The hotel is a dump. Lots of problems in the rooms and breakfast is a battle with the number of people trying to get to the buffet with lots of empty serving trays. The food is not supplied/replaced quickly enough. It’s a royal disaster. If you’d like to throw your money in the garbage, go ahead and book to stay at this dump. My advice is: run, run, run. Book somewhere else. Good luck!

O café é muito bom. Os quartos precisam sao reformados. Fiquei no quarto 751. No banheiro o box de vidro vaza a água quando tomava banho, ha mofo no teto e na borracha da porta.
Por fim, a camareira e a responsavel pela reposição do frigobar bateam na porta mesmo com o aviso \" por favor, nao incomodar.
Tomei um susto tao grande no ultimo dia com o grito e bateada na porta na camareira, a 5 minutos de descer para fazer o check-out, que deixei a ampola com meu medicamento cair, enquanto tirava a medicação para me aplicar. Abrir a porta sem acreditar, ela nao imaginava o prejuizo que teria causado.
Diante isso, nao voltaria a me hospedar no hotel.

Minha única reclamação. Fiquei no quarto 869 que fica próximo a uma porta de vidro de onde vem um barulho irritante que acaba atrapalhando o sono.

Minha principal reclamação: No Brasil nós somos 16 milhões de diabéticos e o Slaviero Downtown insiste em só apresentar CUSCUZ DOCE.
Quando vocês começarão a apresentar a versão salgada?

O hotel em si não é luxuoso , não gostei do colchão da cama muito duro . O café da manhã tem variedades mas como sou intolerante não pude comer mas gostei muito porque si preocuparam em fazer outras opções para mim , gostei também do suco de laranja com cenoura bem saudável poderiam colocar mais alimentos saudáveis , senti falta de uma sanduicheira para aquecer o pão .. A academia tem uns aparelhos um pouco velhos .

Estive em SP para participar de um evenyñyo proximo ao hotel. Ja havia me hospedado na rede Slaviero em Curitiba muito satisfatoriamente. Esta unidade superou minhas expectativas por se tratar dd hotel menor do que aquele. Tudo funcionou a contento.

Fiz um up grade de um quarto para outro, paguei mais para receber um apartamento com problemas, banheiro sem reforma antigo, com saboneteira soltando, pouca água na ducha e ducha higiênica sem pressão alguma.

Quartos com sérios problemas de manutenção

Por telefone, antes do check-in, informei ao hotel a necessidade de unir as camas de solteiro e a recepção me informou que era possível, porém chegando no hotel, isso não se fez verdade.
O quarto tinha peças soltas no banheiro, mofo, infiltração e o ar condicionado não funcionava. Pedi então a troca de quarto o que depois da primeira noite foi atendido, contudo nos mudaram para um quarto quase nas mesmas condições, entretanto num local em obras do hotel.
No novo quarto, ainda haviam peças soltas no banheiro, mofo, infiltração, uma TV que não funcionava e barulho de obra o tempo inteiro.
O padrão de tomadas desde novo quarto também are diferente do padrão que temos no Brasil, fazendo com que eu tivesse dificuldades de usar meus equipamentos eletronicos. Pedi ajuda na recepção, mas sobre isso nenhuma providência foi tomada.
Na minha opinião o hotel inteiro tem problema de manutenção. Durante minha estadia vi diversos hospedes reclamando na recepção sobre problemas similares aos que eu enfrentei.
Acredito que o problema da manuteção é do hotel como um todo e não de apenas uma unidade. O restaurante tambpem tem mofo e infiltração. Vi um prato de comida ficar no corredor sem ser recolhido pela equipe de limpeza do hotel por mais de 24 horas, O mesmo só foi remivido depois que eu reclamei.
Não recomento a estadia, infelizmente. A região do ótima, tem estacionamento gratuito, porém a conservação no geral pode gerar muitos transtornos.

This was my second stay. The first time I had a room on the 11th floor, which had been renovated and had a coffee maker. My second time, the rooom was on the 7th floor and, while clean and with a comfortable bed, it was showing some wear and tear (few power outlets, slightly broken toilet flush buttons). Would recommend their premium rooms on the 10th and 11th floors.

