I love this property. You get a whole apartment with a balcony for a really great price. The pool upstairs is just wonderful. The apartment itself depends on whether you get a renovated unit or not. I’ve stayed here before and I had a renovated unit, but this time I had an older unit that hasn’t been renovated all the same. It’s really good. It’s just a little old.

Nice unit but for electrical issues

The electric in my unit was defective. After 5 minutes or so the circuit breakers would have an issue and most of the lights go out. Every day a problem.
The unit itself was nice . Kitchen living room bedroom and bath .

O quarto é antigo, com aspecto de coisas surradas pelo tempo mesmo. Acredito que falta mais atenção nesse sentido, o que nao permite uma sensação de conforto no espaço.

Mostly excellent experience but for the wi-fi.

Almost every aspect of my stay was excellent, especially the location. One area that needs improvement is the quality/strength of the wi-fi. Another small gripe is that the kitchens are not supplied with dishes or utensils (just two small glasses).

Nice to have a separate bedroom. Suite was somewhat updated, with older fixtures in the bathroom. 25th floor views over MASP and Sao Paolo were stunning. Price was very reasonable. A good location, with friendly and helpful staff. Nice to have the extra room of a suite for our 3 night stay.

We had a very nice stay here, the room was good and hotel staff was excellent but nobody spoke any English but they tried very hard to figure thins out. The room was clean and our overall experience was good. My only complaint was the wifi wasn't very good. It worked great in the lobby but was bad in the room. Overall good place, my wife will probably stay here when she goes in April.

Some have complained about the internet. It actually works well, but it randomly dumps your connection without warning (every couple of days) and you have to know to enter the 192... number and re-login. The user interface could be much clearer, but the internet itself is fine.

Gym equipment started out good, but both treadmills went out of service while I was there.

One of the main reasons I chose this hotel is because it offered a \"kitchenette\". I supposed there would be cooking utensils and plates, among other things, but the kitchenette cabinets were completely empty! When I commented on this, I was provided with 2 glasses, 2 cups, 2 plates and one cooker. Not enough to even warm water and milk separately. I feel the description was not accurate. Also, the rooms are very cold and the noise from the street makes it difficult to sleep.

Location is great, suits are good and definitely value for money. But, this hotel is not for VEGETARIANS! They didn't have a single vegetarian sandwich option for late ordering. Their big list in general menu doesn't have good options either. Was disappointed to hear \"NO VEGETARIAN\" at 11 at night when it was raining heavily outside! WiFi connectivity is bad and not reliable too.

No wi fi / unhelpful reception

We stayed two nights in the hotel what was an average stay since we had lots of issues.
Firstly we struggled since even though the hotel claims to provide wi fi, it provided only 1MB which lasts for a very short time.
Additional 2MB can be purchased for 30R which is again very little.
As a foreigner who relies on wi fi this was a major issue. On top of it we had to make few calls via skype which we had to do in an internet coffee.
We advised the reception of our issues but they didn't care or offer any solution.
At some point we wanted to order uber and didn't have data but the reception didn't care.
Given there is a safety issue in Sao Paulo and therefore taking Uber is reliable I found their ignorance as being irresponsible.
I have been 6 weeks in Brazil and was always impressed from the client service, it's obvious that the hotel is substantially below the norm.
Other than that the hotel is very old with run down furniture and the toilet doesn't flush down properly.
The location, however is fantastic close to amenities, shops and safe.

Hotel is not a brand new but one bed room hotel with good price and excellent location close to main commercial road called Avenida Paulista and subway station. Avenida Paulista is very safe and many cafe and shopping malls.
Bed is comfortable, the bath tub is kinda of old but with whirlpool (jacuzzi).

