The hotel is in need of renovation. The door trim on our hotel room was falling off, the bathroom and room were tired. The gym was not air conditioned and the breakfast was quite sparse.

Checked in a few days before this reservation on a bridge reservation made by my hosts. Hotel promising on entry but the room given was not what I paid for. When i asked about changing the room to the upgraded room this reservation covered suddenly the desk clerk didnt understand my english - needless to say no room change occurred
Room was run down and had mold issues.

Great time at this location. It was very comfortable and is in a great location close to a lot of nice things. Only downside was I got sick from eating the ham at the breakfast buffet and it left me throwing up for about half a day. Other than that, everything was pristine. Shoutout to Thiago at the reception for being amazing at his customer service skills

I have been staying at this hotel for few years now Every time i come to São Paulo/Brazil. Friends and families have also stayed here because I recommended it.
it was different, this last visit . The rooms are tired, windows Brocken/falling apart in fact and impossible to have some fresh air coming in , carpete old and nasty. Service is no longer what it used to be. The team couldn’t care less and they didn’t. We won’t be staying here ever again. It had its days. Having a newly decorated reception area won’t do it. They have also removed the Tv package with international channels so all that was left was four local Channel and one being a religion related Chanel. Rude as not everyone has the same god.

Very ridiculous hotel. I was sleeping in my room in the night. Suddenly a man opened my door with a key and entered my room. I don't understand how this would happen. It is totally unacceptable.

Even this happened, I didn't see the hotel manager come to see me. Just a front desk woman called me to downstairs and say sorry to me.

I will never ever to live in this hotel again.

The room was very basic, with no extras or nice touches. Although I stayed two nights, I received no housekeeping service. My complaint about this at checkout was met with a shrug. There was considerable street noise at night at least until midnight. If I had paid less for the room, I would not have minded as much, but the room was expensive. Certainly not worth it to come back after a long workday to an unmade bed and damp towels.

The rooms are very noisy due to thin windows and walls which expose the rooms to heavy street noise, including a few restaurants and bars at ground level. The hotel lobby is also under construction right now and the entrance is complex, which should be disclosed in advance. WiFi doesn’t work well and disconnects regularly. The rooms are basic but clean. Air conditioning was not very strong, towels were thin and scratchy. Very friendly service and staff. Good location. If the price was a bit lower, I would understand.

Check-in was average - I would say staff may need some training to be more friendly and attentive. Room was average to a little old, noisy around the property due to construction. Area is walkable. Jury is still out whether I would stay here again or recommend. I give it a C .

Was in SP for a short solo stay - exploring the city and visiting a friend. This hotel is in an excellent and very safe location - feels like a clean better-brand business hotel in the US. Spa is closed but other services are good - nice breakfast.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Blue Tree Premium Paulista Hotel in September 2024. We visited Sao Paulo to attend the NFL game that took place at Arena Corinthians. Our stay was pleasant and the front desk staff was very friendly and courteous. The manager at the front desk spoke English which made it easier for us to communicate with the other staff members. The hotel was clean and kept up. There are a lot of restaurants and coffee shops that are walking distance so that was a major plus for us.

They were awesome. Everyone was super nice my Portuguese is not so good beyond basic interactions. The bartenders, the door guys, front desk they folks in the restaurant for breakfast Higor & Sandro. I checked in for one night and ended up rebooking everyday. I’ve stayed in places that cost way more and got much less in terms of service and personality. Was sad to check out today.

Big comfortable rooms, flexible late checkout policy. Nice location. One downside is the 'spa'. It's a small space that is operated independently of the hotel, so hotel staff couldn't give us any information, and the spa wouldn't answer the phone. We had to make several in person visits to contact a staff person, and were in the end unable to arrange a massage. The sauna is inside the spa, but operated by the hotel, so the spa people cant turn it on. Another big problem: I left my credit card in the room when we checked out, and have called the hotel about it, without success. One person said they had it, another said she wasn't aware of it and would check it out, and no one ever got back to me.

It was not our first stay here but this time we had some problems. Rooms was not the one we booked and paid for. We were given an inferior room and it took over a day fo the reception to have this problem resolved. They were not helpful. The hotel is located near the Avenida Paulista, good location for us... lovely breakfast and all... it is a practical place to stay ... I will start there again but hopefully we will get what we paid for upon arrival

The staff was amazing! They were friendly and understanding. I ended up extending my stay for an extra night and everything was smooth. From check-in to check-out, everything was easy and convenient. Location, location, location! This hotel is ~2 min walk to Avenida Paulista, where you could find restaurants, bars, shopping, banks, etc. (you name it). I think I will prioritize staying here next time I’m in São Paulo.

The rooms in general are a bit outdated and can use a refresh. A great way to start is by replacing all the bathroom towels with brand new ones. At the same time, this hotel's location is hard to beat. You are staying in a lovely area that is one block away from Avenida Paulista. Above everything else, the best thing about this property is its team of caring professionals. If you are looking for attentive service, this is the place to stay. A big THANK YOU to Juliana at the front desk for making our Blue Tree Paulista experience a wonderful one.

Estava muito frio em São Paulo!! O aquecimento do quarto não funcionava de jeito nenhum… tirando o frio que passei no quarto e o não funcionamento do aquecimento que deixou muito a desejar… o resto foi um excelente atendimento de 0 a 10 dou nota 6… se o aquecimento funcionasse seria 9,5… no contexto geral é um bom Hotel e bem localizado.

Sábanas más pequeñas que el tamaño de la cama. No las cambiaron en una semana pese a que lo solicité. Cuando pedí unas más grandes me trajeron una frazada extra… un día me dejaron todas las toallas mojadas sobre la mesa. Tuve que solicitar varias veces que me hicieran habitación pues a veces llegaba cerca de las 1 pm y no estaba hecha.

Aire acondicionado ruidoso. Ventanas sin aislación que dificultaban dormir, desde piso 6 se escuchaba toda la noche los autos y motos.

Piscina techada no es climatizada, es fría (lo escogimos pensando tenía buena temperatura para nadar con mi hijo todos los días ahí pero estaba congelada).

El personal de hotel no habla español y solo inglés básico. Pedí que llamaran transfer que tenía número para que hablaran en portugués con el y me respondieron “ya intentaste tu misma enviarle whats app?”

Pedí habitación al lado con mi papá y primer día estaba en otro piso, luego en el mismo más lejos, pero no consideran ni se fijan en solicitudes.

Los menús de niños tienen carne o pollo salteado muy duro y quemado, no pudo comerlo.

Solo rescató que dos adultos mayores que atieden en restaurant, Sergio y un chileno, fueron los más amables con nosotros.
