This is really a budget option. Except extra charges for everything but filtered water. It is good location. But the rooms are tiny and don't expect every light to work. It was safe and the staff were pleasant. Just no frills.
Esther
Zona tranquila.
RONALD
Here’s a professional but clearly negative review you could use:
Unfortunately, my experience at this property was disappointing. The room was not as clean as expected, and the overall maintenance of the hotel seemed below standard. The staff was very responsive when issues were raised.
The breakfast options were limited.
The location may work for some travellers, but overall the service and quality did not meet expectations. I hope improvements are made in the future.

The room was so tiny. There wasn’t any shampoo or those stuff

This particular location is perfection!
William
As expected, the hotel is super basic ( which is totally fine) and I would stay again. But what isn’t acceptable, is the reception staff attitude. Super unfriendly, slightly rude very unkind. For that reason, I will never comeback to it. It’s way better and cheaper and Ito rent an apartment nearby rather than pay more for people that’s is clearly not happy in what they are doing.
Thiago
Extremely small room.
Frederik
Nice and clean room
Pierre
Good service in general I appreciated staying there ...staff and cleanliness quite ok ...no photos sorry
Paulo
Rooms looking old and needs upgrade. Towels clearly old and heavy used. Bathroom mirror dirty from last tenant. Hotel under modifications and extremely noisy.
gustavo
Very cheap, but too resumed, either way is honest proposal, you get enough for what you pay.
Evan
Very good property. Compact rooms but space is used wisely and the hotel is very well run. Good breakfast too
Daniel
Great location!!
The hotel is very well located, close to Rua Augusta and Avenida Paulista. There’s an infinity of restaurants, bars, clubs, grocery stores and shopping within walking distance. The room is small but cozy and my room had a full bed and a twin bunk. The AC works well, the water is hot and the toilet is enclosed with its own door to allow for privacy. We parked at the hotel and it was pretty reasonable and very convenient. The hotel is very clean overall. I’ll be coming back for sure.
Gildo
Small apartment at a high price. It is not a hotel; it’s more like a hostel.
Mikhail
You get what you pay for
There were construction works going during my visit. Staff was helpful but hotel itself is worn and noisy.
Derrick
Great bed, clean and comfortable. Painfully long wait for check in.
Cassandra
Good stay. Cafe food excellent. Close to shopping.
Jayme
The windows block a lot of noise from the avenue down below, and the inside of the hotel is also considerably quiet. The lack of hairdryer was unexpected though.
Bruna
dirty towels and sheets, terrible
Michael
When, during checkin you are told ‘Oh we don’t have any nice rooms left.’ It’s a sign. It was cheap and convenient. So maybe one can’t expect too much.

Heloisa
Comida boa
Claudia
Edredons não estavam limpos. As toalhas e edredons solicitados não estavam ensacados.
Karla Rafaella
Tudo perfeito.

Senti frio todas as noites.

Hotel econômico, instalações com localização excelente, acomodação simples, básica. Não possui frigobar no quarto.
Jean Francesco
limpeza do quarto e ambiente, restaurante acessível
Marcela
A limpeza do quarto deixou bastante a desejar.

No geral, a experiência não me agradou.

Enfim, nada a reclamar.
Silmara
Caroline

Adilson
