Just arrived at Alameda Apart Hotel and I’m already in love with it! It’s amazing to find such a calm and peaceful atmosphere right in the heart of São Paulo. I instantly felt at home here.

Nossa estadia, foi perfeita, funcionários mega atenciosos, parabéns!!!!! Voltaremos com ctz

Uma acomodação pobre nos detalhes.
Carpete sujo no quarto.

Not what it seems
STAY AWAY!

Their Superior Suite Room which I was upcharged for looks like Standard suite in the site. Most front desk people were nor knowleadble nor helpful with excetion of talent wasted overnights. The manager js non existant. The room rain INSIDE ALL OVER BY BED IN ROOM DUE TO INFILTRATION. I let then know and nothing was done. The owner of the building himself appeared and was a jerk with after a week staying paying their overprices then couldnt just wait my car for me to leave lobby. Dont stay.

Muito boa a acomodação. Custo benefício perfeito

Boa

DO NOT STAY HERE
BEWARE: Front desk at check-in is bluntly rude and with shocking unapologetic sarcasm. Front desk staff started at being unaccommodating then escalated to a full disrespectful demeanor. If this is what you want - stay at this hotel.
I love the city and I visit Sao Paulo often. However first time I ever not only felt UNWELCOME but I also felt I WAS UNSAFE after the negativity I experienced. Unfortunately I felt this soon as I stepped to the check-in counter.
Sao Paulo is a beautiful city and THERE ARE MANY FRIENDLY OPTIONS - do not choose this place. Excellent people in brazil. FROM A FREQUENT VISITOR WHO KNOWS YOU CAN FIND MUCH MORE CARING HOTEL STAFF WHO WANT TO WELCOME VISITORS.

Good value- Basic in Ammenities but Comfortable
Good basic apartment hotel. Plenty of room. Basic in comfort but suitable. Need bottled water in the room.

Melhor localização e equipe atenciosa e prestativa. Apartamentos amplos, quarto e sala.

Poderia ser melhor
Apto limpo !! Móveis muito velhos ! Decoração velha

The rooms need to be cleaned very dirty and on the bedrooms have a old dirty carpet wardrobe and bed smell mold I like the location but is not worth what you pay for

Very friendly welcome, house keeping, and assistance. Very old furniture and kitchen appliances.

Very noisy road just below my room window. Was denied to change room. Staff regularly without masks at reception, not a COVID safe place. Carpets and furniture very tired, some even stained and broken.

Check in was refused despite confirmed booking. Extremely inconvenient as traveling with a lot of accompanying baggage, all of which had to be managed separately once the property refused its duty to care.
Verified traveler
The property was in really bad shape. Mold all over the bathroom, carpet in the bedroom was disgusting, furniture was extremely old. Hair conditioning super noise. And a Gucci belt was stolen from my suitcase between 8 and 11:30 am while I went out for breakfast.

Good staff and caring about guest. Good location. Near to merto

Poor accommodation - room 53
Dirty cracks in the shower
Pubic hairs around the toilet
Dirty dishes and cutlery
Old frozen fridge - frozen mineral water
Noisy floor
No sunlight in bedroom - windows with fixed external shutters
No international TV channels like CNN and BBC
Generally a bit run down

Nice
It was nice.

Excellent location, good space, needs modernising
The apartment hotel is a superb location close to 2 metro stops, and easy walking distance to MASP. There is a good supermarket just 1 minutes walk away. It felt very safe in the area, although we did not walk around much at night. The apartment has good space with separate lounge/diner, plus kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has a sparce amount of pots, but you can make a simple meal. Our TV worked in one room but not in the next ( we switched rooms to stay longer). There is WIFI but they don't have enough band-width for all the users so it grinds to slow/stop at busy periods. Okay at other times. We enjoyed our time here and would stay here again. The decor is vintage 1970's which we were okay with. Some might not like it. The apartment was however nice and clean with daily maid service. They leave water in the fridge, but you will be charged for drinking it. But it's ~R$1 per cup. Windows and balcony door did not lock, but the security risk is low in this high rise building.

Prime location, spacious apartment
Best location in São Paulo.
The hotel staff is very friendly but the \"multi language\" they referred to doesn't include English. You would need to ask someone to contact you back.
Room is huge fully one bad room and has a balcony. Furniture are quite old and basic but TV is flat screen, full TV channels and you can switch to English.
For the price you pay its well worth it. Recommended.

Great location, great people.
Perfect location! Nice staff, especially the maid on the 6th floor! Such a charming lady. Was great to have an apartment located just steps away from Conjunto National. Internet connection was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent value in central ocation
Staff are very helpful. The hotel is very simple, but at a very good price given the excellent location in a very expensive city. The rooms are really two-room apartments with a kitchen, so if one has the time and energy to go shopping one can live relatively economically. Everything is clean. Wifi worked in sitting room but did not work in my bedroom.

Eu amo me hospedar no alameda!

Homero

A equipe impecável, bom quarto e localização maravilhosa

Tudo estava limpo, organizado e funcionando corretamente.
Eduardo C
Boa localização, quarto amplo, embora antigo. Bom atendimento e custo benefício
Ana Paola

Fraco

A acomodação é bem espaçosa e confortável.

The staff were excellent and very helpful and deserve recognition as they did everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Unfortunately, the rooms are extremely dated (like something out of the 1970s), the bed was comfortable but the bedside lamp had bare wires and sparked, the bathroom heater worked only for a few minutes and then the shower got cold, there was no hairdryer.

Nice aparthotel in Jardims, good value for money.
Nice aparthotel well located in the Jardims area. Good value for money, helpful staff. Basic kitchen with cooking pots available (you may need to ask at the reception). Very good breakfast (served at a neighbouring hotel).
Bernhard

A localização é excelente, os funcionários todos super atenciosos. Mas o lugar precisa de uma reforma.
Lucas
Robson
A localização é excelente! Se for reformado ficará excelente!
Francisco
Alexandre
Instalacoes antigas e internet nao funciona. Experiencia muito ruim.

Bem ruim
Flat antigo com
Móveis e eletros antigos.
Carpete velho no piso do quarto.

Expedia
ACOMODAÇÃO RAZOÁVEL, MERECE ATUALIZAÇÃO. MOBILIÁRIO ENVELHECIDO. FECHADURA COM CHAVE E PLACÃO(PODE?). ÓTIMO TAMANHO. ESTIVE NO APTO 103 E ESTAVA COM UM VAZAMENTO DE ÁGUA NO BANHEIRO, ME PARECEU PROVENIENTE DO VASO SANITÁRIO. ÓTIMA LOCALIZAÇÃO.
Valéria
Aspectos prrecisa melhorar
Roberto
Excelente custo benefício