Very nice hotel close to metro

Very handy for Avenida Paulista and metro, but in a quieter tree lined street two short blocks away. Also airport bus dropped us off just a few blocks from hotel. It would have been helpful if the hotel staff could have told us that the bus company for a bus to Paraty, where we were heading to from Sao Paolo, is Reunidas and that you can definitely buy your bus ticket from the Rodaviaria bus Terminal at the Portuguesa -Tiete metro station. We were directed to the other bus terminal by a lady at the desk, who, to be fair, was only trying to help us. But we then went all the way there in the metro, to find out that we had to go to the other bus station. So wasted almost an hour. Also, no one at the hotel informed us that, if you're over 60 years old, you can travel free on the metro,bus and train in Sao Paolo. After two metro trips, I decided to ask an employee in the metro station if there was a concession price and he informed me about the free transport. At least we benefited from a few free trips after that! Other than that, hotel staff very helpful and courteous.

For the price paid this is an overpriced hotel. It would be a 35 dollar budget deal on the US. The beds are very old cheap quality and in general the room gives the feel if a very cheap place. Old furnitures. The breakfast was good though.

Comfortable, not perfect.

Large flat room with very nice, privative balcony (as much as engineering allows, very few windows pointed to it), large and clean bathtub in our Senior suite with hot and strong shower. AC was non-functioning in our room, nor was the cable TV (very basic channels like Warner or TNT were not available and open-air channels were only SD. In this day and age I consider that not to be cable TV). I believe the front desk would've arranged us another room with functioning AC but we didn't bother.

Room service menu was small and concise, and very fairly priced for the area. Other amenities were pretty standard, and the included breakfast was pretty fresh and satisfying.

Not all floors seem to have the same level of care, however! While our floor (17th) had neat and clean carpets, and our room was very tidy, the elevator stopped on the 16th floor where a lady got out and we saw it had unkempt, torn carpets next to the walls, and a pair of old shoes was just lying around on the corridor.

This is a mixed bag... The hotel was clean, staff friendly (but not speaking either english or spanish...). I booked a room with a king bed and it took them a couple of tries shuttling me from room to room until they found one! The suite overall are small! Bedroom is good size, bathroom has a huge tub, but the rest of the bathroom is tiny. The living area is on the smallish side. There is a kitchen, with some basic appliances, but... no plates, glasses, or any other utensils for cooking or even eating, which makes the kitchen pretty useless and a waste of space.

Location wise, it's 2 blocks away from Paulista Avenue, one of the main drags in Sao Paulo, but there isn't really much around. You'll have to walk a few blocks to a few kilometers to find some decent restaurants.

Neighborhood looked pretty safe tho.

All in all, I am not sure I will repeat.

We stayed at the hotel during the Rio Carnaval and possibly therefore not the best time to judge the area. Hhowever, our feeling was that it might not have been the best area of Rio. The hotel itself is in good condition, excellent spread of food, friendly staff. As we did not speak Portuguese at all, we appreciated the one or 2 staff members' assistance who could speak a little English.

Excellent location and very good rates.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 11-day stay at Wall Street Suites. All the staff, from front desk to cleaning people were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. My suite was very large, with a separate bedroom and a roomy kitchen. The location is outstanding, very close to Paulista Avenue and the subway station. A full breakfast is included in the rate, with 24hr room service and a good restaurant downstairs open until 11pm. Also, the area is surrounded by a variety of cafes, restaurants and night life. Wall Street also has a nice well equipped gym, sauna and pool at the rooftop. I’ll certainly stay there in my next visit to São Paulo.

Well located just off Av.Paulista, spacious room and good breakfast as long as you get there before 9:15 as after that buffet is not restocked. The room is really the size of a small apartment, could not check the gym, pool or sauna. If you want to go and come back to the airport, the porter can negotiate taxi process which sometimes and if for more than one person are cheaper than the dedicated airport shuttle.
Internet was slow and you can connect only one device. In order to connect another you need to call the reception to assign a new connection for your other device and every time you want to switch devices you have to follow the same procedure!!! Nowadays internet connectivity should be more uncomplicated and generous!

