This property is not a four-star hotel. It is closer to two stars maybe three. It was very safe and they were very kind at the front desk. But we did not have our room serviced once while we were there for three days. Overall, we stayed for the duration of our visit, but was very disappointed that the photos were very filtered and brightened. The hotel itself is much darker and felt very isolated. We may be saw three or four other guests the entire time we were there.

The worst experience, unfriendly, unhelpful stuff. I had a business meetings next day and needed to iron few things. The hotel did not have iron! They offered to iron for me at $5 per piece!!! This is unacceptable. The guy at the reception just said that they can't help me.
The first impression of the room was good until you see cockroaches...everywhere... in the closet, bathroom, everywhere. The toilet was not working, it was not flashing. Breakfast: only fruits were ok to eat, the rest was not eatable.

Can't find a better location in São Paulo. Right across the street from Center 3 for convenient shopping and eating. Short walk to stations of two of the major Metro lines. A block from the corner of Paulista and Augusta. Comfortable suite, but could have more kitchen stuff (wine glasses, expresso machine). Need a combination lock for the safe, instead of the antiquated key-lock system. Decent breakfast

Very nice place to visit and come back
The hotel is really nice, almost on avenida paulista, in a shopping area. Its breaksfast has plenty of fruits, cakes and drinks. There's also two or three hot meals, even though I did not try them because it was summer. The hotel has a gym and a medium size pool at the top. One thing that can be improved is the air. There's only one air conditioner in each apartment enough for the bedroom but there's still the living room and the bathroom . It was hot there. Also the hotel dining room did not have air conditioner. Overall, people from the hotel were really nice and helpful, I phone the concierge because I needed something and the problem was solved almost instantly.
Avenida Paulista is a real shopping area even though its surroundings are pretty dangerous in a sense that I was afraid of visiting some local attractions because you really feel unsafe. You have to be aware all the time.

Good hotel behind Paulista street which is one of the main streets, shopping areas. Don't be discouraged by location upon arrival as it appears seedy, but you'll soon find out it's quite good. Hotel is getting old but rooms are good and comfortable.

They have one English speaker at desk who was helpful. As a first time traveler I did not understand the bathroom setup. I would recommend looking up online the differences in toilets and how to use in Brazil if its your first time. There is a shopping mall across the street with movie theater and food court. I laughed when I saw a KFC and then went and got more local food. Taxi cabs were plentiful on the main street one block away, but none of them had heard of the hotel so make sure you bring the address with you when you leave.

We've been a couple of times in this hotel years ago. The rooms are better now with the hardwood floors, the bathroom is really big and the breakfast is very good,

O hotel é muito bom mas quanto a identificação e registro do hóspede, o sistema não conseguiu realizar o registro da minha face e não pude entrar. Foi um pouco constrangedor. Acredito que a funcionária, no check in, não estava treinada o suficiente para resolver este problema. O que persistiu em toda a nossa estadia.

Imponente, quartos grandes com cama aconchegante mas ao mesmo tempo com itens um pouco desfasados e que nem funcionam. Ao chegar pra fazer login, o sistema tinha tido algum problema o que acabou me atrasando. Também não pude aproveitar o café da manhã do primeiro dia já que só conseguiram verificar minha reserva 2 minutos após o encerramento do cafe (mesmo tendo sido culpa deles a demora). No dia seguinte, fui pro café e não tinha mais vários itens como ovo mexido.

Pontos Excelentes: a localização do hotel e o restaurante do próprio hotel, o HARRY'S, que tem uma excelente cozinha para almoço e jantar. Comemos um frango empanado com arroz de abacaxi maravilhoso! Gostaria que o restaurante tivesse uma iluminação mais intimista para o café da manhã.

Inicio destacando o quão antipático e nada receptivo foi o atendente do check-in. Com relação às instalações, precisa urgentemente de manutenção no banheiro, sujo e com mofo por toda parte. Além disso, não é um hotel, é um flat. Só mesmo a localização é um ponto positivo a destacar.

Razoável. A localização é excelente, a cama super confortável e os funcionários cordiais (exceto a gerente do restaurante). Todavia, escuta-se todo tipo de barulho, desde a descarga dos quartos vizinhos até as obras do entorno. Parecia que era dentro do quarto e ocorriam a qualquer hora do dia ou da noite.

