O hotel é bom. Os atendentes super educados. Há um desconforto apenas se você tiver que ir embora com muitas malas antes das 17h, já que o portão principal do hotel fica fechado e você precisa andar um pouco mais, por dentro do shopping com várias malas e ficar na rua com as malas.

A minha estadia neste hotel foi um terror, muito barulho durante a madrugada, fiquei presa o elevador e acionei o alarme só depois de muito tempo que o alarme estava tocando que veio alguém abrir a porta. O colchão é tão duro que provoca dor nas costas.

Atendimento da recepção com muita falta de educação. Aqui no site me deu a opção na hora da compra de que o quarto teria 1 cama de casal e 1 de solteiro e foi a escolhida. Quando cheguei no hotel, disseram que é apenas uma sugestão e que eles não iriam atender a sugestão e o quarto era apenas com 3 camas de solteiro.

Pior hotel em que já tive o desprazer de ficar
Juro por Deus que nunca na minha vida eu tinha visto um quarto tão imundo e asqueroso. O chão completamente seboso e cheio de cabelos, poeira e farelos de comida, o banheiro cheirando a esgoto e com o box tomado de placas de mofo, a cama também cheia de cabelos provavelmente de outros hóspedes e, pasmem, um pacote de preservativo na mesa de cabeceira que a equipe de limpeza ou não viu, ou não se importou em deixar ali. O café da manhã também deixou a desejar, com alimentos que pareciam velhos. Não é porque a diária é barata que justifica a porquidão do local. Só não troquei de hotel porque tinha compromisso importante próximo ao local no dia seguinte. Saí horrorizado e não desejaria uma estadia neste lugar nem ao meu pior inimigo.

Apenas uma reclamação: o café da manhã foi decepcionante. Chegamos às 9:45 para tomar o café (que vai até às 10 hs), e já tinha acabado quase tudo. E NÃO HAVIA REPOSIÇÃO!!!! Reclamei com a mocinha do café e ela deu um jeito e acdabou levando na minha mesa um café com leite...
Achei injusto pagar uma diária de 514,00 para tres pessoas (eu, esposa e filha), diante de um café da manhã tão ruim. O certo seria me ressarcirem, pois comprei algo que não foi aquilo que eu esperava. Mas sei que só minha reclamação por aqui não vai bastar para o meu ressarcimento.

Minha estadia foi incrível, hotel super novo, quartos limpos, bem localizado. Só uma coisa foi ruim é que não guardam volumes que não sejam malas, sendo num local totalmente de compras, isso foi “chato” pois tive que fazer uma meia reserva do quarto para poder guardar minhas coisas até o tempo da minha viagem que seria a noite.
