The most interesting thing was the decor with mirrors on the ceiling, crown molding and other unique features of the room which spoke its history. Not an ordinary hotel room, but hold antiquity historical ambiance.

Foi a quarta vez que me hospedei nesse hotel. sempre considerei um bom custo beneficio, porém dessa vez o que não me agradou foi: o quarto que fiquei era no térreo e no corredor tinham máquinas do hotel, que faziam muito barulho, dormi mal as 3 noites por conta disso. Outra ponto que não gostei, o quarto tinha uma parte do chão coberta com carpet ( velho) e tinha mau cheiro. O cobertor tbm tinha mau cheiro, O lençol não prendia direito no colchão. Ainda assim, continuo considerando bom custo beneficio, mas precisam trocar aquele carpet ou lavar

Hotel ótimo próximo a Expocenter café da manhã razoável poderia ter mais opções porém aceitável , chuveiro deveria ser separado da banheira para ser mais higiênico não tive coragem de tomar banho na banheira por isso , a recepção era boa porém quando pedia água ou algo assim demorava ou não vinha , deveria ter um frigobar para melhor nos atender no quarto , mais tudo aceitável até pq mal usei só dormi no local e saia cedo .

Pegadinha do kit de higiene: deixam um kit pago com a informação em letras mínusculas bem na entrada do quarto, os produtos contidos dentro são os mesmos que dos produtos gratuitos que estão escodidos dentro do quarto. Aí você pega para usar e repara que tem que pagar R$17,00 (preço de jul/25) por algo que possui a mesmissima qualidade que os que estão escondidos e são gratuitos, uma enorme falta de ética e respeito ao hóspede. Quando você sai do quarto para fazer o check-out é a primeira coisa que a camareira vai ver se foi usado e liga correndo para a recepção para avisar do consumo de um kit que nem deveria existir.