Tive a infeliz surpresa de encontrar o hotel em obras, com acesso pela lateral e com o sério problema de estar com apenas um elevador funcionando para todo o prédio de pelo menos 18 andares. Um problema que já existia com dois elevadores, que são insuficientes para atender a demanda do hotel.

O hotel tem prós e contras. A localização é boa, do lado da Paulista, perto de restaurantes, bares, padarias, farmácias, shoppings, etc. Dá pra ir tudo a pé. Porém, o barulho de noite é grande pois tem movimentações de caminhões carregando/descarregando, então pode atrapalhar alguns a dormir, mas não foi o meu caso. O café é bom, muito bem servido e com espaço amplo. Atendimento dos funcionários varia, alguns são simpáticos e outros nem tanto. Piscina e academia não deu tempo de utilizar, mas fomos até o último andar pra conhecer e são bem legais, além da vista panorâmica show que se tem de São Paulo. O maior pesar que achei é o quarto. Por ser com um molde antigo, o espaço é muito bom, com sala separada do quarto e banheiro, uma sacada pra rua e uma mini-cozinha com frigobar ao lado da sala. Contudo, de fato o hotel precisa de algumas reformas. No nosso banheiro a torneira da pia faz um barulho absurdo quando abre, o escoamento da pia estava ruim (entupido), e o chuveiro está junto da banheira, tem que ficar de pé dentro da banheira pra tomar banho, é um pouco incômodo pros padrões atuais, creio que não é necessária aquela banheira ali. Também se vê portas e gavetas desgastadas e velhas. E a iluminação do quarto é um pouco ruim, luzes fracas. No geral, minha estadia foi boa em alguns pontos e regular em outros. O hotel não é ruim, mas pode melhoras em alguns quesitos.

Simpatia parece não ser um forte do o hotel quando o assunto se refere à recepção. O senhor chefe da recepção, uma pessoa sisuda e seca. Um bom dia ou boa tarde não consegui retirar daquele que seria o cartão de visitas do hotel, a não ser que tenha falado entre dentes de forma tão baixa que se tornou inaudível para quem passava pela recepção. Qualquer solicitação, por mais simples que fosse, parecia incomodá-lo profundamente. Isso ocorreu duas vezes, uma quando esqueci a chave no apartamento e a segunda quando verifiquei com ele a possibilidade de um late check out, ele me concedeu, parece que muito a contragosto, 60 minutos...

Estive esse fim de semana no Hotel Massis Five Stars em SP e passei por uma situação complicada. Trocaram meu óculos de sol que estava dentro da mala por um falsificado. Só fui perceber quando parei para abastecer. Entrei em contato com o hotel e eles não me deram suporte nenhum. Não recomendo aos meus seguidores esse hotel. Precisamos saber em quem podemos confiar hoje em dia!!!

El hotel se encuentra en una muy buena ubicación, a una cuadra de la Av. Paulista. La atención y amabilidad del personal siempre dispuestos ayudar. las instalaciones son muy buenas, pero algo que da mala presencia son los tapetes de los corredores que están muy manchados y viejos. El hotel tiene aparcamiento gratuito. El desayuno esta bien pero falta un poco de variedad. El tamaño de las habitaciones son grandes, tienen una sala de estar y un pequeño espacio con cocineta. La conexión wifi en muy buena, cada habitación cuenta con un moden de buena velocidad.

A única queixa diz respeito à limpeza do quarto: poderia ser melhor. No domingo que passamos lá, dia em que muitas pessoas acordam mais tarde, o serviço de quarto não foi feito, apesar de termos sinalizado nesse sentido, E olha que saímos do quarto antes das 14h. No mais, foi uma estadia muito boa e pretendemos repetir a hospedagem na próxima ida a S,Paulo.

A localização é muito boa, mas fiquei decepcionado pelas manchas no tecido das cadeiras, sofá e qualidade do material de cama (lençóis antigos e que pareciam não ter sido limpos adequadamente). Tanto que usei a minha própria fronha e lençóis que, por sorte, estavam no carro de uma viagem anterior.
