The neighborhood is terrible and dangerous, a lot of homeless and junkies and robbers. The rooms are very small, you feel like in a jail room, no shampoo, the TV doesn´t work, wi-fi? forgot it, never works, the staff very rude. You have to pay even for breath. I don´t recommend this hotel. The worst, certified.

Hello please help me with a refund for this. I am unsatisfied with my stay. To begin the app was not letting me reserve and the night was 30$ I had to use my computer and then it charged me 40$. Basically 10$ more expensive just because I was not able to use the app. My app was having issues last night as I was trying to reserve a room. After hours of trying I was able to reserve this place. My room was dirty. My pillows has gum stain and the sheets had stains too on them. I have picture. There was no towels or shampoo to use for my shower. Looking forward for someone to help me with this refund thanks.

O ar condicionado central estava estragado e nos disseram que deveria ser consertado até o dia seguinte, o que não aconteceu. Depois descobrimos por outros hóspedes que o problema estava acontecendo há semanas, e o Ibis mandou uma mensagem avisando apenas horas antes do checkin (provavelmente para não ter cancelamentos).
Além disso, foi oferecido desconto para os hóspedes pelo inconveniente, mas apenas para aqueles que tinham feito a reserva pelo site próprio do hotel, ou seja, quem fez por outra plataforma saiu no prejuízo, mesmo o hotéis.com tendo me dito que faria o reembolso caso o hotel emitisse alguma nota dizendo sobre o problema, mas o Ibis apenas ignorou.
Para completar, estávamos em 2 quartos e em um deles o teto do banheiro estava cheio de mofo.
Simplesmente absurdo para um rede desse porte. Nunca mais

This hotel stuff is unprofessional. They can't speak English and they have not enough security. Someone robbed me in front of hotel and they didn't call police even they don't want to problem with police.

Also rooms not clean. So noisy hotel. Don't hope to see "ibis standarts" for this "hotel"

I was assaulted in this hotel and had to seek help from the local police. The staff were awful and unhelpful and all of a sudden couldn’t speak English when I needed them to. My room wasn’t made up once for the duration of my 12 night stay. I am so disappointed as this ruined my whole trip to Brasil.

De todas as vezes que me hospedei no ibis, essa sem dúvidas foi a pior experiência. O cobertor do quarto tinha um fio de cabelo gigante e estava mal dobrado, na cama suspensa havia um cobertor na cama como se alguém tivesse acabado de dormir ali. Acredito q não trocaram os cobertores dos hóspedes anteriores, só dobraram. Tive que solicitar um novo cobertor ensacado e infelizmente dormir naquela cama mesmo, pois eu já estava muito cansado e precisava descansar. A pia estava entupida e suja, não dava pra deixar a torneira aberta por muito tempo. E das 3 fontes de luzes do quarto, duas estavam queimadas. O cartão parou de funcionar do nada e tive que descer para pegar outro. O café da manhã é sempre muito caprichado e cheio de variedades. É uma região com muitas opções de comércio relativamente próximas. O atendimento ficou na média, pois uma mulher me atendeu muitíssimo mal, em outro momento um homem me atendeu muito bem. O segurança sempre é gente boa também. Há muitos moradores de rua e usuários de droga na região, é bom ficarem atentos e evitar sair a pé à noite.

O quarto que solicitei era um com cama de casal e outro com duas camas de solteiros. Vieram duas camas de casal com beliches, não era o que eu queria.

A limpeza do quarto estava bem ruim, entre a cama o colchão foi encontrado lixo (chiclete papel de bala e brinquedos esquecidos) simplesmente não limparam a cama. O box também estava com cabelos da última estadia e o vaso sanitário TB está a disfarçado de lavado com o forte cheiro de cloro.

Costumamos sempre utilizar os serviços do IBIS, mas nessa estadia que por sinal foi longa e de dois quartos, ficamos surpresos que o serviço de quarto - limpeza não passou no dia 31/12 e nos dias 02 e 03/01 ficando os quartos sujos, sem papel higiênico. Inclusive dia 01/01 não tivemos como tomar banho pois não havia toalha limpa no hotel. Outra coisa que chamou a atenção foi o café da manhã, que sequer tinha uma torradeira disponível e a salada de frutas com apenas duas frutas: abacaxi e melancia. Já nos hospedamos nesse mesmo hotel (São João) em anos anteriores e o serviço caiu significativamente. Em junho/julho estivemos em outra unidade do IBIS também em São Paulo que inclusive estava em reforma e não tivemos nenhum problema.

