My experience at Rosewood São Paulo was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. We truly felt safe and at home the entire time - which is priceless when traveling.

Highlights:
1. Service: World-class. Every staff member anticipated our needs before we even asked.
2. Safety & Care: A special shoutout to Tatiana, our hotel taxi driver. She was an absolute angel - incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our safety. She waited for us and made sure we were secure at all times. Rosewood, please treasure her!
3. 24/7 Restaurant: The fact that the restaurant is open 24/7 was a huge plus. Late night or early morning, quality food was always available.
4. Rooms & Bathrooms: Spacious, luxurious, and impeccably designed. The bathrooms are some of the most generous I've seen in any hotel worldwide.

I super recommend Rosewood São Paulo to anyone visiting. It's not just a hotel, it's an experience. We will definitely be back.

I was truly impressed by this incredible hotel. I’m a big fan of Rosewood São Paulo, from the stunning imported trees from the Amazon rainforest to the unique details thoughtfully placed in every corner of the property. What really made the experience exceptional, though, was the amazing staff, who go above and beyond to ensure every aspect of your stay is perfect.

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at, and I stay at many Four Seasons etc. Beautiful rooms and excellent food. Very nice spa facilities. Did not feel over crowded.
I did have a short stay so I could not say if location wise it was well located, I pretty much stayed in the resort the 2 days I was here.

This property is unreal-- the most gorgeous space with every detail intentional, beautiful and full of depth. The service was exceptional and we were very well taken care of with every need anticipated. The room was exquisite with a beautiful bar, spacious bedroom and living space and modern. Bed incredible. The spa and gym were insane and the rooftop patio and bar offered such incredible views. This is one of the most exceptional hotels and is a must when visiting São Paulo.

This hotel is very classy! Starting with the check-in. The food is next level and if you chose the \"the breakfast as included\" ootion, you will not be disappointed. I will have been to 21 countries this year and the small details in the room are first class. One of the first things i do when checking into a room is trying to figure out the light switches. Some hotels drive me crazy. This hotel is the best.They have toggle switches that are very easy to navigate and so convenient. They also have a box full of adapters for your electrical needs. This was also a first. The cleanliness of the room is impeccable and they also offer a turn down service at anytime. Black out drapes and shades are automated with bedside toggle switches. It almost sounds like I am affiliated 😊 but I am not. My experience with luxury hotels is vast, having stayed in 30 to 40 this year alone. The room and amenities are in the top 3 with Okada in Manila and Marina Bay Sands in Singapore probably being #1 All in all my one word description of this hotel is \"CLASSY\"

We recently stayed at the Rosewood São Paulo for the second time, and once again, the experience reminded us why we love this hotel so much.

Our first stay was absolutely flawless—everything from the room to the service was impeccable. On our second visit, we encountered a few hiccups at the beginning, but what truly impressed us was how the situation was handled. Natalia, the manager, and her team went above and beyond to ensure everything was corrected promptly.

Not only did she take care of every detail with genuine care and professionalism, but she also made sure that both us and our guests felt incredibly welcomed and valued. Thanks to her, the rest of our stay was nothing short of exceptional.

Rosewood São Paulo continues to be our favorite place to stay in the city and one of our favorites in the world. We will definitely be coming back!

My wife and i have stayed in all the nicest in SP and Rosewood tops them all! Best service, amazing facilities, and great Restaurants. We happen to be at Rosewood for the Easter brunch(amazing), and they got us a table even thought fully booked. Truly a 6 star hotel.

At least in our experience, I cannot pinpoint one flaw about the service, amenities, beauty and lux of this hotel. It provides so many difference experiences among the several different restaurants and two pools. Make sure to book a hotel tour on your first day with Priscilla Chien and make your stay extra special. We can wait to go back!

The stay here for 2 nights was absolutely amazing. The staff is so professional, very friendly, they have a personal trainer 24 hours available in the gym and even fruit to eat after a work out. Every detail inside the hotel room is carefully put together and the craftsmanship is excellent. I would 10/10 recommend a stay here and it’s worth every dollar you pay.

The hotel is an absolute delight. We stayed in a wonderfully designed and decorated room. The amenities are top-notch, and the breakfast is delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly. However, I felt the hotel was somewhat overused. The other buildings and clubs, like Soho House on the premises, share the same services as the hotel. The restaurants are popular with business people, and the gym and pools are lovely but crowded with other visitors. This made me feel less valued as a guest. Given the cost per night, this was a bit disappointing.

Five stars aren’t enough for this amazing hotel! It’s now my favorite hotel in the world! So much personality, done to perfection with art on the walls, musical instruments as interactive decoration, and fascinating books in every possible space. Whoever did the creative direction is a genius. Try all the restaurants and the hidden jazz bar, oh, and the terrace restaurant. My only wish would be more vegan options, but it’s is still well above the local average in that area too. Thanks to the amazing team who took such great care of us!

This has to be the best hotel in SP. I had them pick me up from the airport this time and they brought the 2023 Range Rover! Pulling into the hotel is like pulling into a private land in asap that no one can see. You travel through a wooded entrance into an amazing and beautiful resort.

My only recommendation is that if you use Iner like me you should walk to the front of the car entrance to call because most can’t find their way in.

The hotel is beautiful, but every night the lights in the room kept coming on at random times while we were sleeping. Hard to enjoy a hotel stay when you’re exhausted. When I reported it to the front desk, they were not helpful at all.
