#1 is that the staff, especially Eloisa, was amazing! She helped us so much with everything (ordering pizza, transportation, directions to shopping, translating etc). Her English was great, and it was so helpful to have someone help us around town with the little Portugese we spoke. The hotel itself was updated and very modern. There were Alexas in each room (that turned lights and A/C on and off) and they used facial recognition in lieu of room and hotel entrance keys. The small pool was on the rooftop and had a gorgeous view of the city lights (we only went at night). They even had a little convenience store in the lobby with snacks, frozen foods and I believe toothpaste/etc. The beds were comfy, the kitchenette worked as expected and the A/C worked well (which was a necessity for us when coming in from the humidity). Overall we were thoroughly happy, we'd stay there again if we went back and we would recommend the hotel to anyone!

The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable, however our check-in was problematic. The first room we got had water leaking by the toilet and then we got moved to another room and there was still a little water leaking in that room. The front desk got maintenance to fix it, but we lost a lot of time sightseeing having to change rooms. There was also too much technology trying to enter the lobby or get into your room, with individualized key cards and it just made access annoying. The room itself was fairly nice and the breakfast buffet was decent.

We spent eight nights at São Paulo's Cozzy Premium Paulista. It's an obviously newer hotel with all the pluses that come from recent construction. We loved the keyless entry and terrific staff. The front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping folks were flawless! The breakfast was top notch.
The only downside was the lack of lounge chairs on the small, rooftop pool deck. We went up to the roof several times during our stay but were never able to take advantage of the pool because of the number of people there.

The whole place is great. Reception, restaurant, rooms, entry system (facial recognition so no need to carry card keys). Pool is very cool as well and fairly sized, gym a bit simple but does the job. Good location and breakfast is delicious. There’s a lovely lady who makes omelet and tapioca, she’s always happy, smiling, chatty and helpful, a superstar. Will definitely stay again when I’m back in São Paulo.

A very good hotel with a modern, spacious room (toilet paper can be flushed) and a kitchen. In warm weather, you can cool off in the rooftop pool. The staff are also very friendly. The breakfast is excellent as well! We were always warmly welcomed by the lady who prepares eggs and pancakes for you.

I made double payment in this hotel by mistake through even though its very clear that its double payment for the same room and they did not loose anything they refused to refund claiming its their hotel policy. They are very unhelpful. And try to take advantage of the guest. Doesnt care about the guest satisfation. The hotel is very old. Sheets and towels are worn out. The area is very noisy and it is hard to sleep at night. It deserves only 2 stars.

Tenho os maiores e melhores elogios ao hotel Cozzy Premium Paulista. Instalações excelentes, tudo muito novo e bem cuidado. Café da manhã agradável e com opções saudáveis. Mac o destaque maior é para toda a equipe. Quantas vezes vamos à hotéis e só pedir o mínimo recebemos logo um “não” como resposta. Esse não é o caso da equipe do Cozzy, todos tem uma postura voltada para resolver qq questão que o cliente tenha e para te deixar extremamente à vontade com o que precisar. Destaque para a Lara da recepção e Catarina, do café, mas todos sem exceção são extremamente solícitos e cordiais. Voltaremos sempre.

Os quartos bem limpos e organizados, tem alexa que controla as luzes, tv e ar, usa facial para abrir porta do quarto. Faltou apenas uma lixeira maior no banheiro e mais ganchos para pendurar toalhas no banheiro. Mas adoramos o local e o facil que é sair dali para qualquer canto da cidade e principalmente para o aeroporto de congonhas.

Nossa experiência foi excelente. O quarta muito bem equipado, um mini apartamento, com fogao, microondas, panelas e utensilios. O café da manhã é excepcional, com omelete e tapioca feiras na hora, alem do farto buffet. A funcionária Catarina está de parabéns pela alegria e gentileza. Com certeza recomendo. Fomos em 4 pessoas. Voltaremos com certeza.

O hotel é maravilhoso, mas eu me senti prejudicada. Aluguel o hotel para uma diária no ano novo, para aproveitar a piscina no dia 01 do ano, e a piscina que abre as 9h da manhã estava sendo feita a limpeza, e noa dou liberadaa te o horário da minha saída. Ou seja, a minha diária não foi completa, pois não pode utilizar a área que aluguel para usar.