O barato sai caro neste hotel. Em apenas 2 dias de estadia, os problemas foram: luz do banheiro queimada, ar-condicionado sujo com cheiro de barata, banheiro minúsculo e sem itens básicos como papel higiênico e cobertores. Além disso, não houve arrumação de quarto e tive que ir até a recepção solicitar toalhas no segundo dia. Solicitei manutenção e limpeza, mas não fui atendido. O único ponto positivo foi a pressão e temperatura da água do chuveiro. No entanto, o estacionamento é caro (R$38 por dia) e a localização ao redor é extremamente insegura, cercada por usuários de drogas e moradores de rua. Foi a pior experiência que já tive em estadia. Não recomendo a ninguém!

Na verdade tudo foi muito bom, porém no check in fomos recebidos por um funcionária muito mal educada e grossa, ela chama Andreia, uma moça do cabelo moreno. Eu sabia que estava entrando um pouco mais cedo que o check in, perguntei se poderia, ela me informou que sim, mas que não poderia trocar de quarto. OK sem problemas. MAs ela repetiu 3 vezes como se eu tivesse insistido para troca, sem que nem solicitei. Ao final disse que só teria quarto no 1º andar e mais uma vez falou que não poderia trocar de quarto. Eu mais uma vez falei ok, por que nem no hotel ficaria, apenas para dormir. Viagem foi para uma feira então cheguei tarde e sai bem cedo no sábado. Restante tudo ok.

quarto limpo, apenas a arandela sobre a mesa estava suja e caída. Mas foi fácilmente ajustada. Bom atendimento no check-in. Cheguei de madrugada no hotel e creio que por isso, foi demorada a abertura do estacionamento o que causou uma breve sensação de insegurança. Solicitei refeição via aplicativo iFood e fiquei na dúvida se a recepção receberia a entrega, uma vez que o app estava desincronizado com o entregador, mas ao tentar contato com a recepção via whatsapp, só obtive resposta no dia seguinte.

A mangueira inox do chuveiro estava toda danificada, vazava agua para todo lado, menos na ponta, o chuveiro estava todo solto e soltou e vi que estava cheio de lodo por dentro, espirou agua pra todo lado, molhei todo cabelo, porta do banheiro não fechava até o final, ficou um pouco aberta e escorreu agua no quarto, sai para um show e cheguei tarde, ligaram e deixaram o ar condicionado ligado no maximo, não tem aquecedor, custei a dormir com o quarto congelado, quarto não tem frigobar, era para colocar a placas de gelo do medicamento do meu filho no cogelador, colocaram na geladeira normal, na hora de ir embora que vi, perdi todo o restante do medicamento pois as placas estavam somente resfriadas e não congeladas, não avisei pq pensei que todo mundo sabia que placas ficam no congelador, voltando ao assunto do hotel, cafe da manhã é razoável, suco de frutas, parece de pozinhp, poucas poções e não tem misteira, não mantem o patrão do Hibi s Jardins,

Acabou a água no último dia que estávamos lá.
Um dia estava passando mal , tinha deixado as chaves com outro hóspede e precisava de uma reserva para entrar no quarto , nos fizeram enfrentar uma fila enorme de check-in. Sendo que éramos hóspedes e estava nessa situação . Zero empatia de quem estava a atendendo. Pessimo atendimento !!!! Não recomendo

O colchão era bem confortável. O quarto era bem pequeno, mas já era esperado e fica bem apertado para uma família. Apesar de não apresentar cheiro, as cortinhas pareciam mofadas e alguns pontos da parede também. Fomos muito bem atendidos, café da manhã normal.

O hotel peca pela limpeza. É fácil ver teias de aranha pelos cantos e poeiras em vários móveis. Não fazem faxina e a limpeza entre a saída e a chegada de um novo hóspede é superficial. Esse hotel já tem uns 5 anos que é assim e não fazem nada para mudar. Um absurdo!

não tinha ar quente no ar condicionado, e o cobertor era pequeno para um casal, e na saída me falaram que toda a rede Budget não possiu ar quente... e não tem nenhum aviso no controle do ar da suite, e fiquei tentando por um bom tempo até desistir. e não tem interfone dentro da suite para falar com a recepção.
então para dias frios, não recomento a rede Ibis Budget.
