The hotel staff is amazing — incredibly attentive, friendly, and quick to help with anything you need. From the reception to the breakfast team, everyone was exceptionally welcoming. The rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is fantastic — a true Brazilian spread with plenty of delicious options! The location is also excellent. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in São Paulo!

Pros: excellent location close to shops and markets (Carrefour supermarket is 2 blocks away), Paulista avenue, metrô station. The room was large and well appointed. The top floor gym and spa with a heated small pool was also very nice. Breakfast had good variety and an omelet station in a glassed in restaurant in the back of the property.
Cons: the noise! I was on the 6th floor and it was impossible to sleep. The room has zero soundproofing due to large glass doors that seal nothing. The street is busy at all hours with traffic and even with ear plugs it was impossible to get any sleep.

The room was not soundproofed, and the street is very busy - the cars and motorcycles were super loud in the night, it was very hard to sleep. The first room we got here was horrible. Dark and not too clean, shower head wasn't working and it was a bad smell in the room. They changed our room the next day and it was much better. But the rooms in general are looking old. The water smell bad that you can smell it when you're brushing your teeth or taking shower. But the lobby and breakfast area looks nice and clean. Hotel is in a good location.

I've stayed at the Estanplaza Paulista a few times now. I really love their breakfast in the outdoor garden, it's so peaceful you wouldn't know you're right by Paulista Ave. The hotel is well located, with shopping and restaurants nearby. Jose the concierge makes all the difference, he always remembers me and goes out of his way to help.

The location is perfect! It was our 2nd stay so we knew what to expect from this hotel. Room has a good size and is clean. Breakfast served in the tropical terrace is very good. The only big downside is the poor communication in English with the staff (including the reception lady when we checked in) but this is a general (and big) issue for English speaking tourists in Brazil.

Hotel está em obras! Não consegui trabalhar pois tinha barulho de furadeira no andar de cima! Recepcao com trabalhos em gesso e pintura, muito pó, cadeiras do ambiente café da manhã sujas de gesso/muito pó! Deveriam avisar antes do checkup que estão em obras pra pelo menos os clientes saberem o que vão encontrar… mas o medo de perder faturamento faz com que percam clientes!!!

A recepção não deu atenção aos problemas que relatei (pela manhã) existirem no quarto, ou seja, a água do chuveiro não esquentava e o ralo estava entupido. No final do dia o resultado não poderia ser outro: alagou o banheiro e o quarto. Fui transferido para outro quarto com forte odor de cigarro, o que tornava impossível a permanência naquele local, Troquei mais uma vez de quarto; fui alocado no 1o andar onde não dispunha de conforto em função do barulho na rua. Finalmente, fui transferido para outro andar, 14o, onde terminei a estadia. Por esse roteiro, a avaliação está bem adequada.