Gosto muito da Rede Slaviero, mas dessa vez deixou a desejar na Qualidade da cama, colchão ruim, travesseiros péssimos com plastico por dentro, toalhas velhas, sei que o entendo ue o Prédio por ser no centro seja antigo mas esta precisando de uma repaginada urgente, deixou um aspecto desagradável.

Bom local para hospedagem

A estadia no hotel foi muito boa. O quarto, apesar de um pouco pequeno, atendeu bem ao seu propósito.
Um item que não agradou muito foi o colchão, que consideramos um pouco duro. Fora isso gostamos muito da experiência.
O hotel tem uma ótima localização, que permite o deslocamento para qualquer lugar. Inclusive a estação de metrô da República fica a menos de cinco minutos.

O Menu do serviço de quarto não é claro sobre o que o hotel fornece após as 22 horas. Me disseram que não poderiam me servir uma salada, mas podiam servir um filé a parmigiana (interessante, já que a salada seria muito mais simples de se servir).
O chuveiro do meu quarto não tinha pressão e tinha muito pouca água. Toalhas horriveis, pequenas e muito finas.
A cortina (blackout) estava com uma parte solta

Fiquei com a impressão de que o hotel, de maneira geral, precisa de uma boa reforma.

Ótimo hotel.

O Slaviero Downtown é o meu hotel favorito em São Paulo. Atendimento sempre muito bom. Quartos bem cuidados, cama confortável, bom café da manhã. Além disso, a localização é muito boa. Próximo do metrô, de restaurantes, padaria, supermercado... E tem estacionamento incluso na diária.

Breakfast is great ! Staff is very good ! The São Paulo downtown area is kind of dangerous ( not the hotel’s fault ) . The hotel lobby is spacious and clean ! I like the fact that this hotel had an area for drop on / off for taxis / Uber , it makes it safe for the us ( guest ) . The aske carpet in the second floor needs maintenance.

Such amazing experience. First the location was perfect to go to Terraço Itália rooftop restaurant and experience other places around such as Bhrama restaurant. Also thank you so much, for everyone that helped to organise such surprise night for my girlfriend. The room decoration with roses was amazing. Perfect!!! She loved so much... Also, thank you for your support and attention via whatsapp and the receptionist when we got there, he was so excited as we were that was super cool and helped even more the experience. Thank you

Piscina muito boa, dificil encontrar em SP hotel com piscina aquecida e bem aquecida, agua bem quente, relaxante, quase temperatura de uma hidro ou jaccuzi. Nota 11!

Restaurante. Senti falta de um buffet de jantar. Tem no almoço mas na janta somente a la carte. Em SP durante a semana boa parte dos hospedados usam o hotel apenas para dormir e almoçam perto de onde estão trabalhando. O hotel oferece buffet na hora que não tem muita gente e a noite não.
MANUTENÇÃO, nota 2! Impressionante não ter plantão a noite. Na segunda noite de hospedagem o controle remoto da TV não funcionava. Fui na recepção e informam que somente no dia seguinte, às 21h nao tinha ninguem da manutenção para trocar a pilha ou o controle remoto. Pedi uma solução e foi-me dito, liga a tv no botao! (que por sinal está com problema). No dia seguinte não arrumaram o controle remoto e ao chegar no hotel as 19h tive que reclamar novamente para arrumar. Resultado, uma noite sem TV no quarto.
Estacionamento positivo, não é cobrado para hospede, coisa rara em SP

O quarto é confortável, chuveiro bom, roupa de cama e ar condicionado também tudo ok.
No café da manhã, a maquina de café não estava funcionando legal. O café espirrava e saia pó junto com o café.
Um outro ponto não muito positivo é que não há nenhuma janela que seja possível abrir para uma troca/entrada de ar externo, aí ficamos dependentes do ar.

A localização é excelente e a equipe incrível (ágil, empática e muito prestativa), mas a estrutura e a manutenção do hotel deixam muito a desejar: ar-condicionado quebrado, telefone quebrado, remendos, sujeira acumulada, cobertores não lacrados com cheiro horrível e itens desgastados que claramente já deveriam ter sido trocados há tempos.
