Overall it was a very nice place, good quiet accommodation. Nice bed and amenities and very clean.
Upon my departure, however, the employee said something strange. He said oh \"you owe for a bag of cashews as we showed one of those was eaten\". I didn't disagree with this, it was true however, it was strange that the hotel knew this, before I brought it up, because I never, not once, left my room unattended without putting a \"do not enter\" sign on my door.
This means someone entered my hotel suite when I wasn't there.
Post this event I discovered that a watch was missing from my luggage. I can't prove it was robbed at the hotel, but it leads me to wonder if perhaps it was robbed there for the aforementioned reason.
Furthermore, there was one case, during my more than 10 days there, in which a tattoo-laden receptionist was snarky & rude to me.

Nice hotel for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms are very spacious and have work desks with fast WiFi. Staff is friendly and breakfast is more than adequate. The neighborhood is also nice, with many nearby restaurants. Hotel is also close to a metro station.

Ideal location in Central Sao Paulo
Paraiso metro station is very close. It's just 1 or 2 station(s) dependi 30ng to Avenida Paulista. Only 20/25 minutes to Congonhas Airport by taxi (and only about 30 reais - Oct. 2016 rate). Breakfast is quite satisfactory and served until 10am. It's close to the Syrian Orthodox Church which is well worth a visit if you happen to walk past on a Sunday around 11am. There are several types of rooms available. I think it's worth the extra money to choose the superior large room type (kitchennette, sofa, lounge table and it IS really large) which is the one I had on my first stay at this Tulip Inn. For my second recent stay this October 2016, I came up with a much smaller room with no sofa.... etc but being just myself it was quite satisfactory.

That was the last hotel we stayed in during our South American trip. Went to Peru (Lima, Arequipa, Chivay, Cusco) and Brasil (Sao Paulo). This hotel was the largest, and most comfortable.

The Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a pretty fast check in and check out and was helped conveniently when needed, also room service was pretty fast.
Breakfast was precise with fruits, jam and eggs, cereals and different kinds of breads and local pastry.
My room was comfortable and had a separated area with a desk and a sofa.

Definitely pay for it online. The price at the front desk was almost double. Luckily they let me use their wi-fi to purchase the stay online. Room was ok, I needed to use the telephone and it was unavailable, so that was a hassle, but hopefully a one time thing. After I walked around the whole neighborhood trying to find a phone to use with no success (it was late), one of the workers let me use their cellphone, but it didn't work either. Overall ok.

The hotel is really close to 2 lines of Sao Paulo metro which is very convenient taken into account the daily traffic jam of Sao Paulo. The quality of the room is really good for business stay. Comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom. On the other hand breakfast area is small and most of the times too crowded. Also room's window where not firming well so in winter room is a bit chilly.

We stayed as a family of four in one of the double bedroom suites. It was clean, roomy and welcoming. Excellent breakfast included. Very helpful staff. Two minutes to walk to Paraiso for transit. Safe area. We would go back.

We needed a place to stay quick after getting lost in our rental car in Sao Paulo. This was a great find to suit our needs. We arrived at 2am (after making the booking online) and were greeted happily--in very good English, no less. Our two rental cars were parked and we were given two nice, clean, spacious rooms. The continental breakfast was quite delicious as well.

Good hotel, i stay here 1 week per month for business. If you have business near paulista av it is a good base with good public transport interchange and access around the city which can be a nightmare if you get it wrong. Area with pretty safe for Sao Paulo, but not like london, so be streetwise. Plenty of places to eat nearby or at hotel, only critism would be traffic noise at night, but thats the same for all hotels in SP.

Somehow hotels in sao paulo have been increasing prices lately. This is still a reasonable price with breakfast and parking included. Personnal very helpful with lugagge and directions. Rooms are large and comfy, but my A/C wasn't working on a VERY hot evening.

O cardápio do café da manhã foi maravilhoso. O quarto estava bastante limpo. A equipe de funcionários eram muito solícitos e simpáticos, sempre que precisava de ajudar estavam dispostos a resolverem o problema. Os únicos pontos que deixaram desejar foram o Wi-fi, que estava fraco no quarto e toda hora desconectava ou não pegava direito e a pis do quarto, que não tinha uma boa vasão de água, mas não diminuíram em nada a experiência maravilhosa que foi a hospedagem. Um pontoalguns que me chamou atenção e fez que a experiência fosse melhor ainda foi o fato de ter um shampoo e condicionador e sabão líquido no banheiro, além de ter um secador. Então, depois de tudo isso, não tenho nada a dizer, além de que recomendo bastante esse hotel.

Localização excelente. Equipe muito boa, educada e prestativa; quarto família espaçoso e com privacidade para o casal (são dois quartos conjugados, muito bom!). Necessidade de pequenos reparos/manutenção no sofá e no box do banheiro, mas nada de grave. Único ponto negativo foi que os dois equipamentos de ar condicionado funcionavam muito mal.

Gostei no geral, porém um dos quartos deixou bastante a desejar, o ar condicionado não esfria o suficiente e SP nem estava muito quente, isso não deixou as noites confortável, no segundo dia da hospedagem chegamos e encontramos o vaso Sanitário entupido, pedi manutenção 3 vezes, de umas 15 horas até a noite, sem conseguir ser atendido, como a noite o atendente da recepção apesar de muito atencioso, disse que não tinha mais equipe de manutenção aquele horário, me ajudou conseguir um instrumento e eu mesmo tive que desentupir, ou seja, a experiência de um local que tinha tudo pra ser bom foi estragada nos detalhes.

...por fotos, parecia muito mais moderno. Na realidade, não é tanto assim. E uma pena que não tenha cozinha funcionando à noite para pedir jantar. Além disso, o lugar ao redor é mais vazio e não dava muita sensação de segurança. Dava um certo receio sair em qualquer momento, até pq na recepção tem um aviso pra evitar sair do hotel com celular na mão.

A limpeza diária do quarto deixou muito a desejar, a sensação que dava que so entravam trocavam as toalhas e saíam. Tive minhas duvidas se por um acaso trocaram o lençol e as fronhas dos travesseiros, pois o lençol estava tão amassado que parecia de quando eu levantei.
