O local do café da manhã, por estar calor e sol, parecia que estávamos em uma estufa, os frios derretiam (queijos) ou ressecavam ( presuntos) se trocassem a cobertura acredito que ficaria mais agradável em qualquer estação. Colocar elevador, terceira idade e cadeirantes impossível.

Perfect little hotel ina nice neighbourhood, safe and with good dining options. Only little problem was the communication upon check-in and check-out, as nobody (not even the owner or manager) speaks English or any other language but Portuguese.

A great option in Sao Paulo with good price
Great service and location. Walking distance to subway and one block away to good restaurants, bars and a mini market. Very easy access to Paulista Avenue. Staff is very helpful and polite and they try their best to speak English. The hotel is very new (less than one year), so everything is clean. Rooms are not big, but comfortable. The free breakfast at the rooftop is a plus, although, most of the view is blocked by buildings. Stayed September 2014 for business. Will definitely return for my next trip to Brazil.

Passei três noites no hotel. Ao chegar, as janelas estavam abertas e havia diversos mosquitos. A cama é confortável, o banho é agradável e o café da manhã é bem completo. As moças que atendem no café são muito atenciosas. Contudo, a limpeza deixa a desejar. O quarto tinha poeira em cima das superficies. A colcha da cama estava manchada, precisando ser trocada. O chão também aparentava não ter sido aspirado ou varrido. Por outro lado, os lençóis pareciam limpos e as toalhas vinham ensacadas e seladas. Além disso, nos dias que fiquei um grupo chegou de madrugada e foi para o terraço do hotel fazendo barulho até tarde da madrugada. Do quarto se ouvia todo o movimento. Por fim, não há elevador, mas a equipe da recepção gentilmente ofereceu para levar a mala ao andar.

Escolhemos o Upper por se tratar de uma hospedagem em família para quem já mora em SP. Entretanto, estávamos procurando uma hospedagem que fosse mais central e perto dos principais pontos de São Paulo.
O Upper fica localizado em um bairro charmoso e seguro. Próximo de Supermercados, restaurantes padarias e bares. Me senti super segura para chegar a note por se tratar de uma região movimentada por conta dos barzinhos. Com toda certeza voltarei.

Un hotel con un servicio poco humano. No hay loft de entrada. El hotel en estructura puede ser bueno, pero el personal es muy odioso, administrativamente súper restrictivo y estricto. Una experiencia que no quisiera volver a repetir en mi vida. Hay tres personas en recepción y no te ayudan con las maletas, no te entregan la habitación de una manera adecuada. Si quieren pasar buenos momentos en São no vayan nunca

Quarto muito sujo! Fronha suja de sangue, travesseiros todos amarelados, cheios de manchas. Chão com muita sujeira, banheiro sujo e fedido. Ar condicionado não funciona. Hotel sem acessibilidade, não tem quartos térreos e pra acessar o andar superior tem uma escada imensa. Funcionário sem educação, me filmou sem minha autorização enquanto eu reclamava da sujeira e ainda disse ser frescura minha exigir tanta coisa! Não consegui ficar os dias programados, precisei ir para outro hotel ou ia acabar doente de tanta sujeira.

O Hotel é agradável. Atendimento muito bom. O proprietário do Hotel bem solicito. Restaurantes ao lado. Pelo custo benefício, ok! Café da manhã incrível, com uma vista maravilhosa. Algumas sugestões: colocar anti ruído nos pés das cadeiras, pois ficamos no 209 e fica abaixo do salão de café, então o pessoal começa a chegar pra tomar café e arrasta cadeiras e acabamos acordando, apesar de ser sustentável a parte das toalhas o chuveiro gasta muito água, pq é necessário ficar ligado alguns minutos até a água aquecer, e mesmo assim no meio do banho a água ficava fria.

O hotel é básico e bom. Pontos ruins. Não há tomada no quarto - apenas uma ao lado da porta e uma dentro do banheiro. Poderia ter mais tomadas inclusive ao lado da cama. Estacionamento é pago, fora do hotel e a logística não ajuda, pois para pegar ou deixar o carro e preciso passar na recepção do hotel pois não tem quem fique no estacionamento. Poderiam colocar tomadas só solarium pois é um ambiente bom para trabalhar, mas não tem como ligar equipamento ( notebook, celular).

bem simples, o quarto era minúsculo, o chuveiro a aggua era disperçada, não caia uma ducha boa, ia um tanto de água para cada lado e as vezes esfriava no meio do banho, a roupa de cama não parecia muito limpa, como foi só por uma noite e praticamente para dormir e eu estava muito cansada, resolvi ficar ali mesmo....café da manhã achei que faltou opções de coisas salgadas e não possue elevador, somente escadas.

Quarto pequeno, mas limpo. Café da manhã ok... muito bem localizado, próximo ao Ibirapuera, hospitais, estaurantes , barzinhos, farmácia. Funcionários muito simpáticos e educados, com exceção de uma só recepcionista, que não deu um sorriso. Estacionamento é pago, mas diária nao é cara, para os padrões de São Paulo (30 reais). Cama excelente!

Quarto extremamente pequeno, com janela voltada pra uma lavanderia, em que vários funcionários conversam durante a manhã. Sem contar que ainda paguei a taxa extra para pet no valor de 120 reais, ainda assim me forneceram um quarto minúsculo. Pedi diversas vezes pra trocar por outro um pouco maior e não demonstraram o mínimo interesse em me ajudar. Outro detalhe, só haviam tomadas no banheiro e próximo as entradas do quarto, nenhuma próxima a cama. Enfim, estadia bastante decepcionante.

Nunca precisei fazer observações em milhares de hotéis por onde andei... Por ser fotógrafo viajo por todo mundo. Entretanto, nesse hotel houve uma situação que me deixou extremamente irritado, pois as portas de todos os apartamentos faziam muito barulho. A partir das 7am com o café da manhã começa o inferno. É impossível a partir desse horário dormir. Por favor!! Não fechem diárias nesse hotel. O aborrecimento será grande.

Infelizmente deixou muito a desejar. As roupas de cama com marcas de sujeira, ou manchas de conteúdo inespecifico. Privada estava com restos de cabelo. Mas o pior foi o atendimento da recepcionista da noite, uma mulher muito grossa, que não trata com o mínimo respeito. Parece que ela estava fazendo um favor à nos, quando fomos recepcionados. A primeira coisa foi cobrar Nossa estadia, já sendo extremamente antipática, não aceitando qualquer dúvidas a respeito da cobrança. Sentimo-nos bem mal tratados mesmo, eu e mais 3 colegas em momentos distintos, com a mesma impressão /sensação.
