Those rooms have a major problem. The windows are so fragile the noise and the cold temperature cross . The bathroom windows make you fell extremely uncomfortable.

Good value for a basic hotel stay. Not the best surroundings but a short walk or taxi ride from nice bars and restaurants. No site amenities (no bar, no restaurant, no iron for corned.)

My first impression on check-in was that this was a low-budget hotel of the desk-clerk-is-the-security-guard variety. It wasn't a bad hotel as such, just that I got the impression you could do better for your money. Forget about Safe Deposit, they hum and har and basically you're on your own in a high crime-rate city. Pay a bit more (like $100NZ per night) elsewhere and write off the extra expense as financial and personal insurance. You might be glad you did.

A localização é boa porém os redor do hotel achamos um pouco perigoso. Inclusive os bares ao redor pode atrapalhar quem tem dificuldade para dormir, que não é nosso caso. Deixo aqui uma sugestão para o hotel de fazer um convênio com algum estacionamento próximo. É incômodo ficar procurando estacionamento. Ótimo para quem vai só utilizar aplicativo.

Resolvemos ficar nesse Hotel por não ter encontrado outro mais próximo do nosso compromisso. Porém já na segunda noite ao chegarmos por volta das 19:30h estava chovendo bastante, e simplesmente a porta da frente estava trancada, e a única pessoa que estava trabalhando na recepção não estava na portaria para abrir, tocamos várias vezes o interfone e após uns 10 min Ele veio abrir, e nós já estávamos ensopadas por conta da chuva. Ao chegar no nosso quarto tinha água por todo lado, goteiras no banheiro, corredor de entrada e tbm dentro do quarto. Pedimos para mudar de quarto, daí nos colocaram num quarto de frente para rua, um barulho infernal a noite toda, carros, buzinas, apito,foram 2 noites mal dormidas e mto estressante. Café da manhã fraco considerando os outros hotéis que já fiquei. Não recomendo esse hotel. Com certeza foi nossa primeira e última estadia. Uma pena não termos tirado fotos, ficamos tão nervosas, com tudo que ocorreu que nem lembramos de registrar. Se não bastasse a noite só fica um funcionário na recepção do hotel, e nesse dia da chuva, tinha um rapaz vendendo cactos, e funcionário colocou este cara para secar a água da chuva. Achamos aquilo surreal!

Não consegui dormir nos dois dias em que tive a infelicidade de reservar esse hotel , lugar barulhento ( entre duas avenidas super movimentadas ) sem isolamento acustico , a janela é um vidro tipo Blindex sem cortina para vedar o sol , espere acordar ( caso tenha conseguido dormir ) com o sol a pino no quarto ... a cama tem um colchão barato de espuma , os lençois curtos que amanhacem para fora do colchão feitos com puro tecido sintetico ( algodão passou longe ) mas o pior ... o pior e aquilo que eles chaman de travesseiro ... um pedaço de espuma fininha , ou seja : se prepara pra ter dor nas costas ... no dia do check out tive a lembrança ( aviso ) da recepção as 11 hs que minha diaria terminava as 12 hs ... bem desnescesario e deselegante isso não ? Me hospedo no mundo todo e nunca fiquei num lugar tão ruim ... fujam desse hotel se desejar dormir com o minimo de conforto fora de casa .

Precisei passar a noite em SP com meu esposo e filho. Fiz a reserva com os detalhes de quem se hospedaria e ao chegar ao quarto, tinha somente uma cama de casal, tamanho normal para nós três. Além disto, somente duas toalhas. Ou seja, a criança é grátis, mas tem que dormir no chão. Como era bem tarde, me arranjei como dava, mas fiquei muito insatisfeita. Limpeza ok!

A localização até é interessante, boa, locomoção facilitada, mas o quarto tem um aparência de antigo, com piso descascando, sem revestimento acústico para minimizar barulhos externos do trânsito intenso de SP, colchão já precisando de reposição, roupas de cama que pareciam não ser para tal cama, tomadas se desconectado do ponto e desligando a TV quando sendo usada.....ou seja, precisando de uma cara nova e mais atual para o bom aproveitamento do local e principalmente da localização.

Me hospedei no hotel durante um final de semana e não gostei da estadia. O quarto foi liberado as 14h, como previsto, porém, a maioria dos hotéis costumam liberar um pouco antes como cortesia. Os funcionários foram bem ríspidos na maioria das vezes.
Nao havia tomadas no quarto e nem no banheiro, com exceção da tomada da tv e a do frigobar, que aliás, estava vazio.
O telefone do quarto não funcionava e o chuveiro é de aquecimento solar. Tomei banho morno todos os dias.

O hotel é bem localizado, limpo e com um café da manhã muito bom, porém, o elevador faz barulho o tempo todo, que pode ser escutado de qualquer apartamento (eu estava no primeiro andar e o tempo todo ouvia barulho do elevador). Ao lado do hotel, existem dois bares que tocam música alta literalmente o dia inteiro (bom para uns, ruim para outros). Não tem estacionamento, o que na teoria não seria um problema tão grande se o hotel tivesse um programa de desconto para seus clientes nos estacionamentos por perto, porém, isso não existe, ou paga caro no estacionamento que não fica tão próximo ou deixa na rua.
