This hotels does not live up to its rating. Not sure how this place has great reviews.
It starts off with a pharmacy smell when you walk into the lobby. Hallways are damaged and the building is in poor condition. Bathrooms are small and very poor condition. I would not give this place more than a 6/10 or 2 start. Not a 9.0 and 4 star review. I’m addition the breakfast supposed to be excellent. It was very basic, and not very good. Disappointed.

Beautiful property - excellent location and service!
Maria Del Carmen
Rooms were clean but felt a bit outdated. Shower doors were hard to open and girlfriend couldn’t open the doors once inside. Staff was very nice
Evellyn
The hotel stay was overall acceptable, but there are several areas that need improvement. The strongest issue was the very strong smell in the reception area and parts of the building, which caused headaches and made the arrival experience uncomfortable. Check-in and check-out also took much longer than expected, with delays that could be improved for better guest service. The hotel itself feels outdated and could benefit from renovation or modernization. Breakfast was quite basic, and some of the items did not look very fresh, which was disappointing compared to expectations.
Daniel
Had a great stay! Location was perfect; close to many tourist attractions and the park. Was great for running and walking around. Really enjoyed the neighborhood. The pool and breakfast were great as well. Would definitely stay again!

Everything about the hotel was great. Super friendly staff, they let me into my room early after flying overnight, breakfast was included and a great location.
Lee
The lady on reception was very helpful and is a credit to the hotel
Josee
Hotel was as expected. Comfortable and clean room. Staff very polite and helpful. Bathroom a little small to my liking but other than that it was a large room. Close to good restaurants and walking distance to Paulista Avenue Breakfast was included and very decent. I would stay there again.
Patricia
Every thing need to be improved. I was a little disappointed overall

Not the most modern/updated hotel but a great location and staff. The breakfast was very good, too. The only issue was really spotty internet service every day.

The room key also serves as elevator access key. The magnetic strip on tbe key failed on every single occasion I attempted to use it. This is annoying—my workaround was to just take the emergency stairs. It’s doable if you are on floors 3-5 and in decent shape. Breakfast was included and it’s decent.
Emerson
Amazing staff and beautiful hotel. Delicious breakfast and incredible restaurant and bar. Friendly staff such as Fernando, Inácio and Jandi.
I have a guest for years and will certainly return every time I visit São Paulo in Brazil.

Hotel in a central location
This hotel has a nice location and has all needed services for a short trip. Be aware of the elevators because the card reading system is really weird.

Ricardo
Great location near very good restaurants/bars and close to shopping venues. In a complete different subject, had to carefully adjust hot and water every time, otherwise my stay was really pleasant. The staff was attentive and very courteous. I will be back.

Very Good Hotel
Vwry good hotel in a good area. Basic gym. Great Sauna. Nice pool. Average breakfast. Very attentive staff. Special shout out for Luis.
Dimitri
Overall great hotel with a nice location. Big supermarket and shopping mall near by. 10 minutes walk to paulista. Facility and service is great. Breakfast is good but may be too much for more than 2-3 days. Great hotel
Steven
Very centrally located. 10 min walk from carrefour. 10 min drive from Ave Paulista. Ok breakfast. Noce staffs.
Aaron
The food in the restaurant is disgusting. My 6 year old granddaughter could do a better job….
Aaron
Restaurant in hotel is disgusting at best.
Aaron
Hotel was excellent. My one complaint is that the restaurant/room service was very bad. I’m not sure who the chef is but food is almost always overcooked or the dishes are smothered in fats….
ELSA MATILDE
Great location
A 3 Star hotel at great location. Breakfast could be improved a lot.

if you pay with USA credit card for stay will be ripped off because they pay miserable conversion dollar to real. no good for foreigner to stay unless you pay with Brazilian currency
Nilva
This hotel is super clean, great staff and delicious food!!! A wonderful and MARVELOUS breakfast with everything available!!
Robert
A good option in Sao
Located in a nice and popular area of the city, a comfortable stay in decent hotel.
Jean-Pierre
On the plus side, the location is nice (walkable to the museum, cafes etc.), the breakfast is decent (though not outstanding) and the price is reasonable for the area. But there were serious negatives - an unpleasant smell in the corridors, and a tiny bathroom with an uncomfortable shower area, very few bathroom amenities, not enough towels for a double room and the towels were fluffy decades ago but needed to be changed about 10 years before. I have seen much nicer bathrooms in 3 star hotels. This is not a 4 star hotel.
Daniel
Good place

I love to stay here

Great neighborhood surrounded by nice restaurants and shopping. The front desk staff and bellman are always super helpful and pleasant.

Short Stay, but enjoyed the customer zervice and the área where it's located.

Woman that worked the front desk was quite rude. Everyone else was great. The restaurant is terrible. Go just down the street a little for really great food and atmosphere.

The location is good. But the area is dirty. The hotel should arrange at least one staff understand English when has 2 people on the duty.

great location, clean and comfortable rooms!
Always back 2 or 3 times a year since 2019 to this nice and friendly hotel. Thanks to Fernando and all staff for great attention to details. Buffet breakfast has room for improvment. Was quite better before the COVID Pandemia. Will be back in August!
Paul

Mark
Staff was extremely nice and professional. Property was clean and close to all major parts of the city. I would definitely stay there again.
Lance
Amazing location with a delicious breakfast and very spacious rooms. Water pressure in the shower is the best!
The key for the elevator was problematic -- they need to fix that. Other than the elevator key, this place is wonderful.

Great location
Great rooms in size with kitchenette. The housekeeping is a litlle bit on the down size with no attention to deep cleaning and breakfast is quite desappointing after COVID Pandemic. Great location and Nice staff

Quick in, quick out
Old, tired, in need of serious renovation.
Lisa
The highlights included: excellent breakfast with delicious fruit, a very responsive front desk staff, and location (right in between Ipanema and Cococabana).
Areas for improvement: the bed was very worn out and clearly ready for replacement (there were clear indents from years of people sleeping in it), the pool was tiny and not inviting, and the sheets were extremely old and warm down. I recommend that they update beds and sheets.

its a clean executive type of hotel. with nice big rooms, in a great area. A lot of dinning options around. Also very close to shopping mall and grocery store. Decent breakfast and bar. Gym and pool area can be renovated but are ok.
Marcella
I liked my room and staff was very friendly. The location was great. I was only disappointed with breakfast options, it could be more diversified.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful with whatever you needed. For my first time in Brazil it was an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to São Paulo
Ana
Very comfortable and clean
The stay was solid and comfortable. It was just what I was looking for. I had been to Sao Luis previously and not found such a comfortable and central place. View is nice but beach is improper for bathing as is the coast within the city limits.

Safe zone hotel
Very well locate Hotel, in the city center, near everything in a safe zone!

Clean, fairly luxurious with lots of amenities in the room, friendly staff. The fitness room is alright, but the pool is small. The restroom sink was draining very slowly and it was annoying. Overall a pleasant stay.

A/C wasn’t working in the first night. But got fixed after I brought to their attention.
Toilet wasn’t flushing properly. It got fixed after I brought to their attention.
Bed wasn’t re done properly. Looked messy. I left the room and cane back and only half of the trash was taken
