You need to know
- Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information.

The property is a Little old.

Very nice staff
Donald
Staff was nice. Great location.
Camilo
Premises are outdated, however my stay was good.
Joao
the window did not close properly
Golnoosh
Great staff, location and great room!
Vanessia
The breakfast was great. Staff was amazing even though there was a language barrier we managed well. Location, easy walk to quite a few attractions and restaurants.

Good but could be better
The hotel was conveniently located, but very outdated. It’s on a busy street and the windows are not well insulated, so if you want a quiet evening, it’s not ideal.
Not many people speak English, which was a shame, but not a deal breaker. Service and breakfast was very good.

The hotel staff is amazing — incredibly attentive, friendly, and quick to help with anything you need. From the reception to the breakfast team, everyone was exceptionally welcoming. The rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is fantastic — a true Brazilian spread with plenty of delicious options! The location is also excellent. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in São Paulo!
Edison
Great place! Staff was very nice all the time. Apartment was clean and cozy. Less than 2 blocks from Paulista avenue and subwaystation. Excelent location. This is a keeper. I will be back for sure.

All staff are polite, professional and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and generous. Room is spacious. There is some construction at this moment around the hotel, but that's not their fault. Excellent central location. I will return.
Fiorella

Very convenient location in SP. The staff and common areas are nice. The breakfast doesn't have a lot of selection and the Wi-Fi was spotty at times.
ANNABEL
I was there for a very short period of time. Actually my first time to Brazil. And I find everybody was accommodating, courteous, and very polite. My Portuguese does not exist but everybody had the patience to assist me. I thought the staff was very kind.
JOSE
Great location. Good service. Nice breakfast.
Julio
the room was really bad conditions, bed and shower looks like 30 years ago, bad function, wow it was a very bad experience

Great value and location
Fernanda
The staff was super nice, but the building and installations were outdated. Needs a bit of an overhaul. I love the location, very convenient. Breakfast was good but coffee was not good at all.
Joyce

MARK
Great staff, comfortable rooms and great breakfast. Excellent location for a few days in Sao Paulo.
Rodrigo
Very nice place! Close to everything!
Paul
Large rooms with sofa and balcony, slightly dated but comfortable. Breakfast was good. Location 10 minutes from Paulista. Noise from construction next door was quite bad
Stephen
I've stayed at the EP for 20 years and facilities could use an update. Staff and management pleasant and efficient and a great country breakfast and location
Gustavo
Pros: excellent location close to shops and markets (Carrefour supermarket is 2 blocks away), Paulista avenue, metrô station. The room was large and well appointed. The top floor gym and spa with a heated small pool was also very nice. Breakfast had good variety and an omelet station in a glassed in restaurant in the back of the property.
Cons: the noise! I was on the 6th floor and it was impossible to sleep. The room has zero soundproofing due to large glass doors that seal nothing. The street is busy at all hours with traffic and even with ear plugs it was impossible to get any sleep.

The breakfast is good. The furniture is old. The TV didn’t work well and the service was no good.
The location is great.

It looks better in the pictures
Bathroom was not clean. Walls of the shower had mold built up, and the glass lots of soap scum. The room was not soundproofed, and the street is very busy - the cars and motorcycles were super loud in the night, it was very hard to sleep. Second night I had to sleep with a noise canceling headphones.
Jacob
where most to stay in São Paulo
The hotel is OLD, not a happy place you want to stay. Bathroom is small
Edward
Perfect location in a great neighborhood. So much to see and eat and buy!
Rafael
Basic hotel, decent breakfast. Couldn't control room temperature, a bit smelly and noisy.
David
Excellent hotel in a great location
kambiz
The first room we got here was horrible. Dark and not too clean, shower head wasn't working and it was a bad smell in the room. They changed our room the next day and it was much better. But the rooms in general are looking old. The water smell bad that you can smell it when you're brushing your teeth or taking shower. But the lobby and breakfast area looks nice and clean. Hotel is in a good location.

Very nice hotel close to a lot of restaurants and stores. I would stay here again.

ANGELICA
Very convenient location, within a short ride from the main parts of SP
Stephen
Thoughtful staff, good locationin Jardins. Not much investment in room amenities and no pool for swimmers

Great Stay
Really friendly and helpful service. Great location with an amazing hotel staff.
Jo
Simple, spacious, and clean. Spent most of the time outside and only stayed in for the night. Excellent value for your money.
Hotel is also nested in a safe part of Sao Paulo (I think? I walked around to and from the hotel even at past 12AM and felt safe), close to Paulista street and to restaurants and bars.

Maria Olinda

A localização é excelente.

Gustavo
Hotel defasado quanto a corredores e quartos.

No volveré

Propaganda enganosa. Hospedagem frustrante e fui embora decepcionada.. :(

Café da manhã muito bom. Muitas frutas e variedades de pão, bolo e outras guloseimas.
O hotel tem uma localização excelente.

O quarto é amplo, limpo e todas as instalações funcionaram bem.
