People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information.

Very good hotel, centrally located and well managed. Staff are all very helpful
Patrick John
The housekeepers and kitchen staff are very nice and accommodating and helpful, they kept the room very clean and attended all us very well. Great service and the front desk are also accommodating letting us check in early and check out an hour late. Thank you for the great hotel experience, specially this is our 1st year anniversary celebrating in São Paulo. We appreciate and highly recommend H3 hotel.
Alberto
Clean and very affordable
Marissa
Outstanding service by the staff, Yara at the reception allowed me to check in earlier since my flight arrived at 5:00 AM. Thank you so much for that; nice clean rooms and delicious affordable breakfast. Great location close to the Ave Paulista but you have to climb the hill and your heart will love it.

A very nice hotel in an excellent location.
The receptionist was very kind allowing me to check in earlier due to my early flight. Thank you so much for that!

Good breakfast and a great location. The stay was overall good value for money. However, the shower was difficult to use—the temperature was hard to control and didn’t work very well. Fixing that would make a big difference to the experience.

Spacious and quiet
Good space room in a quiet street near Paulista. Clean and spacious.

The Hotel is a bit dated and it takes a 15 minutes walk uphill to get to Avenida Paulista; however, it is a safe area, good value for money and the best included breakfast we had in the whole of Brazil.
The room was big and comfortable, staff is very serious, they don't interact much with you.
Anyhow, it was a good hotel to stay to explore Sao Paulo

Fantastic hotel! Near all the good places ( downtown and Paulista Avenue). The hotel has great service and delightful and helpful staff. Thank you H3 for making my stay a delightful time.

Little old property, but recently renovated. it was realy good
Juliette
First and foremost the breakfast was very good.
The bed mattress was very firm with just a bedsheet, no mattress pad and two flat overused standard pillows on queen size bed. The flooring wood tiles are warped with gaps in between. The glass shower stall has buildup soap scum and the sheer curtains has a large brown dirty discoloration on it.

What I did not like about the hotel room was it’s bathroom (small, no hangers to hang towels, takes ages to get hot water, and the overall quality of the interior and vibe), card keys that constantly fail to open the door (I had to run down to the reception desk to renew my key every time I come back to my room), surroundings of the hotel (definitely not a slum but you have to travel for quite a distance to find decent restaurants and cafes, for Paulista ave you need to get ready for a 15m long uphill hike) and, most of all, all the loud noises coming from the hallways. The door just fails miserably to block the noises. It was almost impossible for me to get some nap between 9-12 because of all the noises coming from the busy hallway.
Sonia
I don't get good experiences for the place , I m sure no go back .

I stayed at this property on a recommendation of my friend who stayed here before. I stayed 10 nights here. I found the property really clean. The refilled the snacks and drinks daily. Staffs were and humble. Although English wasn’t fluent, we communicated none the less. I only had a chance to eat the breakfast on my last day of my stay because of my schedule, but it was pretty good. Staffs were available 24/7. They were accommodating. They do store your bags for free if you need to checkout and collect bags later. They have a lenient guest policy. Paulista Avenue is walkable distance although little uphill. Good restaurants nearby.

A propriedade tem boa localização, considerando o bairro (Bela Vista). É possível chegar a pé à Av. Paulista. Algum comércio no entorno.

Good location, with just roughly 10 - 15 minutes walk / 1km away from Paulista Avenue. Polite Staff. I would say that the breakfast buffet is average. However adding the breakfast to the reservation is very cheap. So when taking into consideration the cheap price, the breakfast is very good. I got the feeling that the property building is a bit worn down, however the Room itself was very well kept and in good condition.
I have just two very minor complaints. First, the water pressure in the bathroom is average at best, and I would sometimes have to run the water in the shower up to 1 - 2 minutes before getting warm water. Second the sound insulation is not very good. Each night I could hear the traffic and other noises from the street outside the hotel, or whenever a door was opened or closed on the corridor. Ofcourse it is not the hotels fault, but there were also other guest related noises, such as (it sounded to me) that someone took their phone argument on the hotel corridor instead of keeping it in the room. Or another time different room's family's kids were running and screaming and playing on the corridor. Ofcourse how other guests behave is not the hotels fault, but generally the room noise insulation could be bit better, but it's not bad enough to ruin otherwise excellent stay. There's also kiosk literally next door to the hotel, and restaurant across the street for convenience.

Quarto amplo e arejado.

Tudo perfeito. Volto sem dúvidas.

Hotel muito bem localizado, me senti segura, chuveiro quente.

Decidi me hospedar nessa última vez e agora provavelmente me tornarei cliente fiel.
