The staff is friendly. Breakfast is good and has variety. I would prefer bigger and spongy pancakes. The chef's chicken specialty is delicious. Yes, that's for breakfast!
My room was super clean, especially the bathroom, and everything within the facilities worked. There is no iron in the room, but if you need one, just request it in reception. They only prepare breakfast boxes in advance and for those leaving before 5 am. Overall, I'm glad that I chose this hotel over other options my colleagues complained about.

Such a great hotel for the price. The location is excellent if you want to walk or take very brief uber rides to the sites. The customer service is notable especially in the restaurant where the service was friendly and exceptional.

The hotel is lovely, all staff were friendly and front desk staff speak Portuguese and English which is excellent. The rooms were a good size, beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good quality. The hotel was in a safe location and not too far of a walk from shopping and subway.

The Novotel SP Jardins is an ordinary hotel, not great, nor terrible, just average. It gets the job done, without anything notable on the positive side. The place is a little run down, but still functional. The breakfast is acceptable, but nothing special. If your needs are basic, the hotel will do fine.

Great Value!

Lovely staff, very helpful every step of the way, including letting me store my bags between checking out and leaving for my flight. Breakfast was delicious and, though I went out for other meals, the offerings looked great as well! The bed was a little stiff and the bathroom door wouldn’t completely shut. I wish softer towels were available. The latter two notes are pretty minor though as I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the location.

Slaviero Essential São Paulo Jardins

Staying at Slaviero Essential São Paulo Jardins was very good. The front desk staff was especially helpful. The area is nice, has plenty of restaurants, and is close to the park. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Note - they will not hold your bags after check out.

This is my home in São Paulo since I discovered it last year. The staff are always willing to assist in any way. The breakfast is amazing and the rooms are very nicely appointed and are quiet and comfortable. The location within the Jardins area is great for walking to restaurants or shopping and is safer than other more active areas of the city.

The hotel location is great, the rooms clean and the staff is awesome. Close to Paulista Avenue and some malls. The breakfast is huge with different kinds of Brazilian snacks, fruits, juices, and a regular continental breakfast. I really enjoyed to stay in here.

Sao Paulo Is a very clean city with many places to visit and enjoy. The weather was fantastic and the Hotel was at the right place of all the amenities and activities of the city. We enjoyed our stay in the city.

A Comfortable Stay.

The staff was friendly from housekeeping to the front desk. The morning breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The only downside was for foreigners who don't speak Portuguese; very little English was spoken and the TV had no international stations in other languages

Good hotel

This hotel was nice. The location is close to restaurants and bakeries. You can walk around with no problems. The hotel has a nice breakfast with lots of varieties. Rooms are clean and spacious. Bathroom is a little small but updated. They just need to put an iron board in the room. Receptionists were nice. Some need to smile more than others. But overall great stay.

Good hotel in good safe location

We had a comfortable 5-night stay at Slaviero Executive Jardins. We had a smooth check in although we arrived at 4am...staff was friendly and spoke decent English. This is more of a business hotel but works great for casual travelers too. The room was large and clean...only comment is that the bathroom had a musty smell as ventilation was not great and water in the shower did not drain well. Breakfast offered a good selection and was satisfying. Location is safe and quiet and within a 20-minute walk of Avenida Paulista. Would stay again.

Decent Hotel with Nice Breakfast.

Decent hotel, what stood out was the breakfast which had a decent spread of hot and cold food as well as pastries - family friendly. Don't expect the Ritz. Building is a bit dated, but the service makes up for it. It's a long walk to Paulista (1km) would have preferred to book something closer but a quick Uber is fine.

Hotel is on the older side and a good value for a 3 star. Breakfast is ok not a lot of selection but was enough. Service is good and they speak English and want to help.

Papel de parede do banheiro com enormes bolhas de ar, pintura precisando ser refeita, ar-condicionado no buffet do café da manhã velho e barulhento. Me senti enganado pagando preço de Novotel e recebendo isso em troca. Travesseiros ruins. A cama supostamente king eram duas camas de solteiro juntas com uma fenda desconfortável no meio.
