The room was very small and the area around the hotel in the night is filled with dangerous people, trying to steal the tourists. I din't feel safe at all.

Pelo fluxo de pessoas deveriam ter mais uma recepcionista para atender. A que estava la se desdobra para resolver questões alem da recepção como por exemplo, problemas com cartao que e usado para abrir a porta.Em relacao aos funcionarios nada a reclamar sobre a prestação de serviços que cada um fizeram.Vejo que os funcionarios deveriam ter maior suporte e ferramenta de trabalho para eles executarem o serviço. O atendimento deles nao tenho nada a reclamar.

Hotel muito legal, bom custo benefício, quarto bacana, cama boa, ar condicionados novos, cafe da manhã bom. Hotel fica em uma região um pouco perigosa, mais nada demais, é só tomar cuidado ao sair e ao entrar, os funcionários do Hotel são muito receptivos, principalmente a recepcionista Rosana que foi um amor de pessoa com nós, nos atendeu super bem e nós deu varias dicas e cuidados a tomar. No geral super recomendo o Hotel!

É um bom hotel, porém antigo. O banheiro do meu quarto e do quarto do meu amigo não tinha nada parecido com o banheiro que eles colocam nas fotos, o box é horrível e muito pequeno. O Hotel não é bom para quem precisa de uma noite de sono tranquila. As janelas são do tipo Sassasaki e tem zero isolamento acústico, ou seja, o barulho da rua está todo dentro do quarto. Do banheiro se escuta o banheiro do vizinho. Achei engraçado que o arcondicionado é novo e silencioso, mas não adianta nada com todo o barulho da rua e dos outros quartos.

O tamanho do quarto era bom e a equipe de atendimento era simpática num geral, mas o café da manhã era muito básico e o quarto que fiquei (901) era muito barulhento. Acordava todo dia às 07h00 com falatório, barulho de limpeza e aspirador. Horrível. O ar condicionado parava de funcionar, mas como estava frio, isso não chegou a ser um problema. O hotel fica próximo ao metrô, mas o bairro é muito perigoso e conseguir uber para voltar foi difícil, pois uma rua atrás sempre tinha confusão e os motoristas não queriam passar pelo local. Infelizmente, não me hospedaria novamente.

O centro de São Paulo é bem perigoso, porém funcional pra acesso a pontos de compras pra quem vai a trabalho. O pessoal do hotel é bem solicito e educado, café da manhã é bom pelo custo beneficio. Só achei meio barulhento por conta de limpezas e manutenções o que não desabona a qualidade da estadia.

O hotel tem boa estrutura, elevador, estacionamento pago, funcionários educados, quarto é bem espaçoso, tem tv, ar, frigobar, bancada com cadeiras, guarda roupa, banheiro amplo com chuveito bem forte, só a parte do chuveiro que é bem apertada, os lencois de cama são bons, estavam limpos, as toalhas estavam bem limpinhas, o café da manhã tem leite, café, nescau, pão, queijo, presunto, ovo, salsicha, frutas e bolo.
O hotel fica perto da parte comercial de São paulo, da rua que vende eletrônicos, não é pertinho do bras, mas, fica na parte comercial.

O atendimento é despreparado de forma geral, infelizmente preciso dizer isso. Visto a pandemia, a limpeza do quarto não demonstrava sinais de higiene especial. A porta do quarto estava ruim e com sinais que já havia sido arrombada. Box do banheiro com vidro solta. O hotel tem potencial, mas parece estar abandonado por uma gestão eficiente e preparada.

Minha estadia foi boa, só tive problemas com um carregador de celular que eu esqueci e quando sai do curso que fui fazer e me dei conta, liguei para o hotel e me disseram que só poderiam entregar no outro dia pela manhã, achei muito desagradável essa situação. Poderiam ter me telefonada é avisado assim que o quarto foi desocupado, eu voltaria na mesma hora! Disse que viria para minha cidade naquele momento e que não estaria em São Paulo no outro dia, mesmo assim não me devolveram. Minha estadia foi ruim hotel fraco aspecto geral sujo. quarto que me colocaram acho que era o pior do hotel banheiro mesmo o pessoal da limpeza esforcando o aspecto de sujeira era visivel, sem ventilacao a janela dava pra um paredao imundo se tiver com crianca um perigo sem nenhum tipo de protecao. Cama e boa toalhas muito surrada. Quanto a localizacao e boa pra quem quer conhecer o centro de sao paulo compras. A noite requer alguns cuidados mas como pegava uber e taxi sem ptoblema. O atendimento dos funcionários do hotel é ótimo! Café da manhã muito bom. A área onde se encontra o hotel é péssimo. Muitos moradores de rua e usuários de droga.
