Depois de muitas hospedagem essa foi maravilhosa. Recepcionista foi muito prestativo e super educado.

A perfect location and a hearty breakfast! Remember A Casa do Porco, which features in the top 50 restaurants globally, is across the road from the hotel.

Grata surpresa! Hotel excelente.

Fabio
Localização muito boa, custo benefício sem igual.
Pedro

The breakfast menu was just OK. I know it was a busy weekend, but it was empty. A lot of the time the eggs were not good at all air conditioner work great
Eduardo
The hotel is a dump. Lots of problems in the rooms and breakfast is a battle with the number of people trying to get to the buffet with lots of empty serving trays. The food is not supplied/replaced quickly enough. It’s a royal disaster. If you’d like to throw your money in the garbage, go ahead and book to stay at this dump. My advice is: run, run, run. Book somewhere else. Good luck!

Voltaria

O café é muito bom. Os quartos precisam sao reformados. Fiquei no quarto 751.
Diante isso, nao voltaria a me hospedar no hotel.

Hotel maravilhoso

Tudo funcionou a contento.
Marcos
Amamos ficar no hotel

They need to reparate more the rooms. A poor maintenance . Floor note good whit a Lot of problema. The price is good .the personal good. It's ok.

Alberto
Não aceitem up grade

The hotel is run down and not very clean. The pool had sort of scum floating on the surface.

This was my second stay. The first time I had a room on the 11th floor, which had been renovated and had a coffee maker. My second time, the rooom was on the 7th floor and, while clean and with a comfortable bed, it was showing some wear and tear (few power outlets, slightly broken toilet flush buttons). Would recommend their premium rooms on the 10th and 11th floors.
Rémi
Noise from work in progress just in front of the building

Nota 10!
Hotel bem localizado, quartos confortáveis, equipe educada e café da manhã excelente.

Finally a gym worth the name. Could use some more maintainance on the cardio machines, but big and with lots of weights...not easy to find and worth a review more than all other features. Chapeau for that.

Staff only speaks Portuguese, which makes communication difficult, and the air conditioning was not functioning properly.

Its a okay hotel in the old downtown area. Good breakfast. Make sure to ask for a room with a AC that works.

Rodrigo
Ótimo custo benefício
Boa localização, próximo a estação de metro. Quarto confortável e limpo.

Love this hotel! Only place I stay at when I go to São Paulo! Obrigado!

Property near eating places was good.
The room keys frequently didn't open, showers were cold, hairdryer didn’t work, no English news channel on TV. No staff one spoke English so difficult to communicate

Ótimo hotel.
O Slaviero Downtown é o meu hotel favorito em São Paulo. Atendimento sempre muito bom. Quartos bem cuidados, cama confortável, bom café da manhã. Além disso, a localização é muito boa. Próximo do metrô, de restaurantes, padaria, supermercado... E tem estacionamento incluso na diária.
Felipe
Breakfast is great ! Staff is very good ! The São Paulo downtown area is kind of dangerous ( not the hotel’s fault ) . The hotel lobby is spacious and clean ! I like the fact that this hotel had an area for drop on / off for taxis / Uber , it makes it safe for the us ( guest ) . The aske carpet in the second floor needs maintenance.
Enrique
Air conditioning broken in the first night and staff was unable and unwilling to do anything about it, in spite of numerous complaints. Was moved to another room for the second day but the first night was terrible in a steamy room where you cannot open windows.

It was amazing and good service

Minha estada foi boa. Eu me hospedaria novamente.
- precisa de pequenos reparos;
- senti falta de tomadas nas mesas de cabeceira;
- o rejunte do banheiro está com manchas de lodo;
- falta pressão no chuveiro.

Ok. Licalizacao otimo proximo de tudo
