The room was very comfortable with places to sit and a refrigerator with freezer. Great breakfast buffet. Only one elevator was working which created quite a wait. The swimming pool was out of order. The only place to get ice was on the first floor - all the others were out of order. The staff did keep the lobby area and hallways clean.

The pool was out of order no working ice machines only one light out side there had 6 lights in the parking lot none working. Had to ask of room service we were there 5 nights and then only got trash out and clean towels.Said it was smoke free the weed was bad on Sat night.

When we arrived we were told the indoor pool was closed and only one elevator was working. In our room we found the hide-a-bed frame was rusted and there was rust stains all over the mattress. Over our 4 night stay room service never cleaned our room or refreshed anything. One of the exterior entrances had a broken key card reader and was left unlocked all the time, which meant anyone could come into the hotel at any time. On the last day the hot water did not work at all and we were unable to take showers.

Pool was closed. Maybe when I booked the room I could’ve been told. Or a email before I checked in.
Booked for three nights. The first two I had no TV. Signal kept going out every half hour or so and it stayed out for 10-15 minutes. Happened like four times each night.
Also please tell housekeeping there are cow webs on the ceiling of 316

We were told the pool was having maintenance performed and we could not use it. The pool was the number 1 must haves on our list of amenities and it should have been listed as non-working or that there was no pool at all. The continental breakfast was ok. The staff were nice. The lemon water is a very nice touch, nice and cool drink after a very long road trip!! The room could have been cleaner. The facility smelled like feet, the carpets need to be sanitized and professionally cleaned it will help eliminate the odor in the hotel. I didn't get the amenity, the use of the pool, that I paid for.

Rooming with two kids and the tv was out of order and so was the pool. Booked this location for the pool amenity. When I spoke to the front desk about the pool being closed they gave me an attitude and stated it’s on the website. I booked my stay from Expedia not the hotel website. Very disappointed.

The room was nice and clean and the staff that checked us in was very nice and professional. We reserved a room for 6 people including 4 kids. We booked this hotel specifically for the pool, but found out at check in that the pool is closed until at least next week. The Expedia website led us to believe we would have access to a pool and does say anything about it being closed. We also weren't thrilled that there were no pillows available for the pull out sofa bed. We asked the gentleman at the front desk, but he said he could not give us additional pillows and that there is a specific number of pillows in each room. The breakfast was good, so that was a plus!

I booked here specifically because there was supposed to be an indoor pool, but we found out when we got there that it was closed.

Then we got to the room and there was a plunger sitting outside the door, the ice machine didn’t work on the 4th floor, there was a really long hair on the beat-up looking sheet that covered the comforter, and the comforter was very thin and not very warm at all.
Staff was nice enough but it all just felt very run-down.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. However, the room was loud and I could hear doors closing and people walking in the hall. The decor was aging. The pool was closed. The television in the exercise room would not turn on nor would one of the treadmills. The other treadmill worked but you could only run at speeds that ended in 0 (6.0 or 7.0 but not 7.4). Breakfast was fair.

Site didn’t mention pool was down. Found out upon check in. Tried to call to confirm reservation and ask about pool in advance no answer. Phone answer system needs immediate attention. Hotel entry door was old. The whole decor of hotel is outdated. Hotel had bad odor. Room was not cleaned properly. Walked into room with a red straw on floor from previous guests as well as other things. White Duvet had old urine stains. Door was off hinge could see outside of room in space from this. Amenities in room were bad. No coffee pot. Shower took forever to get hot. I felt like I was more at a rest stop motel than nice hotel in lovely area. Would not recommend.

Cleanliness was up to part! Customer service could use some help. I was treated as a burden when I was checking in. Front desk clerk was on his cell phone watching a video. I had to say “ Excuse me to get his attention “ That’s after a minute of standing there. Then he took a call. I stood there another minute. I went to enter my room & the key did not work. That was my sign to go to another hotel. I was too tired to fight for a refund. Parking lot smelled of cigarettes and there was dog poop everywhere.

