Their Superior Suite Room which I was upcharged for looks like Standard suite in the site. Most front desk people were nor knowleadble nor helpful with excetion of talent wasted overnights. The manager js non existant. The room rain INSIDE ALL OVER BY BED IN ROOM DUE TO INFILTRATION. I let then know and nothing was done. The owner of the building himself appeared and was a jerk with after a week staying paying their overprices then couldnt just wait my car for me to leave lobby. Dont stay.

O apartamento é ótimo, não é um apartamento moderno, mas, nem por isso deixa nada a desejar, cumpre o que promete, uma única sugestão que teria para deixar para o estabelecimento é, se possível, deixar algum utensilio para esquentar uma água pelo menos. Agradeço muito o trabalho de todos, quando voltar a São Paulo, voltarei ao local.

No banheiro, o chuveiro é na banheira. Mas tudo muito limpo! Não fiquei no quarto praticamente, então não fez diferença os móveis não estarem tão novinhos. Não tem televisão no quarto.

Check in was refused despite confirmed booking. Extremely inconvenient as traveling with a lot of accompanying baggage, all of which had to be managed separately once the property refused its duty to care.

The property was in really bad shape. Mold all over the bathroom, carpet in the bedroom was disgusting, furniture was extremely old. Hair conditioning super noise. And a Gucci belt was stolen from my suitcase between 8 and 11:30 am while I went out for breakfast.

The apartment hotel is a superb location close to 2 metro stops, and easy walking distance to MASP. There is a good supermarket just 1 minutes walk away. It felt very safe in the area, although we did not walk around much at night. The apartment has good space with separate lounge/diner, plus kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has a sparce amount of pots, but you can make a simple meal. Our TV worked in one room but not in the next ( we switched rooms to stay longer). There is WIFI but they don't have enough band-width for all the users so it grinds to slow/stop at busy periods. Okay at other times. We enjoyed our time here and would stay here again. The decor is vintage 1970's which we were okay with. Some might not like it. The apartment was however nice and clean with daily maid service. They leave water in the fridge, but you will be charged for drinking it. But it's ~R$1 per cup. Windows and balcony door did not lock, but the security risk is low in this high rise building.

Perfect location! Nice staff, especially the maid on the 6th floor! Such a charming lady. Was great to have an apartment located just steps away from Conjunto National. Internet connection was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff are very helpful. The hotel is very simple, but at a very good price given the excellent location in a very expensive city. The rooms are really two-room apartments with a kitchen, so if one has the time and energy to go shopping one can live relatively economically. Everything is clean. Wifi worked in sitting room but did not work in my bedroom.

Ótimo preço pela região que está localizado. Bem próximo do MASP, de restaurantes, região bem movimentada. O apê tem um aspecto mais antigo, mas tem um excelente tamanho, e tava com um pouco de odor de mofo, mas para nós que íamos passar uma noite apenas, foi aceitável. Ah, o que estivemos hospedadas ficamos com um pouco de receio da cozinha, que tava com cheiro de gás, creio que por ser um fogão antigo, vazava um pouco de gás mesmo... mas nem utilizamos a cozinha, e deixamos a janela da mesma aberta.

A localização é excelente, perto de tudo, e o apartamento é bem mais espaçoso do que a média da região, o que faz muita diferença no conforto. As acomodações não tem nenhum conforto . O banheiro com chuveiro péssimo ainda a gaz , difícil misturar a água fria com água quente. O vaso não tem ducha higiênica. A porta do frigobar não fecha. No quarto o piso é forrado com um carpete imundo , nojento de sujo.ma sala um sofá desconfortável e sujo. As chaves são de chaveiro , não são chaves de cartão. No final a nota 03 é pela localização. The staff were excellent and very helpful and deserve recognition as they did everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Unfortunately, the rooms are extremely dated (like something out of the 1970s), the bed was comfortable but the bedside lamp had bare wires and sparked, the bathroom heater worked only for a few minutes and then the shower got cold, there was no hairdryer.

Me decepcionei muito com o hotel, primeiro havia escolhido este porque no hoteis.com citava que o check-in poderia ser feito a partir das 13h, quando chegamos ao hotel o recepcionista informa que o horário de check-in seria a partir das 14h, ressaltei para que corrigissem o horário que consta no portal então, apesar disso, retornamos as 13h30 conseguimos fazer o check-in.
O flat era bastante modesto para uma diária de 270 reais, móveis velhos em todos os cômodos, limpeza bastante razoável (tinha objetos sujos e empoeirados, como uma extensão que ficava ao lado da cama), janela do quarto é bloqueada, ou seja não abre, o imóvel precisa urgente de uma detetização (tinham bichinhos parecidos com formigas na sala e também no banheiro), me deparei com uma aranha no quarto também. O banheiro tem bastante sujeirinhas nos cantinhos, e também uma banheira velha que não dá pra usar pois não tem tampa no ralo.
