Hotel is a \"minimalist\" hotel. But price value for price paid is excellent Rooms are small but have the necessary and are clean. Hotel could do with a bit of renovation, especially hallways and doors and some small details. Staff very good, and service really good. Breakfast good for price paid. Location is good, in the Pinheiros area with many good restaurants close by. Metro station 5 minute walk from the property, and Uber service very fast.

O Ibis Brigadeiro é um hotel simples, tipo \"low-cost\", no padrão de qualquer outro Ibis Style. O check-in foi rápido. O apartamento é relativamente espaçoso, mas sem nada além do básico. O banheiro é bom. O café-da-manhã é muito bom. A localização é muito boa.

Overall this was a great stay. Hotel is about 5-7 minute walk from the Faria Lima station. The staff were friendly and helpful, most of them spoke good English. The neighborhood is safe, with restaurants and supermarkets near the hotel.

This hotel was so overpriced on your site as to be a joke. the rack rate was 10Brasilian reads. You charged me $131 per night. To say I was disappointed in the accommodations was to say the least. It was almost a hostel and you charged a premium rate.

There was some smell on the common areas on my floor, not sure if from cooking or what is was. Further the room had mold stains on the walls in bathroom, still hair all around. Just not satisfactory in general! The restaurant also does not have anything to offer and no quality breakfast, just standard boring toast and some very wet scrambled eggs that were so liquid I considered it a soup... Bad hotel

I stayed for a few nights at the Ibis Styles Faria Lima hotel in Sao Paolo. It's a nice affordable hotel in a central location. It seems to be very popular since at all times there are check-in clients at the reception. I was happy overall with my stay with the exception of a very long brownout (electricity down). I can not understand that such an interruption should take longer than 24hours to fix. And if it does, exact information should be given - and maybe a refund.

Minha experiência neste hotel foi decepcionante, especialmente comparada ao padrão da rede Ibis que costumo frequentar. O chuveiro apresentou problemas sérios: além da baixa pressão, era impossível regular a temperatura; ao tentar ajustar a água fria, ele esfriava completamente de forma repentina. O ar-condicionado também deixou a desejar, levando quase 2 horas para refrescar minimamente o quarto. Além disso, o café da manhã era excessivamente simples e abaixo do nível de outras unidades da rede. Como cliente fiel do Ibis, essa experiência negativa me fará reconsiderar minha escolha em futuras viagens.

Segunda vez que fico no Ibis Styles e indico à qualquer pessoa. O grupo que trabalha é super educado, solícito e disponível em ajudar. Em relação à limpeza, posso dizer que encontrei o quarto limpo, toalhas limpas, não posso falar além disso porque fiquei por duas noites e não solicitei a limpeza no período que estive. Em outra oportunidade de ir à São Paulo, certamente ficarei no mesmo hotel.

As comodidades do hotel são muito boas, padrão Ibis. Quarto e banheiro limpos, sendo o banheiro de um tamanho bem bom pra quem gosta de espaço. A equipe super solicita e com bom atendimento. Único \"problema\" que tive foi no check in, que no dia o hotel estava bem cheio então demorou um pouco, mas percebi que foi mais por conta de clientes que estavam reservando e escolhendo os quartos na hora, então é mais questão de se programar mesmo e tentar chegar mais cedo para que não atrase, principalmente se tiver algum compromisso e quiser descansar antes como eu tinha, tirando isso foi tudo ótimo!!

O conforto esperado do Ibis, pelo preço, tava ótimo. Fomos bem recepcionados, atendidos e orientados. Só um ponto é o box do banheiro, muuuito pequeno e ficava com a ducha voltada pra frente, e a porta abria apenas para dentro, nesse aspecto foi bem desconfortável.

Localização excelente , atendimento cordial dos funcionários , só não gostamos por conta de ficar no primeiro andar e tivemos o incômodo de clientes que estavam no restaurante do hotel ficarem fazendo algazarra após o fechamento do bar em frente à entrada. Outro ponto negativo que o Split de aquecimento não estava funcionando , quarto muito frio .
