I had a wonderful time at Intercity Hotel Tatuape. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating - I arrived a little early, and I checked out a little late because of my circumstances. At check-in, I requested a room on a higher floor and the front desk gentleman happily granted me. The facility is exceptionally clean and well taken care of. The only small thing was that the cashier at the 1st floor restaurant charged me a small bowl of soup about USD11 on the first night dinner - perhaps it was a miscommunication because of the language barrier. I had attempted to explain to him that I was not hungry and I just needed something small. But, overall, I am very pleased with my stay and experience. I will definitely recommend the facility, and stay there on my next visit.

I really like my time in that hotel. Even if it was in a busy area, room were very silent.
Not too far from GRU airport and have a great breakfast in a really good restaurant. Great size pool and a small gym.
Great for a short businnes stay.
I recommend and probably going to stay there again.

The property is combine hotel, office , and residence. It looks new and room was clean but somehow washroom has a lot damage area. While I was check in, there were a few complain about the room. The thing I was happy about it was, local travellers get higher floor room and I got at the first floor around the entrance. When ask to another area, staff told me there is no other room available but people check in after us all got better choose.

Smart Room Relies on People Speaking Portuguese

The room and hotel was good for a short stay. I think the only thing that was difficult was the fact that the room was “smart” and certain actions (opening/closing curtains, some light switches, room features) only worked through Alexa. I don’t speak Portuguese, so I had to use google translate to close the curtains or turn on certain lights for me. I wished I could just do these things myself.

Excelente hotel, porém eu tive um problema no estacionamento. Notei, somente algumas horas após ter saído do hotel, que houve um acidente ocorrido pelo pessoal que estaciona o carro na garagem. Ocorreu um risco profundo que afetou a pintura do pára-choque dianteiro lado do motorista. Ainda não devolvi o carro, mas tenho certeza que serei penalizado por isso

We haven’t plug 110v all hotel an option for us was use iron broken baby room where the people have baby needs to use. The people come outside country we cannot use it. I had a weeding next day unbelievable.

This hotel never again will I stay here
Checking in so slow and even checking out no staff
We arrived at 4:15 local time and told to wait for our room then we where given a disabled room just not on
The bed was so hard to sleep on I am sure it was boards under the mattress
Breakfast why do they have the room like a freezer we just could not sit in there ( maybe the reason is they don’t want you having breakfast ) and coming over every time you lift your cup to take stuff away and cleaning the table while you sitting there please wait until the people leave which won’t be long as your in a freezer

This has to be one of the worse hotels I stayed. There were no shampoo or soap in the bathrooms. Check in staff were not very helpful or friendly. The room cleaning took literally 2 minutes. All they did was literally throw the comforter over the bed and not even organize the flat or fitted sheet below. No pool hotels were available to staff, literally go swim and shake off like a dog. I would not recommend this hotel

Hotel é bom, ótima localização, quarto espaçoso, ótima ducha. Limpeza eu achei razoável. No primeiro dia não fizeram arrumação, reclamei várias vezes e demoraram a noite ainda mais de duas horas. No dia seguinte, meu apto nem estava na lista de arrumação. Falei com arrumadeira que foi prestativa.

Pra começar me cobraram uma taxa no final da estadia. Nunca precisei pagar isso. Taxa de serviço. Recém feito check-in tomei um banho e me deitei,pra minha surpresa logo após entrou uma família no meu quarto pois a recepção fez o check-in pra eles no mesmo quarto que eu estava. Inadmissível. Fiquei por 2 dias e não tive limpeza de quarto. Não tinha shampoo ou sabonete líquido no banheiro, pote estava vazio. Com tantas opções em SP com certeza nesse não retorno mais.

Me cobraram indevidamente uma taxa de serviço de quarto. Eu reservei para 2 pessoas e só tinha um copo. Liguei na copa e na recepção e ninguém me atendeu. Fui até a copa pedir um copo e disseram que eu não poderia subir com copo mas oferecem comida no quarto , ou seja, eu tinha que consumir algo para ter direito ao copo que já tinha direito. Fui até a recepção, fiquei esperando mais de 10 min para ser atendida e quando reclamei sobre a atitude da copa, disseram que iam enviar e realmente mandaram mas me cobraram pela ida do funcionário até lá sendo que eu já tinha descido. Sobre o tempo de espera entendo porque estava lotado e com apenas uma pessoa na recepção e não sei se teve algo diferente pois tinha muitos estrangeiros .. O quarto é bom, a ducha maravilha.. voltaria me hospedar sim mas, infelizmente devido estes transtornos indevidos, já caiu na minha confiança.

Ao chegarmos ao hotel, o quarto que nos foi fornecido tinha 3 camas de solteiro e eu havia solicitado um quarto com uma cama de casal e uma cama de solteiro. Precisamos esperar as camareiras organizarem a cama. Além disso, o café poderia estar melhor.

A televisão estava com a internet instável o tempo todo.
Por ser a minha primeira vez no hotel, não me explicaram nada sobre como funciona o cartão, que precisava deixar na porta para que a energia funcionasse, em alguns momentos ao ligar na recepção não tinha uma pessoa para atender devido a demanda de ourtros atendimentos.
Gostei do lugar, mas acho qiue falta um pouco mais de cuidado.

Café da manhã não tinha muitas opções sem glúten, para quem não pode comer é um problema, nos dias de hoje a maioria dos hotéis já está melhor preparado. Quartos limpos, cama e chuveiro excelentes. O que mais desagradou foi que chegamos s 19h, check in era as 14h, e ainda tivemos que ficar esperando limpar os quartos por quase 1h, com uma justificativa sem pé nem cabeça e o pessoal da recepção tentando explicar que estava tudo certo, que era assim mesmo. Depois de uma viagem longa para chegar, foi ruim.

Trocaram o meu quarto. Tinha reservado um com cama de casal e uma de solteiro, quando cheguei para fazer o check-in não me informaram nada a respeito da troca. Ao chegar no quarto me deparo com apenas duas camas de solteiro. Liguei para a recepção onde me informaram não haver mais nenhum quarto com cama de casal disponível, mandaram camareira montar outra cama de solteiro, o quarto ficou extremamente apertado. Só não cancelei na hora, pois estava com uma criança e já era tarde. Gostaria de saber como fica pra rever o valor que paguei, pois não recebi o que havia reservado.
