The property is well maintained the amenities are top tier

I didn’t like the breakfast so much, and the window to take is small
john
The hotel feeds you 24 hours a day.
The staff are very helpful.
The staff are very helpful.
Valquiria
It was really good stay. I gave 4 just because there is always a room for improvement.
Elijah
Great room, very nice location, staff was excellent and very friendly.
Kiko
Awesome hotel for a relaxing stay. Staff was super friendly. The breakfast was the best I’ve seen for this type of hotel. Amenities were all that I could hope for. I would definitely stay here again.
Connard
Noisy, thin walls, old, poorly lit.
Michelle
The beds are not comfortable and rock hard. It was like sleeping on a slab. My back and hips were killing me. They did put some padding with extra comforters so I could at least sleep a little. Our bath tub filled up with water every time we showered from not draining properly…and up to the back of my calves. I reported it but it never got fixed. How did the maid clean the bathroom and not notice this??? Breakfast was good but could use a little more variety.
Chunying
The staff members are very helpful. The location is great!
Florence
The hotel is pretty run down, not clean especially in toilet area. Soundproofing is very bad and you can clearly hear the TV of next door, toilet flushing is not working well. Breakfast is ok and staff are noce though.
Danilo
Yes restaurant and convenience
John
The hotel was fine and I would give it a solid B.
Maged
I rarely write negative reviews, but our experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing.
We booked two business rooms for six days each. Unfortunately, the stay was marked by a series of serious issues.
Three of our guests suffered food poisoning after eating at the hotel. Two blazers were damaged by the hotel’s laundry service. Upon arrival, despite checking in after 3 pm and being visibly exhausted from travel, our rooms were not ready.
The most alarming incident occurred when we were given a room key 813 and, upon opening the door, found another guest already inside. This was an extremely embarrassing and unacceptable mistake that raises serious concerns about guest safety and privacy.
When we raised these issues with staff, the response was dismissive and rude. The situation escalated into a very uncomfortable scene in which all our guests were asked to leave the hotel in an unprofessional manner.
Overall, this was a very poor experience, especially for what is presented as a business-standard hotel. We expected professionalism, safety, and basic hospitality. Unfortunately, we received none of those.

I finally found my place to stay when I fly to São Paulo. I have stayed in many places, but none compare to this charming, elegant, with a great location and an amazing service. I went on a family trip and it was amazing.
Courteney
Absolutely amazing stay! Staff is 10/10 - very accommodating. Food amazing would definitely stay again:)
Luke
All the staff was great and very friendly. I would like to highlight the cleaning staff. They were extra kind and did a great job.

Lovely hotel. Very well maintained. Breakfast was excellent. Not too impressed with their dinner. We enjoyed our stay here.
Ruth
Most of the staff was very kind and courteous. Amenities are great and loved the breakfast
Jennifer
Staff was very courteous at all times. Hotel did not seem ready for the end of year influx of visitors, no towels at the pool/sauna area, trouble serving the end of year feast adequately (no water glasses at the tables, delay in serving beverages, that sort of stuff), no one at the front to greet incoming guests and answer questions, only one person at front desk at check out time… seemed very short staffed, in other words
Foluso
Great hotel, excellent customer service!!
WAYNE
Great place to stay in SP. 20 minutes walk from the Central Park which was great area to exercise.
Bianca

