São Paulo Perfection

It was a wonderful stay in the Moema with excellent bars and a particularly wonderful restaurant half a block away! Everything was clean and functional. The free breakfast was delicious and varied. The bed was comfortable and the room was nicely decorated! Three elevators for quick service. The staff was very helpful and kind. Highly recommend!

Ok, but 2 issues

I stayed at this hotel last year and it was good for me. This trip was not so good for 2 reasons. The room they gave me was not cleaned well. The floor was dirty. I mean there was actual dirt on the floor. It needed to be swept and mopped. The worst part was all of the fingernails on the floor right near the work desk. They missed all of that and it was not acceptable. I called the front desk to have them send someone to clean the floor properly.
I arrived very early for check-in. Naturally I had to wait for a room to be prepared. I waited 2.5 - 3 hours to check in. Although I was able to check in earlier than the normal time, I would not mind waiting another 15 minutes so they can sweep and mop the floor BEFORE I enter the room. I was disappointed. Especially after waiting for such a long time for the room.
The second issue was minor, but needs to be mentioned. Breakfast is included with my 7 night stay. I only had breakfast 2 or 3 times. One of the days, I took a cup of coffee back to my room. When I checked out, they said I had 6 coffees. I told the guy, my room includes breakfast. I took some coffee back to my room. The coffee is included anyway. I did not have 6 cups of coffee after the breakfast time. They removed it immediately and I checked out. I thought that was ridiculous for them to add that to my room. I paid a lot of money for a 7 night trip. No need to try to take more money from the guests.

Good location in Morma

It‘s very noisy - traffic and aircraft take-off from near Congonhas airport makes is hard to have a restful night. Install sound proof windows. They do nothing to improve. They don‘t care.

Adaquate, Not Exception

I stayed here because it was very close to my place of business. The night receptionist spoke no English. It took a while for him to check me in. The room was nice; the bed good, the work area good, the shower terrible (there was no shower head -- it just sprayed.) The breakfast is good. If and when I return, I would not hesitate for stay here again.

This hotel is my normal preference. The neighborhood where it is located is close to the domestic airport and is in a safe area. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms need some updating and attention - especially the bathroom and shower. Also, it would be helpful to have an A/C electrical outlet next to the bed so I could plug in my smartphone at night - I use it for an alarm. The restaurant and food service is very good.

No anúncio, diz que o quarto standard possui smart tv, porém quando cheguei, o quarto não tinha. Falei com a recepção que disse que iria verificar e depois sumiu.

A piscina é bem menor do que na foto e a limpeza da água é razoável. Só tem duas espreguiçadeiras.

Os aparelhos da academia são bem antigos.

O quarto é limpo e banheiro també.m. No entanto, não tinha uma coberta mais grossinha em caso de frio.

O café da manhã é maravilhoso. Realmente é a melhor parte da hospedagem. Para quem faz staycation, não recomendo este hotel, pois não tem mtos serviços e os que tem deixam a desejar, com exceção do café da manhã, que é ótimo.

Atendimento ruim, funcionários da recepção mal preparados pr resolver os problemas. Hotel velho, instalações antigas, tomadas antigas, sofá do quarto sujo que dava nojo de colocar as coisas em cima. Na cama encontrei formiga 2 vezes.

O hotel ficava ao lado do local do meu compromisso. Possui estacionamento pago à parte. O atendimento no checkin foi rápido e cordial. O quarto do hotel tinha um tamanho bom, com sacada e uma saleta. De um modo geral a estadia foi confortável, mas os móveis poderiam ser rebocados, além de o box do chuveiro ser muito pequeno. Café da manhã bom. Boa academia.
