O hotel está em uma região central, mas não fica no centrão da cidade. Ficamos bem acomodados. O atendimento na recepção foi bom. A diária do estacionamento é paga a parte da diária, mas foi um valor honesto. Só as cobertas, que, estavam guardadas no armário e senti um pouco de poeira nelas (acabou manifestando minha rinite). Mas o quarto era espaçoso e estava bem limpo. O café da manhã bem satisfatório. Entregou um ótimo custo-benefício.

Good Budget Choice Close to Plaza Republica
The hotel provides good value for the money in very expensive Sao Paulo. Located close to Plaza Republica and its subway line, the hotel could use a little updating, but all in all an excellent budget choice. Did not really have English-speaking staff as listing states except for one gentleman who worked nights, but staff tried to be helpful nonetheless. Big breakfast offering and strong wifi. Would recommend without hesitation.

I had picked the hotel as part of a bundle and paid for one person, at arrival I paid extra be assure there was two of us, yet we didn't get a bigger room or a second towel or extra soap. Not sure what I paid for at the hotel. I stayed there one night so it didn't matter but won't recommend it for a long stay

This hotel is located in an area that appears to be a little on the 'rough' side. The building and its features are fairly dated and could use updating/freshening-up/maintenance. There is a restaurant immediately in front of the hotel which does make it convenient for meals.
The hotel was competitively priced at time of booking but having stayed there, I think I would have paid more to be in a better area and in a slightly more up-to-date hotel.
Not all staff spoke English, but they were all very pleasant and helpful on all accounts. One gentleman did speak English and he, like his colleagues, was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. The staff is this hotel's top feature and they receive top marks from me.

2 great nights near Prada de Republica!
Wonderful budget hotel near Praca de Republica. Easy walk to metro and surrounding tourist sites, including the tourist office and free city tour. I loved the delicious buffet breakfast each morning with lots of fresh fruit and great selection. Desk staff very friendly even though I couldn't speak portuguese.

O quarto estava em boas condições e os recepcionistas acolheram bem, porém o que ficou a desejar foi o café. Não tinha muitas opções, fruta só tinha duas opções de frutas, no segundo dia o pão francês estavam todos cortado ao meio, depois de alguns minutos que minha esposa já estava terminando de tomar café que chegou mais pães, eu e meus filhos não conseguimos tomar café por falta de opções e inclusive o presunto estava com gosto suave de limão como se estivesse querendo azedar e não estava bom. Precisa melhorar muito o café, não pretendo voltar mais nesse hotel por causa do café.

Hotel antigo que precisa de um retrofit. Somente uma tomada do quarto funcionava. O raia. Da recepção teve de emprestar um adaptador, pois além de 2 celulares havia outros aparelhos para carregar. Os quartos são antigos e o bwc é ruim demais. A roupa de cama é simples. O café da manhã é bom.

Hotel antigo, mas com boas instalações levando-se em conta sua idade. com localização em área central, porém nem nobre e nem degradada da cidade, com o básico necessário para quem viaja e quer um quarto para dormir, descansar. Não posso me esquecer de dar nota dez para as simpatia e profissionalismo das equipes do café da manhã e da limpeza, que fizeram para mim o hotel deixar de ser apenas razoavelmente bom, e ser sim um hotel muito bom.

Assento do vaso sanitário não suporta peso de uma pessoa com 45 quilos. Internet com sinal muito fraco e lento não conseguimos usar nem para WhatsApp. Pelo menos conseguimos dormir e descansar apesar dos bares e casas noturnas na rua não fomos afetados. Café da manhã precisa melhorar na parte de Proteção dos alimentos contra moscas e pernilongos. Não dá pra deixar queijo e apresuntado sem cobrir né? Da mesma forma os pratos e talheres não podem ficar expostos a moscas. Só fui avisado que o estacionamento seria cobrado a parte na hora do check-in, paguei 20,00 a pernoite. O que mais me irritou foram as baratinhas no banheiro e no quarto que entravam por baixo da porta. Precisei matar várias durante os 3 dias que ficamos hospedados. Com relação ao atendimento nada a reclamar.

Não funciona a TV a cabo, mal cheio no andar 6, chuveiro pesssssiiimmmooo!. Para quem vai de viajem a estudo ou negócios passa o dia fora como eu, chega no hotel e quer ao mínimo um banho quente e agradável, e deitar em um colchão navio, chuveiro sai pouca água, e o colchão! Amanheci em um buraco! Muito Velho e sobe mal cheiro pelo encanamento.

Ótima acomodação, limpeza diária dos quartos e bom serviço de atendimento dos funcionários. Além disso a região foi bem tranquila, apesar do barulho a noite, mas nada tão perturbador. Café da manhã que era considerado o ponto forte nos outros comentários, não achei nada demais, e é servido tarde, a partir das 7 horas, ou seja, quem tem algum compromisso pela manhã, e precisa estar as 8 horas em outro local como São Paulo com trânsito ruim, já era!!! Inclusive por 2 dias seguidos não foi servido queijo e ovo pq ... ainda estavam esperando "chegar?!"