After check-in was complete host tells us the indoor pool was closed for \"seasonal cleaning\". Not advertised on website, not advertised as you enter the doors. This should be know ahead of time as some people, like myself, booked an indoor pool to keep the kids occupied! This was the start of a horrible experience. There was a weird smell throughout the entire hotel and things were bit outdated! We get to our floor and notice our door was open, no room attendant or anything, just left open. Door does not latch well when closing. The light at the doorway was horrible and too dimmed. Lights throughout the room were unplugged and we had to figure out where the outlets were. As we were moving the nightstand and bed to find outlets, we discovered trash underneath the bed. Just overall terrible experience at this hotel. Breakfast hot food was watery eggs, waffles and sausage. Had rotten bananas out. Only water, orange juice, milk, and coffee. Apple juice was out and thats the preference the kids have for breakfast. Luckily we were there only for 1 day. But never again booking this place when we're back in town.

First floor room had chlorine and sewer smell. No pillows for the sofa bed. Were not provided on request due to policy. Sofa bed is very uncomfortable. Pillows on beds were half the size of a regular queen bed pillow. Very noisy. Furniture was being moved at 10:30 pm and then again continuously starting 5:30 am. So loud that even kids couldn’t sleep. Breakfast was very limited, cold, eggs were terrible. Not a pleasant experience overall.

I believe this hotel can improve everything…. Mostly cleanness. The gym área was unusable due to the horrible smell. When I took it to the attention of the front desk they said it was Clorox ..kkkkk… Clorox, although unpleasant to some people, smells clean. Definitely the front desk person want willing to address my concerns.

The room I stayed at, #512, was less than clean. Actually, while playing with my dog on the floor I found a crock sandal and an earring under the bed. I don’t know for how long it has been there and I am sure it wasn’t mine.

I got to the hotel before 6:00 pm and, at the entrance door, there was mud, water and dry leaves that continued there until 8:00 am the next day.

I was very disappointed with my stay. When I opened the refrigerator, I found a bitten apple that looked like it had been there for weeks. The corridor had a strong chlorine smell, and the gym had a stale, stuffy odor. After seeing the pool room, I didn’t even want to use it. The worst part was at night: a minute after we turned the lights off, a large outdoor cockroach landed on my daughter’s leg. We were screaming and jumping, and eventually found it and killed it. It was disgusting, and we were honestly afraid to sleep after that. I will not be coming back to this hotel.

The hotel is out to date, some of the towels had stains, the the floor hall smelled bad, desk chair (leather broke). I don't even try the breakfast. I didn't wanted to risk.
The positive is the location. it's very close to the event wanted to attend, Koko Amphitheater. Vey close to restaurants and shopping centers.

Hotel needs a good cleaning. Curtains in room were yellowed and stain3d. The duvet had what appeated to be a cigarette burn in it, the shower curtain had mildew on it and the towels were yellow and stained. And there was a dirty sheet on the sofa bed.

No fresh fruit available on the first morning
Dangerous condition in the bathtub - slippery with no tub adhesive mat. The drain did not work properly and there was 3 inches of standing water in the tub after a short shower. I consequently slipped in the tub and landed hard on my jaw and side. I was fortunate to only chip my jaw bone, but could have easily knocked out teeth, broken my jaw more severely, or hit my head and fractured my skull. All tubs should be inspected and repaired for clogged drains and have non-slip mats installed for safety.

My room was filthy when I arrived at 11pm at night. Everything in the room was covered in dog hair. There was dog food scattered around the floor. It reeked of dog urine and old cigarette smoke. The smell hit you soon as you opened the door it was disgusting. I left out immediately and asked for a clean from and was told no I could leave and get a refund so I did. The nasty attitude/ responses along with the nasty room was too much.

Floors in common areas were dirty and needed to be vacuumed. There were cockroaches all in the bathroom. We kept the lights on all night to keep them away. I went to the front counter twice to try to see if someone could spray or something but no one was at the desk. I would have hoped for the price and the area we stayed it would have been cleaner.

Stayed there because we had 3 kids with us and they had a pool. Pool water was cold and no dry towels to dry off with (there was a towel floating in the pool). Had to go ask for towels. Some towels in the room were stained and very worn (should have been thrown out) Some sheets were stained as well. Dirty sheet on the sofa bed and no pillows. Asked for a few pillows and were denied. He said the bed had enough pillows to accomodate.
