The neighborhood is terrible and dangerous, a lot of homeless and junkies and robbers. The rooms are very small, you feel like in a jail room, no shampoo, the TV doesn´t work, wi-fi? forgot it, never works, the staff very rude. You have to pay even for breath. I don´t recommend this hotel. The worst, certified.
Guy

Hello please help me with a refund for this. I am unsatisfied with my stay. To begin the app was not letting me reserve and the night was 30$ I had to use my computer and then it charged me 40$. Basically 10$ more expensive just because I was not able to use the app. My app was having issues last night as I was trying to reserve a room. After hours of trying I was able to reserve this place. My room was dirty. My pillows has gum stain and the sheets had stains too on them. I have picture. There was no towels or shampoo to use for my shower. Looking forward for someone to help me with this refund thanks.
Rodrigo
The property is totally over price and the building is old, the bathrooms and the toilet extremely small

The área surrounding the hotel seemed unsafe.
Too many alcoholic homeless individuals about a block away from hotel.

Frustante

This hotel stuff is unprofessional. They can't speak English and they have not enough security. Someone robbed me in front of hotel and they didn't call police even they don't want to problem with police.
Also rooms not clean. So noisy hotel. Don't hope to see \"ibis standarts\" for this \"hotel\"

I was assaulted in this hotel and had to seek help from the local police. The staff were awful and unhelpful and all of a sudden couldn’t speak English when I needed them to. My room wasn’t made up once for the duration of my 12 night stay. I am so disappointed as this ruined my whole trip to Brasil.

Paulista, Liberdade, Jardins, Mercado Municipal, localização privilegiada.
Thiago
Hotel confortável, mas banheiro do quarto necessitando manutenção
Gabriela
Roulien
Quarto limpo e boa localização pra quem quer ficar no centro
Luciana
Excelente estadia. Funcionários educados, quarto limpo e chuveiro maravilhoso. Recomendo.
Cirilo
Luis Antonio
Ótima localização, próximo a Paulista, Mercadão, muitos shoppings... pena é o check-in, dependendo da hora demora muiiiiiito. Geralmente 1 atendente, idosos ficam empé na fila.

Tudo perfeito adorei a estadia

GISELE
A porta do banheiro não fechava deixando o piso e toalha do chão molhados, levando umidade paravo carpete no chão do corredor.

Karina Mariano Rosa Dias
RENATA

Quarto tinha cabelo, equipe ok, quarto confortável