Ricardo

MELLISA

Jessica
Breakfast great. Air conditioning perfect. Felt safe in hotel. Great staff at reception.
Warren
Talk about a disappointing stay. I can't believe this is a five-star hotel. The service was terrible. After a bad check in experience where we had to pay an additional fee for the room, we were sent to a room that didn't have the right number of beds and they couldn't figure anything out. I then later got a call in the room for food that we didn't order. The front desk staff seemed entirely amateur. The room was clean and neat but hardly high-end. The only thing good about the place was the breakfast which was quite plentiful with a lot of variety.
Tahleah
Not much around the hotel, 12 min walk to subway, with hills. Room was clean, but the bed was very hard.
percobe johnny
Close to Av Paulista and easy access to metro
Jodi
Very clean, friendly staff! Excellent customer service.best breakfast in town. Fresh fruit strong fresh coffee. Thanks again!
Cherrylynn
This property is well maintained. They seem to take pride in their hotel. It was very clean any time of day we were there. They offer water, tea, at the lobby. I found that very welcoming. The front desk staff were very pleasant. The door greeter/security guard was helpful in navagting on how to get to the metro from the hotel. He also gave us advice between taxi and using an uber service. My room was cleaned every day which is nice because in the USA they havent done that since after Covid. The room was nice and decor modern. Breakfast was the best! They stock it well with a variety of hot dishes to simple cereal and fresh fruits. I enjoyed eating breakfast everyday I was there. The espresso machines were also a bonus. The breakfast buffet opened early and was great for getting a head start on your day. It appeared that many people stay here for business, but great for just couples and adults getaway.
Kevin
My room was well decorated with high quality finishes. The restaurant area was large, bright and cheery. The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. I have two somewhat negative comments. First, very few of the staff spoke English. Finally, the hotel does not have heat. I was chilly for four days..... Overall, I highly recommend this property, especially at their room rates. I would stay there again without question.
Marcia
GREAT
Verified traveler
Staff and location very good !!
David
Excellent Stay
I liked everything about this hotel. The location was good, the staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the shower pressure was excellent. There was water and tea in the reception area, which was a nice touch. And the breakfast was stellar -- if you are staying here, do yourself a favor and get the breakfast. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Paulo
tEained staff, spotless bathroom, very good breakfast , fair price.
Cyntia
Easy, friendly people
Pamela
I really enjoyed my stay here. Upon arrival I was given a room upgrade which was really nice. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean. My bed was comfortable plus I really love the plush pillows and bedding. The hotel lobby is beautiful with plenty areas to sit and relax. The breakfast was very good with alot of options to choose from. The staff was kind and courteous and very helpful given that I spoke English they were able to help assist me with anything I asked. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s close to Ave Paulista and in the area I wanted to be in when visiting São Paulo.
Kriston
This was a follow up stay to my initial 4 day stay and I missed this hotel compared to the K-platz! They allowed me to have an extended late checkout when they did not have to and I appreciate their service. It is quick and everything is well kept. I would highly recommend this hotel to all!
Maria Angelica
Wonderful and well located.
Joshua
Staff spoke great English so check in for my friends was easier than expected! Rooms are nice and the showers are great.
Tayra
Doorman was extremely helpful.
Daniel
Excellent service and very calm location.
George
Great place with great service.
Ralph
As an English speaking person in a land of Portuguese language, I never know what to expect. There were not only enough staff that spoke English to make my life easy, but even those who didn't had not problem communicating. Everyone was very professional and had a way of making me feel special. Rooms are an adequate size and very well kept. The menu is not very large, but it allows the chef to make everything very well. I would happily book this hotel again.
Mario
nice and clean with updated rooms
John
This hotel is still being built so expect construction noise Monday to Friday. The pool and spa are not open. The room was a decent size, adequately furnished but dark and dingy. The windows were filthy. Breakfast is OK. When I checked the receptionist euphemistically described it as the “soft opening”! The staff were personable enough.
Ojiromu
Great place to stay
Liam
Will definitely be back
Fantastic customer service. We were arriving early the day of check in, and only needed to have our bags held but they were able to check us in early! On the day of checkout, we had an evening flight, and no itinerary in the city. We requested and we afforded a late checkout, then we left our bags with them, and took advantage of the lovely lounge and dining area to relax and read with a cocktail in hand. Had a little meal too, which was excellent.
Jose
Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean
Gustavo
Very good facilities, good food and service.
Mariana
Great stay, would highly recommend it.
Juan
Not Smelly pillows would help, the rest was ok and convenient
Claudio
Amazing
It was very good I always stay at this hotel.
Paulo
Excellent breakfast and mattress. Bathroom needs more light and some upgrades.
Eric
Outstanding customer service. Their breakfast is second to none! Absolutely one of the best breakfast provided by a hotel. I definitely
recommend this hotel Great job!!
recommend this hotel Great job!!
Peng
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and comfortable.
Trey
Stayed a night and it was fine for our needs but would probably be disappointed if I had booked this for a longer stay. There was hair on the bathroom floor and the shower knobs were falling apart. While the public spaces are nice, the rooms are dated.
Gary
decent hotel although a bit overpriced for what you get..
plus side - good size room , nice shower , good wifi , friendly pleasent staff, located 10 minute walk from paulista avenue & nearest metro also 10 minute walk
downside - bit overpriced , basic breakfast choice & no english channel on tv service not even 1 news channel..

Gabriela
This was an OK hotel, not necessarily a VIP hotel.
Paulo
Excellent breakfast and staff. Lightning on bathroom and bedroom are deficient.
Marissa
It was interesting that the front desk clerk had to photocopy of our passports for their file. Why would they have copies of our passports? Even airports don’t get copies of our passports they just check them. When we asked they said it is for their file. Why would they need to have copies for their file?
Then, we were kind of disappointed that we were told to check in on time. We knew that check in was 2pm. We understand we arrived around 9am and did not asked to be checked in so we waited. Around 1pm we tried to ask because their check out time is 12 noon but we were told to check at 2pm. Anyway, just a small glitch but we thought there was no consideration that we were waiting since 9am.

I’m afraid to write this review and after that seeing the price going up. This hotel is just amazing, great location for whom is driving a car, close to 23 de maio, nó restaurants around to walk on foot, good environment. Just loved it, for sure I’ll stay here again when visiting Brazil.
Daniel
Very slow cheking process and poor explanation about issues during my stay. Just said to contact your agency Expedia to solve the problem... I came to home 1 day earlier and request to refund one day but they say, after noon, thay charge 1 day without notice in advance for expedia primium member.
Daniel
Very good location. Clean and calm hotel. I strongly recommend to stay.
Samuel
Amazing-Phenomenal-Outstanding!!!
The hotel is located close to Paulista Avenue and short walking distance to cafe's and shopping galleria. The hotel is modern and very clean!! The staff is SUPER FREINDLY and AMAZING!!! Best Cosmopolitans Martinis I have ever tasted. The cleaning ladies are professional, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is superb. I highly recommend this hotel. I fell in love with the city of Sao Paulo and with Hotel Laghetto Stilo!!!
Vivienne
Great modern hotel with kind staff
Lovely modern hotel with nice kind workers. Still under renovation so pool isn’t accessible and some floors but it’s really lovely.
Jean

Amei a hospedagem

Adorei a esturutra do hotel.

Hospedagem excelente!

Adorei a estadia.
NATALIA

Mariana
Hotel limpo e bem conservado.
