My favorite place to stay in sao paulo. Front desk employees are very helpful during the check-in. You will always find an English-speaking person if needed. Rolms are spacious, clean and well maintained.

Fairly happy with my stay, downside is outlets are not near the bed, had to come up with some idea to plug my CPAP machine and make it work. Toilets too close to the shower door, you really have to sit kinda sideways.

Reasonable but isn't worth the price
The hotel has 2 towers (1 and 2). I stayed at tower 2 and the internet connection was horrible! I couldn't have a stable connection for more than 5 min before losing it. And the TV wasn't working smoothly either. All channels kept freezing until I just gave up.
The bed and bedroom area was good and comfortable, but I cannot say the same about the bathroom. The shower was good, but the bathroom area was too small. The room had the think and a really tinny space for the tooth brush only. Too small.

É meio absurdo a falta de comunicação entre a plataforma e o hotel, o que acaba causando desconfortos desnecessários.
