The location of the hotel is excellent because is just few blocks away from Avenida Paulista and Bella Paulista bakery. The staff is just amazing, pleasant and impeccable service. Breakfast needs improvement with fresh bread, cheese bread and Minas cheese as an option to the existing cheese(provolone and cheddar)
I definitely will stay here again!

Good and cheap hotel

Hotel is in good location and safe. Breakfest is also great. Nothing bad to say about this place. Area is popular place for young people to party on the streets. Hotel is although very quiet and you can sleep perfectly without noise.

Not a good neighborhood

The hotel was not in a very safe neighborhood. We stayed over a Friday night and it was very noisy down in the streets. All night long. We were scheduled to stay another night, but moved somewhere else.
The hotel is old and the carpets smell.

Firam 04 pernoites no Hotel com bom custo x benefício, localização próxima do Shopping Frei Caneca, próximo a estação do metro Consolação, com linhas de onibus na porta, perto do centro histórico de SP e Avenida Paulista. Cafe da manha simples mas bem servido. Banheiro com oferta de agua encanada quente e fria na pia e chuveiro, quarto bem ventilado com ar condicionado split, tv de 32 polegadas e oferta de canais por assinatura na Claro, frigobar antigo mas funcional, mesa com cadeiras, duas camas silgle, bom espaco para acomodar roupas com cabideiro, gavetas, cofre e caneceira da cama com luminarias e comandos de luz. Equipe da recepção educada e simpatica alem de arrumação e limpeza diaria do quarto. Acesao por chave digital (cartão).
Pontos a destacar - carpete no quarto o que nao é bom para alérgicos. Todavia, observei que alguns quartos eram de piso vinilico. Havia uma lampada queimada que foi trocada. A iluminação do quarto não era no teto. Nao.mw incomodou mas para alguns pode ser um incomodo. Ha uma extensao abaixo da TV o que facilita ligar diversos equipamentos (celular, nitebook, etc). O colchão de mola era demasiadamente mole e para quem esta acostumado com colchões ortopedicos faz toda uma diferença. Por fim, a Rua Augusta é bem barulhenta à noite por conta de seus inúmeros bares, restaurantes, etc. Logo, a noite às vezes rola um barulho extra que impacta na qualidade do sono. Mas no geral, o hotel atende ao viajante a trabalho que só vai pernoitar.

A equipe é muito eficiente e atenciosa, e a qualidade do café da manhã é boa.

No entanto, o quarto em que me hospedei (605) tinha um colchão muito mole e a disponibilidade de tomadas apenas em uma das cabeceiras é um incômodo adicional.

Adicionalmente, a geladeira não tinha grades internas na sua porta, o que inviabilizava o uso da porta.

No banheiro, o único problema foi o box, pois o chuveiro espalhava água para todos os lados, além de não estar centralizado. Finalmente, um vazamento por baixo da estrutura de alumínio, alagava o chão do banheiro perto do box.

Foi uma tragédia a experiência! No dia havia caído uma chuva forte em São Paulo, e faltou energia. O hotel não tinha um sistema de gerador que suportasse atender a demanda. Tive que subir até o 8º andar com as malas, sem nenhum suporte, sem iluminação auxiliar, nem nos quartos. Poucas horas depois a energia voltou e mesmo assim o hotel não conseguiu corrigir as falhas, fiquei sem energia no quarto durante toda a estadia, a água pela manhã não estava aquecida, tive que tomar banho frio. o café estava horrível, tudo que devia estar quente estava frio. Tive que tomar café em uma padaria

No permiten visitas en la habitación, es todo muy viejo, feo y deprimente… habian mosquitos en la habitación. Fizeram eu esperar 1 hora para eu fazer o check in estava muito cansado depois de uma longa viagem sem uma explicação. provavelmente estavam tentando arrumar um quarto, não tinham a minha reserva em mãos. Quando liberaram o quarto, era duas camas de solteiro sendo que eu tinha reservado uma cama de casal. Minha esposa foi reclamar e alegaram de eu reservei errado. Porém depois qua do estava passando pela recepção um outro funcionário estava explicando a situação para uma outra hospede ele falou que não tinham mais camas de casal devido o hotel está lotado. Se me falassem a verdade desde sempre não estaria insatisfeito como estou. Entendo que a cidade estava cheia por conta do feriado prolongado e o GP Brasil de F1, mas não custava nada falar a verdade.

O Hotel se encontra em uma localização não muito agradável para caminhar a noite, porém é um hotel com quarto e banheiro espaçoso e limpo. Roupas de banho e cama tbem limpas e bom estado. Café da manhã me surpreendeu, tinha opções de frutas, cereais, pães, bolos... poderiam pensar em disponibizar uma máquina de café expresso, pois o café era servido na jarra. A localização é bem central, o que facilita, os funcionários são super educados e bem solícitos, atenciosos, porém, a cama é bem desconfortável, está com muito desgaste precisando ser trocada, a TV não funcionou mesmo depois de irem várias vezes \"tentar\" arrumar, e mesmo eu pedindo para arrumar enquanto eu estava trabalhando (fiquei 2 dias), me incomodou muito a arrumadeira entrar no quarto e iniciar a arrumação enquanto eu tomava café e tive que interromper a limpeza pq ia usar o quarto para terminar de me arrumar e ir trabalhar, e assim ficou o quarto até meu retorno, ou seja, ela não terminou, além de minha bolsa e demais objetos que em geral não ficam no quarto, estarem espalhados enquanto eu tomava café, pois não tinha saído ainda. Também me chateei por terem mexido no banco do meu carro só para guardarem no estacionamento que fica a menos de 50 m. O quarto também é bem barulhento, e olha que fiquei com fundos. O que valeu foi ser perto de onde eu estava trabalhando e a simpatia dos funcionários. Mas a diária bem cara pelo pouco que tem a oferecer. Internet é lenda, não funcionou nenhum dia.

Localização bem central e valor acessivel

Bom, chegamos no hotel as 7 da manhã quando o check-in era somente a partir das 14h, o pessoal da recepção prontamente guardou nossos pertences e falou que poderíamos sair para tomar um café e que assim que desocupasse um quarto eles nos colocaria. pediu que voltasse entre 9h e 10h que provavelmente já existiria algum quarto disponível, voltamos as 9 e meia e eles já fizeram nosso check-in e podemos descansar da viajem numa boa, coisa rara de se ver no meio hoteleiro.

O hotel é antigo, muito grande e razoavelmente confortável.. Mas, precisa se modernizar. Tem um único secador de cabelos para o hotel inteiro!!! E mesmo assim ele funciona mal. O café da manhã é repetitivo e não é saboroso. Os frios e sucos são de má qualidade. Deveriam, na minha opinião, diminuir a quantidades de bôlos, etc..e melhorarem a qualidade dos produtos. A localização é ruim, mas o hotel não tem culpa ..O que compensa tudo isso é a educação e gentileza dos funcionários do hotel.
