I stayed this hotel for one night, this hotel gives me very good impression, the front desk staffs Rafael and Ruan and the other two who can speak English are extremely nice and friendly, some of the front desk can speak very good English and they would like to help at all time. Also the luggage guys are very nice too. They just doing their best to carry the luggages in and out, a boy sent me to the taxi all the way out. Very good people.

Tive uma experiência mediana no hotel. Alguns funcionários foram gentis, enquanto outros não muito prestativos. Por e-mail fui informada que o hotel tinha um transformador para emprestar, mas chegando lá fui informada que precisava de reserva prévia e o dispositivo estava sendo ocupado por outro hóspede e isso acabou me causando grande transtorno. A água do chuveiro demorava a esquentar. Um dos colchões estava com buraco e o banheiro malcheiroso em uma das noites. Do restante, o hotel tem um bom ambiente e localização. O café da manhã é ótimo e a recepção agradável.
