Considering the location, my stay was very good, convenient, and quiet. The cleanliness was very good. This is an excellent option for someone who needs quick access to the Bus Station Tiete and overnight stay to catch a bus the next morning. The station entrance is right next to the hotel. It would be even nicer IF the hotel rooms had USB ports on the walls for easy recharge of electronics. Unfortunately as of January 10, 2022, there were no USC ports for recharging in the room, which is kind of a big deal for foreign travelers.

Great staff. Convenient location in a not so nice area. My bus was cancelled and needed a place to stay quick. They let me stay in the room late to work waiting the next day. I would bring family here because of area. I did find a clean little mall attached (Burger King, other restaurants). Actually good to know when looking for food options while waiting at Tiete for a bus. Hate the food options at Tiete (Bob’s is so dirty and staff there sucks)

Já começamos mal no hotel, porque cheguei e pedi checkin antecipado e queriam me cobrar o valor de 1 diaria inteira (mais de 300,00), sendo que no meu checkout tardio eles tinham me cobrado somente 150,00. O recepcionista não foi nem um pouco simpático ou colaborativo para nos ajudar nesse quesito, porém, guardaram nossas malas. O hotel é muito barulhento, do quarto ouve tudo no corredor, ouve barulho da rua, ouve barulho do elevador, para nós que queríamos descansar por causa do treinamento que estávamos fazendo em SP foi péssimo. A camareira totalmente SEM NOÇÃO, ficou batendo na porta querendo entrar, como não abrimos ela foi embora e voltou depois, só que dessa vez ela abriu a porta do quarto com toda a força que ela tinha, total falta de comunicação da recepção com os funcionários, sendo que a recepção já estava avisada que iriamos fazer o checkout tardio. Isso pra mim foi o fim da pica e total falta de respeito com nosso descanso e privacidade. E a camareira não satisfeita depois de fazer toda essa palhaçada, ficou ela e mais duas no corredor conversando, pra terminar de atrapalhar nosso descanso, porque como disse, dá de ouvir tudo que falam no corredor. E pra finalizar, a toalha de banho que parecia um trapo, toda deformada, tirei até uma foto da situação que se encontrava a toalha oferecida no meu quarto. Meu Deus, a pior experiencia que ja tive em um hotel.

Pontos positivos: A recepção 24h foi um diferencial, pois a viagem atrasou e chegamos quase meia noite. O café da manhã é bem servido, independente do horário sempre tive acesso a todas as opções de pratos e bebidas. A localização é perfeita! Ao lado da estação Portuguesa/Tietê, o que facilita a mobilidade na cidade e acesso ao terminal rodoviário.
Pontos negativos: O quarto e o banheiro estavam com bastante glitter de hóspedes anteriores. Não é disponibilizada toalha de rosto, mas eles disponibilizam uma toalha de banho extra para secagem das mãos. Uma das sacolas de compra sumiu do quarto e não foi localizada até a hora do check out, isso tornou a experiência, que até então estava sendo incrível, um pouco mais desanimadora.

Tinha ficado a primeira vez em um quarto ótimo, resolvi extender o tempo em SP... reservei no mesmo hotel, o quarto dessa segunda vez tinha alguns erros que o outro não tinha, a porta do banheiro estava emperrada, a televisão não pegava todos os canais que tinham no outro quarto... mesmo assim foi uma boa experiência ter ficado lá, fácil acesso para todos os lugares que visitei (estava de carro).

No momento da chegada, o quarto apresentava-se em condições impecáveis de limpeza e com uma temperatura ambiente agradável, regulada eficientemente pelo sistema de ar condicionado. A equipe demonstrou um alto nível de profissionalismo, caracterizado por educação, presteza e atenção. A conexão Wi-fi disponibilizada ofereceu boa qualidade e velocidade. O desjejum atendeu às expectativas para estabelecimentos de categoria intermediária, abrangendo uma variedade de pães, frutas, bolos, minissanduíches, doces e outras opções. A qualidade do banho foi excelente, com ótima pressão da água, mesmo no 8º andar, e temperatura adequada, tanto para quente quanto para frio. O frigobar era de boa qualidade. A roupa de cama estava em conformidade com os padrões esperados; entretanto, uma manta armazenada na prateleira do armário aparentava não ter sido utilizada ou higienizada recentemente, apresentando um odor não tão bom. No geral, a experiência de estadia foi excelente.

Essa foi minha terceira diária. Igualmente péssima! Fui tomar café por volta das 9:30. O horário do bufê vai até às 10h. Me servi e sentei por volta das 9:40. Às 10h um funcionário GRITOU dizendo que iria retirar o bufê. Continuei tomando meu café. Às 10:15, quando meu companheiro estava finalizando o cereal com yogurte para nos levantarmos, um garçom se aproximou, pediu licença e começou a retirar a mesa. Fiquei tentando entender aquilo. Mas depois de 2 segundos meu cérebro entendeu que deveríamos abandonar aquele bowl de cereal pela metade e nos retirar imediatamente. Assim fizemos, Nos levantamos e saímos. Sei que não existe uma regra. Alguns falam em até uma hora de tolerância. pois se eu me sirvo às 9:59, preciso de tempo para consumir. Outros acham que 45 minutos é suficiente. Outros acham que 30 minutos. Mas, certamente, 15 minutos é razoável. Até pelo fato deles ainda estarem organizando o salão. Depois de viajar muito, entendo que 15/20 minutos é bastante razoável para concluir o consumo. O garçom não precisava ser tão agressivo a ponto de retirar a mesa enquanto ainda cosumiamos. A sensação geral é que estávamos sempre incomodando. Por algum motivo, muitas pessoas que trabalham com atendimento ao cliente acredita que a vida delas seria melhor sem os clientes. Só não acredita nisso quem é dono ou acionista. Também me senti desconfortável com os funcionários do bufê reclamando de questões salariais. Isso deve ser conversado reservadamente, longe dos hóspedes.

Só tenho uma reclamação que aconteceu no último dia da minha estadia no hotel.Fiquei hospedada de 23 a 26/12.O café da manhã sempre excelente exceto no dia que deixei a habitação que foi dia 26/12. Ficou nítido que como dia 25/12 foi feriado creio que não houve expediente na cozinha Razão de tudo que foi servido era do dia anterior. Pão velho torta seca e ruim não dava p/ comer as frutas e fim estava péssimo.
