Lamentável, e obviamente foi nossa última vez no go inn

A atendente me questionou nome de quem me atendeu, horário e outras coisas

We were there for a week. The room is cleaned everyday. Location is great as the mall is just literally a few steps away. The bar at the adjacent (sister) hotel is a good spot to hangout with friends.

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. GREAT PLACE & SERVICE.
Originally booked 2 nights but trip ended up taking longer than expected and I didn't think twice about staying & extending my stay at GO IN SANTO ANDRÉ HOTEL for 3 additional nights. I had a great experience from check in to check out. Staff was very friendly, polite & accommodating from beginning to end. Breakfast is not included however you can add it for an extra fee, and it is totally worth it. Food was fresh, and delicious. I stayed on 21° floor and had a great view of the city. They are connected door to door with HILTON HOTEL, perhaps it's same chain. I definitely recommend this place.

Ruim!

ABSURDOOOOOO!!!

A limpeza é excelente.
Outra coisa q achei meio fraco é o ar condicionado
Muito fraco , praticamente nem refresca .
Do resto foi tudo bem

Recomendo!

Go Inn Santo André

Chuveiro excelente, esquenta rápido e tava frio no dia , 12 graus .
