I stayed with my son and my sister. It was safe specially because he is a teenager and wanted to explore the city. Close walk to Avenida Paulista/ shopping and restaurants.
The down side the hotel was under renovation lots of dust/ in the morning a horrible smell of eggs during brekfast that was a turn off for me/ cold coffee/ should changed from PilÃo to Tres Corações. The egg smell stayed till night. The kitcken staff not as friendly as people were in Recife, but then again it is Sao Paulo.
The room was extremely small good thing we were travelling with family, it was not comfortable to get dressed in front of a teeneger. The shower had someone’s hair stock on the wall. The towels had blood stain and they were ripped. Not in a million years a hotel in the Jardins should have that. Noisy at night, people talking/ arguments between husband and wife/ no quiet time.
I will not stay at another IBIS Hotel ever again.

I really liked the location, and the room was nice with a great view. However, the staff is generally terrible, almost non of them speak basic English and they are when I asked for a bucket of ice I got a response of “let me check”. The room floor was quite dirty yet the cleaning staff were pleasant and almost always available. We had no internet at the room or even anywhere else in the hotel and the staff were useless for the whole 6 days stay. The hotel is so dirty. The hallways carpet are terribly dirty. The entire hotel smells very bad including the room. The towels are a joke. Check in is very slow. Breakfast is kind ok. Location is good. The price is high and the hotel is terrible.

Localização é maravilhosa, bem centrica a tudo. Estrutura do térreo com restaurantes. O que acho que é o ponto de mais impacto é o quarto em si. Nosso quarto era muito pequeno, acho que quando você vê pelo anúncio, não tem noção exata do que é. Pequeno de uma maneira de que se uma pessoa se movimenta, a outra tem que ficar parada ( era duplo). Tambem deixo de alerta se você tb sofre com lugares fechados, como eu, que não reparei mais o banheiro e chuveiro são em cabines compactas individuais. Então são ambientes muito pequenos e fechados. Por fim, deixo como sugestão um ajuste na roupa de cama, foi o primeiro ibis na vida que fiquei aonde a coberta era uma manta. Mas graças a solicitude dos funcionários, consegui trocar por um lençol.

O check-in é simplesmente péssimo e extremamente demorado. Fiquei quase uma hora na fila, e ainda assim a equipe não conseguia localizar o segundo quarto da minha reserva. Um processo que deveria ser básico virou um transtorno desnecessário.

Outro problema recorrente foi o cartão do quarto, que desmagnetiza o tempo todo. Como o elevador só permite acesso ao seu próprio andar mediante o cartão, quando ele para de funcionar você literalmente fica preso e precisa descer até a recepção para resolver — o que já aconteceu mais de uma vez.

O café da manhã é cobrado à parte e, pelo valor, oferece poucas opções. Não condiz com o que se espera da rede.

Os quartos são minúsculos, algo meio “Japao vibes”, porém sem a funcionalidade inteligente que costuma compensar o tamanho reduzido. Não há armário adequado para malas/roupas, não existe espaço para estender toalhas e a sensação é de aperto constante.

Para completar, o ar-condicionado simplesmente só funciona +- depois das 9h da manhã (o que dá a entender que talvez reduzam o funcionamento quando o hotel está mais vazio).

No geral, foi uma experiência frustrante e não voltaria a me hospedar. Na verdade, pra não dizer apenas coisas ruins, a localização é ótima e é perto de um pequeno shopping. Claustrofobico, amantes de café ou amantes de privacidade: melhor não!

A princípio nos reservaram um quarto horroroso, com banheiro separado (vaso sanitário de um lado e box para banho do outro) Nunca vi isso, ambientes extremamente pequenos, muito mal arrumado.
Fomos reclamar das instalações e nos liberaram um outro quarto, sem frigobar, mas pelo menos o banheiro era razoavelmente bem arrumado.
Nos deram outros travesseiros e conseguimos nos acomodar.
Fui informado pela supervisora do hotel que está modalidade do Ibis são classificadas como econômica. Infelizmente nas fotos disponibilizadas na ocasião da reserva esses detalhes passam desapercebidos, mas achei muito precária a acomodação inicial. Confesso que não voltarei usar este hotel. Não nos atendeu como esperado.
