The staff were wonderful; however, they initially placed us in the first room, where the television did not work, nor did the internet, and we were transferred to another room. The transfer was handled very easily, but even so, we still had issues with the internet, and the in-room device that connects to the front desk—the telephone—was not working. Aside from that, everything else was smooth and trouble-free.

Very easy to listen noises in the hallway and from the other apartments. We did wake up every single day at 6 AM with the Neybor’s apartment alarm. Breakfast is OK, clean area but front desk staff, says every single day to close breakfast at exactly 10 AM and not let any other guest come in if it’s past 10am (I heard that myself, a couple times from from Desk Staff).
Again, not noise approved. You can hear everything on the same floor. Since was a big group of people in the hotel at the same time that I was there, we woke up on their schedule 6 AM

A equipe de funcionários da recepção são ótimos, o local é perfeito para quem vai no Distrito Anhembi. O que deixou muito a desejar foi o banheiro, água do chuveiro muito fraca, para tomar banho estava complicado. Não tivemos limpeza do quarto nas duas diárias. Saímos cedo e voltei às 15h e o quarto ainda estava sujo. Café da manhã é bom. Em resumo, não irei mais nesse hotal.

O maior problema foi eu ter pedido um check out late eles não terem concedido, mesmo explicando que estava com problemas. Além disso ficaram ligando no quarto cobrando que descêssemos logo! Entendo a não liberação mas me senti enxotado do hotel! ZERO tratativa com o cliente… não voltaria a me hospedar lá…

Experiência razoável. Esperava mais pelo valor alto. Chegamos a noite e a chave magnética não funcionou, só resolveram o problema no outro dia. A pia do banheiro estava entupida e precisamos ligar duas vezes para vir alguém arrumar. Achei pouca variedades no café da manhã. Fora isso, camas muito confortáveis e serviço de quarto muito bom. Chuveiro quente.

Amei o local, mas a água tinha acabado do frigobar e liguei na recepcao e tinha dois moços e nao foram capazes de levar agua no quarto pra gente. Falaram que aquela hora nao tinha servico de quarto. Entao tivemos que nos trocar e descer pra pegar a água. Achei desnecessário, pois poderiam agradar os clientes. Ja fiquei em outros hoteis e ate levaram de madrugada cobertores e agua pra gente. Precisam rever seus funcionários, pois a hopsgagem e todo o conforto para o cliente é a alma do negócio. Demais situacoes foram otimas dos funcionarios do chekin e da saida.

A rede toda é muito boa, achei só a acústica desse hotel ruim pois a noite escutavamos nitidamente pessoas adando e correndo no quarto de cima. Isso a 1h da manhã que é periodo maior de silêncio.

Razoável hotel. A tv do quarto era péssima, tamanho pequeno, não aguentava um video do youtube sem desligar. Ar condicionado velho e subdimensionado para o quarto. Passei calor. Comidas e bebidas super caras! Uma cerveja longneck 22 reais! Se estiver com bom preço a diária, vale encarar. Se estiver caro, tem coisa bem melhor pela região.
