juan
Everything was fine, though the rooms were a bit small.
Fernando

Quite noisy due to neighbouring room doors slamming shut. The lifts are noisy. Room size is quite small.

Amazing hotel in a good location for seeing the city. Perfectly designed rooms are comfortable with excellent service from arrival to departure.

This hotel is the best customer service I’ve ever had . And I’ve been around the world . I’ll come back to Brazil just to visit this hotel

Wonderful hotel – modern, boutique, and stylish.
Beautifully designed rooms, a very comfortable bed with Egyptian cotton sheets, and an in-room coffee machine. The service was excellent – attentive, warm, and always available.
The hotel is perfectly located just a two-minute walk from Paulista Avenue, with easy access to public transportation to all parts of the city.
Highly recommended!

High standard in every aspect. Only there for one night unfortunately but we were upgraded and given complimentary breakfast too.
Fabulous, central location with great staff.
Made use of the gym and the pool and ate in the restaurant where again the food and service were exceptional.

Nice hotel in a great location. Very friendly staff. They gave me a free breakfast for my birthday. Restaurant and bar is open 24 hours which is great. Rooms are a bit small and lighting is a bit dim. For some reason the cleaning staff came in my room unexpectedly at 9am on new years morning when I was sleeping.
Charlene
Very clean rooms. Breakfast was mediocre, location is perfect to get to the best part of paulista avenue, and quite safe too.

The staff very friendly & helpful. Room is neat. Hotel is very close to a beautiful rose garden & Avenida Paulista (shops, shopping mall etc)

Unexpected surprise.
During the check-in, we were informed of the need for a card on file for incidentals. Not a big deal the charge is usually something reasonable. This place it is 300 reals per night per person charged up front. For my two night stay it was a 1200 reals authorization on my card. It was almost as much as I paid for the two night stay. This was not made clear at the time of the booking. I did receive and email that a charge of up to one nights stay may be needed, but no mention was made of a per person per night stay. Rest of the stay was ok. Breakfast was outstanding, the room was clean, and housekeeping was spot on. Saying that the light switch’s are super confusing and not the easiest to operate.
Paola
Great service and location, next to Avenida Paulista, restaurants, shopping, landmarks and museums.

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended!
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful – elegant decor, clean, and thoughtfully designed. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options, and every meal I had was delicious. Overall, a great place to stay – I’ll definitely be coming back!

Excellent!
I had a wonderful stay at QOYA From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious options to start the day. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future!

The staff were very helpful and the concierge was very knowledgeable of the local area - directing us to some great local attractions.

The bar is nice and open 24 hours which is super convenient.

Nicely refurbished property, but let down by the service, bearing in mind this hotel costs double similarly nice hotels in the local area.
I arrived early from an overnight flight, and enquired about early check in (having been told this was an option they offer), but the front desk person simply shrugged and bluntly stated check in was 2pm. No attempt to check if a room was available earlier.
The following morning I tried to get access to the pool at 6am as advertised. Went to front desk and was laughed at, the reply being the pool opened at 8am. Even at 8am I had to get someone to begrudgingly go and unlock it.
Avoid this hotel if you want service/facilities that match the price

I just want to express how pleased I was with my stay here. Before I even arrived, Alice effortlessly arranged for pickup from the airport for me and left me a nice little chocolate treat in my room upon arrival. Marcos the bellman was sweet and very helpful as well. All in all, a very pleasant experience. My only gripe (its an important one) was that they initially placed me in a room in an isolated corner near a stairwell, housekeeping closet & a strange LOUD humming noise. Also, the room phone didn't work. But as soon as I raised concerns, Marcos (bellman) personally went downstairs and got me a key for a better room. I am a happy girl!

Perfectly fine Hilton. We were warned several times to keep our phones in our pockets on the sidewalk right in front of the hotel because of frequent thefts taking phones right out of peoples' hands. The area seems safe during the day but at night take an Uber.
Carlos
This is a special place

Overall a very nice hotel in the city. My one complaint is that I pre- requested a room with 2 twin beds, as I was traveling with a friend. On arrival, I was given a room with one bed and was told they had no other available rooms to honor my original reservation
BENJAMIN
Was visiting São Paulo for the first time and this hotel was excellent. Great location, welcoming staff, new rooms, awesome brunch and nice restaurant in the lobby. Would stay here again.
Brittany
Everything about Qoya São Paulo Paulista was amazing! From check in to check out all the staff was friendly and didn't mind answering questions. They all spoke English or could find someone to help if they didn't. The room was immaculate and room service was prompt. Highlights for me were the 24 hour room service and bar! It's also steps away from Paulista Avenue and centrally located to most of São Paulo's tourist attractions. It does lose a star because the rooms are noisy. I think it's the plumbing. Anytime anyone turns on the shower or flushes a toilet you will hear it! If you are a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend staying here. Also don't pay for the breakfast. It was fine but definitely not worth the price. There is a bakery around the corner. Other than that I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if I returned to São Paulo!

Excellent location! Very friendly staff. Bed super comfy. Loved that I could control the AC and lights with my phone.

Property is very boutique and got a room next to elevator very loud. Also the whole building makes noise due to heat and cold metal reaction.

24/7 bar and food, nice pool and gym, very close to avenue paulista and all the museums and cultural centers.

Excellent service, from everyone, from the bellboy to the waitress. Also easy to check in and check out

Staff is very welcoming and helpful!
Jeanette
Beautiful place to stay with good food options in the area. However, if you’re traveling to experience the culture, I’d stay elsewhere and not here where it’s more business centered.
Nicole
I had a really great stay and I would both stay here again and recommend it to others. The staff were wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant had great Italian food for dinner. Great location (right off Paulista), very walkable and close to transit. Room and premises were clean and modern. No complaints, very happy with my experience.
Byron
This hotel is great value. The location, rooms, breakfast are all wonderful, but the staff is the best part! The entire staff, from the front desk to the restaurant were fantastic. They were all so warm and welcoming and went out of their way to assist. Especially Ananda, the guest experience manager. Not only did she check on me multiple times throughout my stay, but she also went above and beyond to help me locate a Brazil National futbol/soccer team jersey. Not so easy to find. She researched several places and phoned them as well. When she located one, she then sent me pictures with the exact address etc of where I could find it. I very much appreciated her assistance. The entire team at this hotel is better than you will find at most 5 star hotels around the world. Great experience. Highly recommend.

The Junior Suite is AMAZING!
My girlfriend and I stayed here for the weekend. We chose the Junior Suite which I highly recommend if you want a special experience.
The room was large and very quiet. The bed & linen were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was luxurious and large, and the large shower had a wonderful rain style shower head on the ceiling with great water pressure.
The amenities were top score.
Breakfast was AWESOME!
Hotel and restaurant customer service were friendly and professional.

Business stay
Great location and friendly staff. Spa still not available and only swimming pool and gym are functioning. Breakfast average and choices could been better as other 4/5stars hotel. Overall comfortable, clean and ok WiFi to work.

This hotel checks all the boxes!

Excellent stay. The staff is very helpful and everyone is so polite. The restaurant downstairs is incredible - one of our favorite meals in the city. The area felt very safe and has a nice cafe down the street, as well as a convenience store and a market, and it’s steps away from Paulista avenue.
The room was small for 2 people and a bit dark due to the building right across from it (no view at all). The shower however was amazing! Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel novo. Bem cuidado.
E não havia disponibilidade no horário do check in.

Quarto 706.
A televisão do quarto é enorme.
Não fico mais em outro hotel.

Staff excepcional.