Great hotel, one bad reception clerk over and over

There are many things to like about this hotel. The location is great, close to Avenida Paulista and the subway as well as nearby mall. The breakfast is usually the same but it is good with variety (but usually the same variety). We love the Jacuzzi and the balcony. I rated this lower simply because of one particular male clerk at the front. We have stayed here many times in the past, even recently, but we always seem to get this male clerk who shouldn't be working with people, let alone customers. This last time, my flight came in early and we therefore arrived a little early. This guy tried charging me half a hotel stay to check in 1.5 hours early and then when I turned him down, he said he'd be with us in the same amount of time but then never got back to us. This is not our first run in with this person and each and every encounter has been negative. Not sure which one I'm talking about? Go and check in. You'll know him when you talk to him! I will be contacting the hotel about this as well.

Well...must have been better during the 1990s

The hotel was in a general good condition but it is totally outdated, it needs serious renovation (paiting and not just covering up, new carpets, new furniture, etc.), for the price we paid I was expecting much better. Breakfast was ok but the eggs were so dry that they seemed to have been cooked when the hotel was new...at least 30 years ago! The location is perfect, just one block from Paulista Av. The service was also very good.

Os funcionários são muito educados, o café da manhã é ótimo e a locação é excelente, porém o quarto é antigo, apesar de espaçoso, o corredor é carpete, e o isolamento acústico do quarto é inexistente, em um dos dias de nossa hospedagem estava acontecendo um show nos arredores e parecia que a banda estava tocando dentro do nosso quarto. Mas no geral a experiência foi positiva.

Precisa urgentemente de reforma, vários pontos do quarto precisando de manutenção, teto do banheiro mofado. Quase não tem tomadas no quarto e o colchão deixa a desejar. Apesar de ser um apart hotel, não havia nenhum utensílio na cozinha, somente dois copos. A localização é boa e o café da manhã é honesto. A equipe da recepção é muito atenciosa.

Os quartos que nos colocaram dessa vez eram velhos. Os banheiros antigos com banheiras e cortinas que apresentavam mofos .Já havíamos ficado lá anteriormente mas os quartos estavam reformados. Solicitamos a troca mas fomos informados que não havia nenhuma disponibilidade além daquela. Realmente não indico, não vale a pena, melhor ficar em hotel de rede maior pois o padrão é mantido, existem vários nas proximidades e a um custo bem semelhante.

A localização é fantástica, bem perto da Av. Paulista e estação do metrô. O quarto é bem espaçoso e a vista da varanda é excelente. Por outro lado, as dependências são antigas e os equipamentos do quarto não ganham a manutenção devida (tomada solta, porta do frigobar quebrada). Os funcionários apenas desempenham seu trabalho, não se esforçam em entregar um atendimento gentil. O barulho do hotel ao lado é um elemento crítico, pois as festas seguem até a madrugada com som alto.

Comunicação com estabelecimento é ruim, embora ciente que local é antigo, ar condicionado do quarto não funcionava, água quente parou no 2 dia de hospedagem, a limpeza do quarto razoável, mas das dependências bem sujo.

Estadia maravilhosa, equipe sempre disposta, muito atensiosos do inicio ao fim, o quarto é espaçoso, area de trabalho muito agradável e cozinha com panelas e fogão, se fosse pra ser chato único detalhe seria colocar um microondas pra ficar perfeito, porém é literalmente 100 metros de tudo, tem o universo da av Paulista todo para agradar o hospede no que for necessário, notas em agradecimento especial para a equipe de limpeza que são muito simpáticos e da recepção, receptividade notável, café da manhã bem completo.

Sou cadeirante fiz reserva através site hotéis.com e tinha no momento da reserva opções para cadeirante, mas no hotel não tem nada para mobilidade. Hotel precisava reservar um pouquinho de conforto para essa categoria, cadeirante e idoso. Restaurante maravilhoso bom atendimento.limpeza e visual hotel são ótimas.Apenas falta de manutenção das torneiras banheiro recepção , não tinha água lavar as mãos. Obrigado pela atenção.
