The best is the location, near subway station Vergueiro. Parking at the street is available although I have been hosted on Saturday and Sunday. It's a simple, clean and comfortable hotel.

It's okay if you're desoerate and need a place in that location which is a pretty good one or if you don't mind uglyness and disconfort. A room with no window and a white light screaming from the cealing a super staindd chair looks was picked from the garbage. Bathroom was omay to be fair. Breakfast was not terrible either. I jjst hated the room. They need to work on it and it's not about spending lots of money just caring for details and maybe hire a decorator

O hotel possui uma localização excelente e conta com funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos, o que tornou a estadia mais agradável. No entanto, o quarto deixou bastante a desejar. O ambiente é escuro, com iluminação fraca, e a estrutura geral parece obsoleta. Além disso, o nível de ruído é muito alto: é possível ouvir nitidamente cada passo dos hóspedes no corredor, bem como qualquer pequeno barulho nos quartos vizinhos — inclusive vídeos e áudios de celulares. Esses fatores comprometeram bastante o conforto durante a hospedagem.

Fiquei hospedada nesse hotel pelo localização perto do Hospital, porém logo cedo era muito barulho, tanto de bater porta, arrastar cama e obra. Foi impossível dormir logo pela manhã. Me hospedei no hotel após sair tarde de um atendimento no Hospital BP, que fica em frente. Não conseguiria mais pegar o metró e o trem para voltar para casa devido ao horário avançado, portanto, decidi descansar ali mesmo. Foi uma boa escolha. O hotel possui bom custo benefício. O atendimento foi muito cordial e eficiente. O quarto estava limpo e bem arrumado. A cama era confortável. O banheiro estava bem limpo. Apenas o acabamento do registro de ligar a água quente estava quebrado, caindo no chão quando eu abria o chuveiro, mas nada que não pudesse ser contornado. O café da manhã também estava muito bom. Nenhum transtorno no check-out. Recomendo para quem precisar.

Tive problemas e desconfortos na minha estadia. A camareira foi até o quarto em um dias às 07:30hrs mesmo comigo dormindo dentro do quarto. Em outro dia, mesmo com a placa de não perturbe, a camareira ignorou completamente a placa e já estava entrando no quarto. Em um dos dias, um barulho infernal desde as 05:00hrs provocado por outros hóspedes. Foi bem complicado.

Os atendentes não foram simpáticos, deram pouca atenção; quarto pequeno, pouca ventilação, cama ok; banheiro pequeno, sem janela, toalhas bem puídas, mas o chuveiro é mto bom. O pior de tudo é o barulho, tanto interno quanto externo. Foi uma péssima noite. E outro ponto estranho foi a não emissão da nota fiscal no momento do checkout. Orientaram a solicitar por whatsapp, porém, demoraram 2 dias para responder e ainda não emitiram.

toleravel para hospedagem profissional... muito fraco para hospedagem a lazer. as camareiras ficam fazendo o serviço nos quartos em dupla e ficam conversando em voz muita alta. alias, o isolamento acustico é reprovável. zero de privacidade e tranquilidade. durante o café da manhã, tive que usar uma mesa para 4 lugares pois as de 2 lugares estavam todas sujas. eu estava sozinho. durante o cafe tb, eu estava vendo a tv, e duas funcionarias conversavam tao alto lá dentro que eu tive que sentar bem em frente a tv para poder ouvir a noticia que me interessava.

Escolhi o hotel pela localização e pq iria trabalhar ate tarde (precisava dormir bem e até mais tarde para viajar depois). Mas as 5h45 começaram a arrumar tudo para o café e foi impossível dormir mais.
O quarto estava com cheiro de mofo, colchão absurdamente mole (cada vez que virava acordava com o barulho), apesar da roupa de cama estar otima a noite foi pessima :( Isso que fechei apenas 1 diaria, pois era apenas para descanso mesmo, eu nao procurava luxo para essa estadia. Mas infelizmente nao gostei e nao indico para quem quer (e precisa) descansar. Não sei se outros quartos tem o mesmo problema, mas o quarto 102 deveria ser desativado.

Fiquei 4 dias e tudo muito bom, desde de 1 dia ate o ultimo, atendentes bons as meninas da limpeza tambem e as meninas da cozinha tambem muito eficientes em relação a reposição de alimentos. Fui para passear e onde eu queria ir dava para ir e voltar a pé sem nenhum problema. Saí para o meu compromisso às 6h30 e, por medo de perder o cartão do meu quarto, entreguei para o recepcionista. Ao retornar, por volta de 9h00, uma outra recepcionista me informa que o meu quarto já tinha feito procedimento de check out. Falei que devia ser algum equívoco e, após confirmar o meu nome no sistema, me entregou a chave. Ao chegar no quarto, encontro a porta entreaberta. Meu coração quase sai pela boca! Ainda bem que nenhum hóspede mal intencionado invadiu o meu quarto, porque todos os meus pertences estavam ali, inclusive notebook de trabalho.
